"Disciple, speak quickly—what exactly does this so-called Buddhism entail?!"

"Hehe, the so-called Buddha is one who perceives the truth of all phenomena in the universe, transcends the cycle of birth and death, and attains the supreme, perfect enlightenment."

"The heavens and earth are boundless, all a sea of suffering."

"By establishing Buddhism, we aim to ferry all beings across, liberating them and reaching the other shore."

In other words, they took the Jie Sect's foremost disciple Duobao, converted him, and made him the Tathagata Buddha, establishing a Buddhist lineage.

Nevertheless, during the transformation of the barbarians into Buddha, the Supreme Old Lord also sought to seize immeasurable merit thereby.

But... in this lifetime, since I have foreknowledge, how could I allow the Supreme Old Lord to triumph?!

Since Jieyin and Zhunti will ultimately establish a teaching, it would be better to do it all at once.

Skip the era of the Western Sect and directly establish Buddhism.

This way, perhaps we could even receive additional support from the Heavenly Dao's merit.

Then, a feeling of indescribable joy and excitement welled up.

"Commiserating with heaven and pitying humanity, extinguishing all suffering!"

Then he came to his senses and looked toward Chen Ku.

"This time, it's actually my nephew-disciple who has expounded the Dao to us two."

Chen Ku absolutely deserves this bow.

Regarding this, Chen Ku smiled faintly.

"Hehe, Master, Uncle-master, there is no need for such formalities between us."

"Master and Uncle-master should swiftly comprehend the Dao, penetrate the profound teachings of Buddhism, and establish the teaching as soon as possible."

Thereafter, they said no more, immediately entering seclusion atop Mount Sumeru to quietly perfect the profound teachings of Buddhism.

Watching their figures, Chen Ku showed a smile.

"I merely possess memories of two lifetimes, having comprehended everything, yet I lack such heavenly mandate."

In Kunlun Mountain, the Three Pure Ones showed nothing unusual, nor any signs of imminent Dao attainment and sainthood.

The world's tranquility was shattered with a boom.

On Mount Sumeru, two beams of resplendent divine light suddenly appeared.

Jieyin and Zhunti revealed their forms.

Compared to before, Jieyin and Zhunti now bear solemn and majestic countenances, with overwhelming aura.

Around them, profound and mysterious Dao-patterns, obscure and hard to comprehend, emanated.

Vast golden light shone, illuminating the nine heavens and ten earths, blazing and dazzling.

The murmuring voices of myriad Buddhist disciples resonated, deafening, seemingly producing some mystical resonance with the aura of Jieyin and Zhunti.

That was precisely the manifestation of the profound Buddhist teachings they had comprehended, miraculous and beyond description.

At this moment, in the Western heavens and earth, the Black Dragon, Xihe and Changxi, among others, felt something, glanced sideways, and showed moved expressions.

Chen Ku, however, remained calm.

"Hehe, have you finally come..."

Indeed!

As Chen Ku's words fell.

In the high heavens, Jieyin and Zhunti were seen standing tall.

Then, raising their voices, they spoke, and the sound of the Great Dao echoed throughout all heavens and worlds, startling all beings in the ten directions.

"I am Jieyin, Zhunti!"

"Now I feel that the world suffers countless hardships, and sentient beings endure anguish, difficult to transcend."

"Therefore, I have specially created an unsurpassed wondrous method, its name is.... Buddha."

"In the future, I will establish the Buddhist lineage, in the name of Buddhism, to save all beings and cleanse the world's manifold sufferings."

"May all beings of heaven and earth hear these words; may the Heavenly Dao approve and aid us in condensing the sage's fruition."

Upon these words being spoken.

The Western heavens and earth instantly boiled over; countless beings rejoiced immensely, excited beyond self-control.

"Haha, will my Western heavens and earth finally have a sage appear?!"

"The two seniors Jieyin and Zhunti announcing to heaven and earth must have full confidence."

"Good, good, excellent!"

"With a sage presiding, my Western realms will surely regain their former prosperity, no longer remaining as impoverished and barren as they are now."

Countless beings gazed upon the figures of Jieyin and Zhunti, exclaiming in delight, unable to calm down.

Heilong, Xihe and Changxi, among others, were likewise overjoyed.

Once Jieyin and Zhunti attain sainthood, they will surely receive greater protection.

By then, even powerful forces like the demon court will no longer be able to do anything to them.

Moreover!

The words of Jieyin and Zhunti, like rolling thunder, completely spread throughout the vast primordial heavens and earth.

Even in the East, countless mighty figures, ordinary cultivators, and top experts such as the Three Pure Ones all turned their heads.

"Buddha? What kind of Dao is this?"

"Why have we never heard of it before?!"

「Eh... only Jieyin Zhunti in the West are qualified to establish a Dao lineage; shouldn't they be establishing the Western Sect? 」

「Why has this so-called Buddhist gate suddenly appeared? 」

「Or perhaps, seeing that the sage Nüwa has already proven the Dao, these two can no longer restrain themselves and are willing to try anything. 」

They simply don't believe that Jieyin Zhunti could prove the Dao and become a saint so quickly!

「Although Jieyin Zhunti acts shamelessly, they are not naive ones unaware of the lofty Heavenly Dao. 」

「This... this... seems unlikely, given that the Three Pure Ones haven't even shown any signs of proving the Dao and becoming saints. 」

All beings were even more shocked, moreover filled with a deep disbelief.

After Nüwa has proven the Dao, could Jieyin Zhunti be about to prove the Dao again?!

Know that the Three Pure Ones are transformations of Pangu's primordial spirit, and can be considered descendants of the great god Pangu.

No matter how you look at it, the Three Pure Ones are beings with a greater hope of proving the Dao faster than Jieyin Zhunti.

Yet the Three Pure Ones, once most revered by all beings, have now been cast to the rear?!

This... defies heaven, truly too defiant of heaven!

It is precisely this line of thought that drives countless beings at this moment to also turn their gaze toward Kunlun Mountain.

And within Kunlun Mountain!

The Three Pure Ones remained silent, not uttering a word!

Merely, the three all gazed upon the scene of Jieyin Zhunti proudly standing above the Nine Heavens within the Western heavens and earth.

Although not explicitly stated, the eyes of all three showed a deep unwillingness.

Today, if Jieyin Zhunti succeeds in proving the Dao,

then these lofty Three Pure Ones would truly lose face big time!

And amidst this silent, oppressive gaze.

At a certain moment, the Three Pure Ones' pupils contracted again.

Nothing else!

Amidst all beings holding their breath in anticipation.

All that could be seen was exactly as all beings had guessed.

Boom—

Suddenly, in the void, the Heavenly Dao sensed it, and rumbling continued without cease.

Afterward, purple qi came east for thirty thousand li; boundless Heavenly Dao merit manifested vividly and hung directly above Jieyin Zhunti's head.

Heaven-sent boundless merit!

No need for many words; all beings already understood what this signifies!
