Chapter 475

"It's really too shocking. I didn't expect Ms. Diantha and her Pokémon to bring us such a wonderful performance."

"Then next is the most exciting part. How many votes will Ms. Diantha and her Eevee and Gardevoir obtain..."

Before Pierre finished speaking, the audience at the scene was also excitedly preparing to vote for Diantha, but what surprised everyone was that Diantha suddenly raised her hand: "I'm very sorry, I want to abstain from this competition."

How excited and excited the audience at the scene was before, they were now just as dead silent. The reason was none other than that everyone at the scene was very puzzled by the decision Diantha suddenly made.

"Ms. Diantha, can you tell everyone the reason?"

"Clearly your performance with the Pokémon just now was very perfect... no, it can even be called shocking."

"With the level you showed, even in the Master Class of the Pokémon Showcase, you have the possibility of winning, and for this Anistar City Showcase, you clearly have a great chance to take the victory. Why do you want to abstain here?"

Diantha's sudden abstention was unexpected by everyone at the scene.

And out of curiosity and duty, Pierre also had to ask Diantha the reason and cause for doing so.

Otherwise, with Diantha's almost sure-win record, choosing to abstain halfway, others would think that they, the official Pokémon Showcase, were engaging in shady deals.

The popularity of a Champion is not a joke; this would have a huge impact on their Pokémon Showcase in the Kalos region.

Diantha naturally also knew that the impact of her sudden abstention was very bad, so even if Pierre didn't ask, she would take the initiative to state the reason.

After all, as a super popular actress, she is also a person with extremely high EQ.

"Everyone also knows that I am not only a League Champion but also an actress. And as an actress, the Pokémon Showcase, which cultivates Performers, has long been famous."

"Even if it's just once, I also want to shine on this stage as a Performer."

"At the same time, everyone should have seen that the Eevee that stirred up the Kalos region some time ago has now become my Pokémon."

"And in this Anistar City Showcase, there is also a Performer girl who uses Eevee."

"Yes, you didn't guess wrong. My Eevee and this girl's Eevee are actually siblings."

"An older brother who cares for his sister, when seeing his young sister choose her own path, will inevitably have worries, so both motivation and testing are also the care given by the older brother to the younger sister."

"As for the reason I abstain, it is because I, who am both a League Champion and an actress, am usually extremely busy with work."

"Even if I want to be an excellent Pokémon Performer, I don't have more energy."

"Since the purpose of Eevee and me has been completed, it is better to leave such an opportunity to those girls who cherish dreams!"

After hearing the explanation given by Diantha, the audience at the scene stood up one after another to applaud her.

And for the official Pokémon Showcase, they were also very satisfied with Diantha's answer.

Didn't they hear the League Champion say that she has always been yearning for their Pokémon Showcase?

Not becoming a Pokémon Performer was only because Ms. Diantha didn't have extra energy. This was completely advertising for their Pokémon Showcase.

It can be foreseen that this abstention storm of Ms. Diantha this time will not only not make their Pokémon Showcase suffer from rumors, but today's events will even become a beautiful story.

"Eevee~!"

And after hearing the real purpose of Diantha participating in this Anistar City Showcase, the Sylveon, who was originally staying backstage, finally couldn't stay still and rushed toward the stage directly.

Looking at the Sylveon running toward her happily, Shengzai didn't give the cold shoulder like before this time, but leaned together with the other party neck to neck.

And Sylveon also constantly rubbed its head against Shengzai's head, showing intimacy.

The interaction between Shengzai and Sylveon also made all the audience at the scene believe Diantha's previous statement even more.

As for the backstage of the contestants, other Performer girls in the Anistar City Showcase also looked at Serena with envious eyes now.

The other party's Pokémon is actually the sibling of the Champion's Pokémon. In this way, the other party can be considered to have some connection with the League Champion.

And if it were an ordinary Pokémon, that would be one thing, but the other party is that mysterious Super Eevee in the Kalos region.

Since the Eevee as the older brother is so mysterious and powerful, then as its younger sister, does Sylveon also possess great potential?

Honestly, upon learning that Ms. Diantha's Eevee was actually the mysterious Eevee in the Kalos region, Serena was stunned.

It was also because of this reason that Sylveon ran out from her side just now, and she didn't react in time.

What Serena didn't expect was that she would have such a fate with Shengzai and Sylveon.

She used to yearn for it because of the Super Sylveon on TV, so she decided to travel.

And what she didn't expect was that the Eevee she captured not only eventually evolved into Sylveon but was also the younger sister of the Super Sylveon she yearned for.

After Diantha abstained, the Performer girls who appeared on stage next also performed with all their might.

However, it is a pity that after seeing that kind of shocking performance, the audience's tastes were spoiled, and they only felt that the subsequent contestants performed mediocrely.

And because Serena had obtained considerable support from her previous performance, after Shengzai and the others abstained, she naturally obtained the victory of this Anistar City Showcase.

After the Anistar City Showcase ended, Serena, who obtained the Princess Key, accepted the blessings of her friends.

And at the same moment, Palermo, who is both the "Kalos Queen" and Aria's mentor, also took the initiative to come to Serena and encouraged Serena and her Pokémon.

"Serena, you and these children are quite talented. You should have already obtained two Princess Keys, right?"

"I really hope to see your wonderful performance at the Master Class."

The former Kalos Queen just left, and Diantha and Shengzai also walked over. As soon as they met, Serena naturally thanked Diantha and Shengzai.

But just as Serena was about to speak and try to approach this Eevee, the other looked at her with great vigilance and then ran away as if fleeing.

First it was Kalos Queen Palermo, then it was League Champion Diantha. Although Serena is strictly speaking just a novice Pokémon Performer now, she can't help but have the terrifying connections she shows now.

Being optimistic by both the Kalos Queen and the League Champion, it would be difficult for such a trainer not to be famous.

Looking at the reporters and media around scrambling to interview Serena, Ash even had the feeling that Serena was the protagonist.
