Chapter 165: Just Coax Her Slowly
"You lied to me!" Zhu Yuan's face drained of all color in an instant.
Her legs were forced apart by Sheng Yu's knees, leaving her unable to exert any strength, and her hands were pinned above her head, preventing her from reaching the Electric Baton in her bag.
Like fish on a chopping block, she could only let others carve her up.
In this moment, she realized clearly that all these past days had been a facade by Sheng Yu; he had disguised his forceful seizure under the appearance of emotional stability.
Today, because of Pei Ling's provocation, his true colors were revealed.
Sheng Yu kissed the tears at the corners of her eyes. "When I said 'fine' back then, I was agreeing to let you leave me, but I never agreed to let you go."
"Let you go, and then give those messy men outside a chance?"
Sheng Yu chuckled. "Yuanyuan, you can only be mine. You can only be with me; neither of us can let the other go."
He forcibly lifted Zhu Yuan up, spread her legs to wrap around his waist, and while pinning the back of her head to force her to kiss him, he walked toward the bedroom and kicked the door open.
When he laid Zhu Yuan down on the bed and his fingers slipped into the waistband of her pants, the moment he touched something unusual, his hand paused, and the emotions driven to madness by the stimulation sobered up by more than half.
Her period had arrived.
He looked at Zhu Yuan, who was stiff and trembling in his arms, her eyes red with a mix of resentment and anger.
"I won't touch you." Sheng Yu stroked the top of her head, his fingers prying open her tightly bitten lower lip, then taking the opportunity to lower his head to suckle, gently grinding, prying open, and intertwining.
In the dim light, Sheng Yu's fingers toyed with her long hair. "You can go on blind dates with other men, get close to other men; why can't you just be with me?"
The man's light and slow probing carried a trace of seduction, wrapping around Zhu Yuan like a net.
"Clearly, you have a little bit of feelings for me too, don't you?"
As her body stiffened, she closed her eyes.
Sheng Yu lowered his head and kissed her closed eyes. "I will protect your family well."
Zhu Yuan still didn't speak, her body trembling, whether from fear or anger, she did not know.
Outside the window, the north wind was bleak; Zhu Yuan was curled up in Sheng Yu's arms, covered by a quilt.
Her top had long since been stripped open by Sheng Yu, hanging loosely on her body; her upper body was pressed tightly against his chest, and her legs were also clamped by him. Although her body had warmed up, she was still trembling stiffly.
Sheng Yu suddenly lifted her chin and kissed her again, and at the end of the kiss, he forcibly grabbed her hand.
When she realized what he was about to do, Zhu Yuan rushed to pull her hand back, but it was already too late.
Afterward, Zhu Yuan was carried into the bathroom by him and forcibly locked inside, watching him finish his shower before carrying her back to lie on the bed.
She had to accompany him the entire time.
All night long, whenever Zhu Yuan's body trembled, Sheng Yu knew she wasn't asleep at all; he would pinch her chin and kiss her until she fell asleep.
The next day, Zhu Yuan woke up and saw Sheng Yu, dressed neatly, standing in front of her vanity, rummaging for something.
Zhu Yuan sat up silently and shook her sore right arm.
Hearing the movement on the bed, Sheng Yu turned back to look at her, walked over, leaned down with his hands braced on the bed, and trapped her in his arms.
Zhu Yuan bent her knees and tried to crawl away backward.
Sheng Yu chuckled, grabbed her ankle, and pulled her back. With one hand bracing the bed and the other cupping the back of her neck, his fingers wove into her smooth hair, gently kneading the skin of her neck.
He spoke, his voice low and magnetic: "Do you still have that Hair Tie I took from you before?"
Zhu Yuan kept her head down; because Sheng Yu's sleeves were rolled up, she saw at a glance that the vermilion Hair Tie he originally wore on his right wrist was gone.
The man followed her gaze and looked down. "It snapped during the fight last night."
"It's gone." Zhu Yuan kept a cold face, her eyes sweeping over his bruised corner of the mouth; he really had fought with Pei Ling.
Sheng Yu stared at her face. "Other colors are fine too."
Zhu Yuan gritted her teeth. He was a dignified president of the Sheng Group, the Sheng Family Crown Prince, wearing a girl's little Hair Tie on his wrist—did he think he was a boy in love?
"You said it yourself."
As she spoke, Zhu Yuan got out of bed, walked to the vanity, pulled open a small drawer, took out a Hair Tie, and turned to walk in front of Sheng Yu.
Sheng Yu reached out his hand, and Zhu Yuan placed the little Hair Tie in his palm.
Looking at the neon-green Hair Tie in his palm, Sheng Yu gritted his teeth and laughed in anger. "Very good."
Zhu Yuan thought he would throw it away in a fit of rage, but he put the Hair Tie on his right wrist right in front of her, not caring about the color at all.
Sheng Yu turned his head and gave her a meaningful look.
Just as she turned to leave, he scooped her into his arms, pressed her against the vanity mirror, and kissed her unscrupulously, entangling with her with a hint of punishment.
Sheng Yu gently stroked her face, his thumb rubbing across her lips, which were kissed to a vibrant red, and said hoarsely, "Be good, and whatever you want, I will give you."
On the sixth day of the Lunar New Year, Zhu Yuan went to Jingiao Prison to see Zhu Jingyao.
"Really?" Zhu Yuan grabbed the bars, ecstatic, and asked excitedly, "Is it true? Brother!"
Zhu Jingyao's personality was always steady; he nodded with a smile. "The sentence reduction document has been approved; in less than two months, I will be able to get out of prison."
Zhu Yuan dared not even think about it.
She had originally thought the approval of the patent proposal would take a very long time.
She hadn't expected that the patent would be granted and the sentence reduction document would be approved as well.
And in less than two months, her brother would regain his freedom!
Looking at her eyes, which had turned red with grievance in an instant, Zhu Jingyao suppressed the surging emotions deep in his dark eyes and said in a low voice, "Little fool, Brother will be out very soon."
Zhu Yuan nodded, choking back sobs; it was wonderful, it was truly wonderful!
Zhuang Jingxiu had never called her, which meant the review of the patent proposal wasn't something he had helped with.
She immediately thought of her "New Year's wish" on New Year's Eve; there was no doubt that Sheng Yu had helped her realize that wish.
On the car ride back to the theater, she held her phone, opened WeChat, and scrolled through the chat window aimlessly.
When her fingertip stopped on the solid black profile picture, she let out a breath and closed WeChat again.
Sheng Group President Office.
Sheng Yu sat behind the large desk, his crisp black suit further highlighting his noble and cold arrogance; he wore a pair of rimless blue-light-blocking glasses on the bridge of his nose, and was looking at a document on the computer screen.
A knock sounded at the door.
He did not even raise his head, saying coldly, "Come in."
Situ opened the door and entered, "Young Master Yu, Miss Zhu has left Jingjiao Prison."
Only then did the man shift his gaze from the computer screen, the coldness between his brows fading slightly as he gave a hum of acknowledgment.
Situ hesitated for a moment before speaking, "It was only because you personally vouched for him that Zhu Jingyao's sentence could be reduced to less than two months; if Miss Zhu knew about this, her attitude toward you might perhaps improve."
He felt that while the relationship between the two seemed to have returned to how it was before, there were actually some subtle changes.
After all, this time, Young Master Yu had not used anything to threaten Miss Zhu.
Although he could not guarantee whether Miss Zhu's state of mind had changed, she was, at the very least, not as repulsed by Young Master Yu.
Sheng Yu took off his glasses and tossed them onto the desk.
He leaned back against the chair, lowering his head to fiddle with the glowing green Hair Tie on his wrist.
"I promised her this beforehand; if I were to use this matter to claim credit, what kind of man would I be?"
