Chapter 515: Can Lose Memory

She was direct and free-spirited, with exceptionally bright eyes and short hair that made her look sharp and sophisticated. She exuded an inexplicable magnetism.

Chloe Reed’s lips curved into a smile as she clinked glasses with her. "Of course. I’m very happy to meet you, too."

The two of them toasted and then exchanged a smile.

Claire Monroe leaned in close and whispered, "I know you’re in the middle of a divorce with Walker Grant. I can use hypnosis to make him lose his memory. If you need my help, you can come talk to me anytime."

Hearing this, Chloe Reed’s eyes instantly lit up. "Really?!"

"Whoa, whoa!"

Seeing that things were about to go south, Nathaniel Monroe quickly cut in. "No way, no way! That’s impossible. If she could really do that, wouldn’t my sister be some kind of goddess? Chloe, don’t listen to my sister’s nonsense. She just loves to stir up trouble for the fun of it!"

’If Walker loses his memory and Chloe runs off just because of one meal, he’d be in deep trouble!’

Claire Monroe shot him a dangerous look. "Are you daring to question my abilities? Are you looking for a death wish?"

Nathaniel Monroe pleaded, "Sis, I was wrong. You’re my dear sister, so please don’t meddle in their business, okay? Things are already messy enough. Don’t you come in and make things even more chaotic!"

Claire Monroe sneered. "If he’s so capable, he should’ve stopped his wife from trying to divorce him."

Nathaniel Monroe pressed his hands together and repeatedly made a pleading gesture at Claire Monroe, begging her to say less.

Iris Yates, who had been watching from the side, blinked and looked at Claire Monroe with a worshipful expression. "You can really do that?"

Claire Monroe basked in the young woman’s adoring gaze. She nodded. "Of course I can. However, they can only lose a small part of their memory. I can’t erase things from too far in the past."

"That’s still amazing!"

Iris Yates couldn’t help but give Claire Monroe a thumbs-up.

Chloe Reed took out her phone and sent Iris Yates a message.

Meanwhile, Chloe Reed and Claire Monroe were resting off to the side.

Chloe Reed couldn’t resist asking tentatively, "Claire, has Walker Grant spoken to you?"

"Mhm, he has," Claire Monroe nodded. "I’m going over tonight."

Chloe Reed’s eyes lit up. "Are you confident?"

Claire Monroe took out a lollipop and offered it to her. "Want one?"

Chloe Reed shook her head.

Claire Monroe unwrapped it for herself and then said, "It depends on how strong the subject’s willpower is. If he’s like that Sunny Reed, easy to hypnotize, then I’m one hundred percent confident."

"You hypnotized Sunny Reed? Why?" Chloe Reed asked instinctively.

Claire Monroe looked at her, then broke into a smile. "Didn’t Walker Grant tell you?"

Chloe Reed shook her head.

’Tell me what?’

’What else was he hiding from her?’

"Ha!"

Claire Monroe let out a laugh, then said, "It seems he really does care about his child."
