Chapter 711: Reborn from the Cocoon! The Charizard that Fell into the Abyss!

"Awoo!" Charmander roared in anger!

I will never listen to you again!

Saying this, Charmander grabbed Yu Xiaozhi's pant leg, looking at Yu Xiaozhi with a firm gaze.

The flame burned not only the Poké Balls and Damian.

But also that weak self from the past!

Charmander was saying goodbye to its past self!

"You will regret this!"

The ashamed and angry Damian, with a head of scorched hair, still made threats.

However, after being stared at by Yu Xiaozhi with a sharp gaze.

Damian immediately fled in panic!

This kind of person is a typical bully who fears the strong!

Once the other party is stronger than him, he doesn't dare to say any nonsense!

Until Damian walked far away.

Yu Xiaozhi squatted down and stroked Charmander.

He took a Poké Ball from his pocket and placed it in front of Charmander.

"Charmander, are you willing to become my partner just like Pikachu?"

His gaze was sincere, without a trace of other emotions.

Facing Yu Xiaozhi.

Charmander pressed its hand on the center of the Poké Ball silently.

The next moment, Charmander was absorbed into it by a red light.

Charmander was caught.

At this time.

Yu Xiaozhi stood up, held the Poké Ball in his hand high, and said loudly.

"I caught Charmander!"

This might be the first step for Charmander toward becoming a legend!

Yu Xiaozhi and Charmander forged a bond!

No one could have imagined to what extent Charmander would grow later!

Legendary experiences are destined to be legendary!

Initial suffering cannot make one sink.

Some people are destined to be reborn from the cocoon!

【Diantha: As expected of Yu Xiaozhi, always so gentle. Gentle to the point of making my heart ache; Yu Xiaozhi, come let me comfort you properly.】

【Steven: I didn't expect Yu Xiaozhi's Charizard to have such an experience; presumably it was at this time that its heart had a longing for power, and it was also because of this that Charizard has always been striving toward the strongest.】

【Leon: Behind every suffering is a better tomorrow; for that person who abandoned Charmander, I am not in a position to make too many comments, but Charmander definitely has a heart of the strong.】

【Lance: Mr. Leon, you are still too gentle. What can't be said about that kind of person? That kind of trash deserves to be a trainer? It's truly blind! If I ever run into him, I will definitely let him know what a real trainer is.】

【Actually daring to abandon his own Pokémon? And using such a lame excuse? He really doesn't take our League seriously, right?】

【I worked so hard undercover in Team Rocket, running around every day for world peace, what for? Isn't it just hoping that Pokémon and humans can live in peace?】

【If everyone were like you, there would be nothing worth protecting in this world; it might as well be destroyed directly.】

【Bruno: This time I agree with Lance's idea; for such scum, if I run into him, I'll have to give him a punch.】

【Misty: Charmander is also lucky; at least it met Yu Xiaozhi and didn't die on that rainy night.】

【Brock: But then again, this kind of person will definitely abandon his other Pokémon; Charmander being able to meet Yu Xiaozhi is lucky, but the other Pokémon might not be.】

As soon as Brock's words came out, the entire barrage fell silent.

They couldn't guarantee that every abandoned Pokémon would meet someone like Yu Xiaozhi.

That would mean there will always be Pokémon full of hatred for humans.

【Mewtwo: Heh, that's why humans are not worth saving.】

【Yu Xiaozhi: No! I can't control what that person is like! But I will absolutely not stand by and watch! No matter when or where, as long as humans or Pokémon are suffering, I will be the first to help them!】

What Yu Xiaozhi is saying now is also what he is practicing in the future.

A true Pokémon Master is not achieved just by becoming the world's strongest trainer.

A Pokémon Master must have infinite love for Pokémon.

And Yu Xiaozhi possesses this emotion!

Some people are destined from birth.

【Diantha: If only the world were full of people like Yu Xiaozhi.】

Yes.

That would be good.

……

On the screen——

After catching Charmander, Yu Xiaozhi continued his journey.

Along the way, Yu Xiaozhi and Charmander fought side-by-side.

During this period.

Charmander helped Yu Xiaozhi catch Primeape.

And in gym battles, it defeated Erika of the Celadon Gym and Koga of the Fuchsia Gym respectively.

During this period.

Charmander's tail was extremely useful.

It could act as a flashlight in the dark.

It could act as a heating tool in the snowy mountains.

Yu Xiaozhi and Charmander experienced a series of events, which also made their feelings gradually deepen.

But growth is never smooth sailing.

In one event.

Charmander used Flamethrower to help the residents drive away a large number of Exeggutor invading the city.

But precisely because of this.

Charmander accumulated a large amount of battle experience in a short period of time.

This also caused Charmander to evolve into Charmeleon after successfully driving away the Exeggutor.

Evolution was originally something worth being happy about.

But Charmeleon, after evolving, possessed powerful strength in a short period of time.

Charmeleon, who was already longing for power because of Damian's abandonment, also had some changes in its personality.

At this time, Yu Xiaozhi was also just a fledgling trainer.

As a trainer, he wasn't a particularly high-level trainer.

Charmeleon began to disobey commands.

It believed that with its current strength, it didn't need to listen to its trainer at all.

In several battles.

Charmeleon ignored Yu Xiaozhi's commands and acted on its own. ===== CHAPTER 712 =====
