"I'm Moon."

"Oh~ Moon, what a lovely name. Who gave it to you?"

"It was-"

"It was me."

A cool, clear voice came from above.

In the next instant, a pair of high heels stepped into Elusa's field of vision.

She blinked, slightly surprised, and looked up, following the voice.

Standing before her was a tall beauty with the exact same silver hair as hers.

The woman had her arms calmly folded across her chest, her gaze meeting Elusa's.

Elusa slowly stood up so their eyes were level.

She narrowed her eyes slightly as she studied the silver-haired beauty. She felt like she'd seen her before... "Mommy!"

Moon scurried behind Rosvisser, clutching the hem of her skirt, then peeked her little head back out.

"I mistook Auntie Elusa for you just now."

Rosvisser gently rubbed Moon's cowlick and softly replied, "Mm, it's alright."

"What happened?"

Noa, Muse, Xiaoxue, and Cecilia had all arrived by now.

Soon after, Leon, Safina, and Rebecca reached the scene as well.

Elusa looked at the gathering crowd in front of her, visibly surprised.

All this fuss just because a cute little kid mistook her for someone else... was that really necessary?

But fortunately, Elusa soon spotted a familiar face among them.

"Leon? Leon, you-you're back in the Empire?"

Rebecca glanced at Elusa's delighted face.

"...No way... upperclassman!!"

Then she looked at her captain. Then at his wife-

~~~~HHHHO
So this is what they call... a love triangle battle!
Rebecca had never dreamed that her captain and sister-in-law's wholesome love story would end up producing such a chaotic spectacle.
Delicious. She loved it. Come on, fight, fight!
Even Rebecca could recognize Elusa as the infamous "Senior Elusa" who had confessed to Leon back in the day-at a certain academy event no less.
Now General Leon could only hate how small the world was. Even bringing his wife and kids home for a vacation couldn't stop him from bumping into Elusa!
And to make matters worse, Rosvisser had seen Elusa back in the memory-world version of their school days...
Which meant there was no way Leon could just brush things off with a casual excuse to defuse this awkward moment. Thus, our silver-tongued General Leon-normally eloquent and quick-witted-was rendered completely speechless. "What's going on? I got lost with the kids just now. Is this lovely young lady a friend of yours?"
The Empress Mother approached with a smile.
The kids were starting to pick up on the weird atmosphere.
That pretty silver-haired lady was probably one of Dad's friends, but...
Usually chatty Mom hadn't said a word, like she wanted to crawl into a hole;
And Mom, who usually didn't give a single damn about anyone except Dad, actually looked kind of interested in this pretty lady- in fact, she looked very interested.
"Sis... should we maybe go do kid stuff somewhere farther away right now?"
Muse tugged on Noa's sleeve and whispered.
Noa didn't really get adult stuff, but even she could tell-
This place was either already dangerous... or about to become.
But just as she was about to gather the girls and leave, Aurora suddenly blocked their way.
"Don't go, Big Sis."
Aurora stood with arms crossed, a dead-serious expression on her face.
Noa blinked. "Why not?"
"Trust me, Big Sis. What's about to happen... is gonna be insanely entertaining!!"
Noa didn't necessarily believe anything fun could happen in this weird vibe.
But she couldn't not believe the Silver Dragon's god of fun had spoken.
"What are you whispering about? Do you girls have some kind of secret code I don't know?"
Cecilia leaned in toward Noa, eyes sparkling with curiosity.
Noa grabbed her grandmother's wrist and calmly led the girls to a safer distance.
"Grandma, let's just stand over here and watch."
"Alright~"
Spectator Squad: Assembled.
Now it was time for the Fan-the-Flames Team.
Rebecca slipped up next to Leon, lowered her voice:
"This wasn't my doing, alright? Don't you dare blame me later."
Rebecca quickly covered her head and ducked away, tiptoeing over to join Noa and the others in the peanut gallery.
Then came Flame-Fanner No. 3.
Safina nudged Leon in the chest with her elbow and jerked her chin toward Elusa.
"Eh? Who's that? Your old flame?"
"You Void Realm psychos don't have to kill me like this!!"
Leon was gritting his teeth.
"Tch. Look how nervous you are. Big deal. Relax, your wife's totally gonna back you up.”
"She hasn't ripped me apart on the spot, and that's already self-restraint."
In the brief silence, Elusa finally remembered where she'd seen this silver-haired woman before.
"The Silver Dragon Queen... Your Majesty..."
Years ago, Leon had led the dragon kings and the Lionheart Order in overthrowing King Kant's Royal Eagle regime.
After the war, he and his wife-none other than this Silver Dragon Queen-had embraced and kissed in front of thousands, a moment that captured the admiration of all.
And Elusa had been just one among that massive crowd.
"Leon."
The queen looked Elusa straight in the eye, but her voice addressed Leon.
General Leon's back broke out in cold sweat. "Ah... wh-what is it?"
"Won't you introduce your friend? We've never met, after all."
Never met?
Then who was the girl in my memory-world who said she'd marry me once I became the strongest in the world? Hmm, tough mystery!
"Uh, she-she's called-"
"Elusa Clarkson. I used Novelight (Continue reading) to attend the Empire Academy with Leon. I guess I'm... his senior." After a short pause, Elusa regained her composure.
She'd graduated top of her class from a dragon-hunter academy, after all-no way she'd choke on a scene like this.
And while this was human territory, Rosvisser was a dragon queen—so what? Humans and dragons had long since made peace. There was no need for her to act all timid.
People should interact openly on all levels.
"Nice to meet you, Miss Elusa. I'm Rosvisser Melkvey, Leon's wife.”
She deliberately emphasized the word "wife"-not too heavy, but just enough that, coming from her normally calm tone, it stood
out.
A declaration of identity and ownership-pure dragon instinct.
As she said it, Rosvisser casually glanced at Elusa's left hand.
Ring finger-bare.
Unmarried...?
Interesting.
"Yes, during the Lantern Festival a few years back, you and Leon saved the Empire's people. Of course I know who you are, Lady Melkvey."
"When on human land, you may just call me 'Miss."
She paused, then added, "Though I am married, and have four daughters, I do prefer being addressed as 'Madam."
"... Understood, Madam Melkvey."
------
"Holy crap, Sis-in-law's attack power is off the charts."
"Yeah, that Elusa chick might've gotten a line or two in at first, but now she's totally getting steamrolled by the Silver Dragon Queen."
“Uh-huh, uh-huh-wait, why are you sliding over here?"
Safina shrugged. "Where I watch the drama doesn't matter. Besides, it's better to have someone here to analyze the situation
with."
Rebecca rolled her eyes but said nothing, turning back to her melon-eating.
Leon leaned in close to Rosvisser's ear, hand cupped over his mouth, whispering:
"Alright, alright, it's just a random encounter. Say hi and move on. Come on, let's wrap this up and take the girls sightseeing."
The queen raised a brow. "Wrap it up, you say?"
"Mm-hmm!"
"Should I... make it gentle?"
"Of course."
Rosvisser smiled sweetly. "No problem."
Then she turned back to Elusa, slowly and softly saying,
"I'm sorry, Miss Elusa, we need to return to the inn to rest. The doctor said I shouldn't stand for too long."
Leon furrowed his brows. "Doctor? What doctor? Are you sick?"
That gave Rosvisser the perfect opening. She couldn't help but smile just a little wider.
"Oh, I forgot to tell you, darling-I'm pregnant again."
Leon: ::
Elusa: ??
