"BOSS, the agreed time is almost here."

Shen Wanyu, dressed in a suit, knocked lightly on the study door.

Lu Chen finally snapped back to his senses, stood up, and straightened his suit.

"Let's go, Wanyu."

He walked out of the study first, heading straight for the Zhuangyuan gate.

Just as Lu Chen reached the gate, a Buick drove into the Zhuangyuan.

"Director Zhang, welcome."

Lu Chen stepped forward and shook hands with Director Zhang, who had just stepped out of the car.

"Please!"

"Chairman Lu, you are too kind."

Director Zhang smiled and offered a greeting, then walked inside with Lu Chen.

After arriving at the reception hall, Lu Chen finally spoke.

"Director Zhang, I invited you over today because I've run into a bit of an unexpected situation."

Lu Chen took a puff of his Cigar, his eyes carrying a hint of depth.

"As for your side of things, please rest assured, Miss Luosha has already made arrangements."

"I wonder if there is anything I can help with?"

Upon hearing Lu Chen's words, the expression on Director Zhang's face relaxed a little; he took a puff of his Cigar and crossed his legs.

"Director Zhang, how many resources can your channel company mobilize?"

It took several seconds before he started smoking his Cigar again.

After saying this, Director Zhang let out a long sigh.

A flash of sharpness crossed his eyes; he crushed the Cigar, took out a pack of 555s, pulled one out, and lit it.

"Let's be clear first: in my position, the only resources I can mobilize in Xianggang are some police forces, though I can mobilize some commercial resources over in Daiying."

"Help me, Miss Luosha, the big shots involved, and the key operators prepare brand-new identities. This shouldn't be difficult for you to handle, right?"

Lu Chen did not look at Director Zhang; he crushed his Cigar as well and switched to a 555.

After finishing one, he spoke.

"I also need some other support. Can you approve gun licenses? I have a group of security personnel who need to get them quickly."

Director Zhang did not answer, but silently lit another one.

After taking several puffs, he spoke.

"Identities are no problem, but gun licenses are a bit difficult. I can expedite the processing of a security company for you, which will include one hundred permits."

"However, you are also aware of how sensitive such companies are in Xianggang. Keep the security forces under control and don't cause any trouble, or else no one will be able to save you."

Director Zhang added after a few seconds.

Director Zhang sighed, then continued.

"That person who was caught is like a madman, and his speech is a bit incoherent."

Bureau Chief Zhang nodded slightly, picked up the phone on the table, took it apart, and then glanced at Lu Chen.

He reassembled it and made a call to the Police Station.
