Chapter 192: The Strength of the Six Legions

"Alright, this time truly was—thanks to these great aristocratic families, with their money and provisions, the Emperor's speed in unifying the world has increased dramatically!"

At that moment, Liu Bian, after hearing Xi Zhicai's report, laughed heartily and said.

"We, the ministers, congratulate Your Majesty!"

"Enough. Does anyone still have a memorial to present?"

Waving his hand slightly at the crowd, Liu Bian looked at the ministers and continued to ask.

"Your Majesty, I have a memorial to present!"

As Liu Bian's words fell, Minister of Works Xun You immediately stepped forward, bowed, and said.

"Permission granted!"

Liu Bian said authoritatively.

"Your Majesty, after three months of construction, the Yinghun Shrine is nearly half built."

"And the Great Han Imperial Academy has also begun construction, expected to be completed before the year's end."

Xun You, with a solemn expression, reported to Liu Bian.

"Very well, Your Ministers have handled this well; once the two buildings are finished, the Emperor will reward you greatly!"

Having heard Xun You's report, Liu Bian immediately said to him.

"Thank you, Your Majesty!"

After bowing thanks, Xun You returned to the ranks.

Liu Bian scanned the crowd once and said authoritatively:

"Now that the political matters have been reported by Your Ministers, let us now discuss military affairs!"

Upon hearing this, everyone's expression hardened, and they all became solemn.

"Since the Emperor, three months ago, ordered you to diligently supervise your troops' cultivation, the time has now come to assess the results!"

"All Six Legion Commanders, report the cultivation status of your respective legions over the past three months!"

Liu Bian turned his gaze to the Six Legion Commanders and said in a commanding voice.

Lü Bu and the others, upon hearing this, were all startled.

All with grave expressions shouted in response:

"Your servant, obeys the decree!"

Then, starting with Lü Bu, the reports began.

"Your Majesty, your servant's Shenwu Legion, after three months of diligent cultivation,"

"has one person at Postnatal Seventh Heaven, five at Postnatal Fifth Heaven, twenty at Postnatal Third Heaven, two hundred at Postnatal First Heaven, two thousand in the Divine General Realm, and the other soldiers have all reached First-rate Martial General strength."

Lü Bu loudly reported the Shenwu Legion's strength to Liu Bian and the ministers.

"Sss…"

"No wonder it's the Han Empire's strongest Shenwu Legion; this strength is overwhelming!"

The officials were all shocked by the Shenwu Legion's power.

All members possess First-rate Martial General strength; that's two hundred thousand people!

Such strength, in the past, was unimaginable even in dreams.

Now, a single Shenwu Legion already boasts such power.

The other five legions are not much weaker than the Shenwu Legion.

"Hahaha, good, truly worthy of Your Majesty, the strength has reached Postnatal Seventh Heaven; the Shenwu Legion's power is thanks to Your Ministers!"

Although Liu Bian, three months ago, told the Six Legion Commanders that all members should reach First-rate Martial General strength.

He knew clearly how difficult this would be.

In his estimation, having half the troops achieve it would already be good.

He did not expect that the entire two hundred thousand of the Shenwu Legion would achieve it.

With these two hundred thousand First-rate Martial General soldiers, he feels confident enough to attack the Middle Martial World.

"All credit belongs to Your Majesty; without the cultivation resources you provided, even if your servant were immensely capable, he could not have cultivated so many in the Postnatal realms and First-rate Martial Generals."

Hearing Liu Bian's words, Lü Bu said modestly.

"Hahaha, that is only one reason; this also would not be possible without you and the other generals' efforts!"

Liu Bian, upon hearing, also affirmed Lü Bu's and the others' abilities.

"Your servant thanks Your Majesty for the praise!"

After bowing thanks to Liu Bian, Lü Bu retreated into the ranks.

Then, Qinglong Army commander Guan Yu stepped forward and loudly reported to Liu Bian and the ministers:

"Your Majesty, your servant's Qinglong Army has currently broken through to Postnatal Sixth Heaven with two people, Postnatal Fifth Heaven with one, and Postnatal Fourth Heaven with one."

"Postnatal First Heaven has twenty people, the Divine General Realm has two thousand two hundred, and the other soldiers have all broken through to the First-rate Martial General realm!"

Guan Yu shouted loudly, his face showing excitement.

Compared with Lü Bu's Shenwu Legion, his Qinglong Army has fewer personnel who have broken into the Postnatal realms, but otherwise is similar to the Shenwu Legion.

However, Lü Bu's Shenwu Legion was originally based on fifty thousand Xiliang Army troops.

His Qinglong Army has only five thousand former Xiyuan Eight Captains soldiers as veterans; the rest are newly recruited.

Being able to rise from Unranked to First-rate Martial General strength within three months alone demonstrates his capability.

Next, Zhao Yun, commander of the Bai Hu Legion, stepped forward with a heroic expression and, bowing respectfully, said to Liu Bian:

"Your Majesty, your servant's Bai Hu Legion has one person at Postnatal Sixth Heaven, three at Postnatal Fifth Heaven, and twenty at Postnatal First Heaven."

"The Divine General Realm has two thousand three hundred, and the other soldiers have all broken through to the First-rate Martial General realm!"

Zhao Yun finished, his face excited, and even threw a provocative glance at Guan Yu.

Seeing this, Guan Yu pretended nothing was amiss and brushed his Long Beard.

Sss…

I truly did not expect that the soldiers of these Three Great Legions have already broken through to First-rate Martial General strength!

Thus, we now have an army of nearly a million, composed of First-rate Martial Generals!

At this moment, after hearing the Legion Commander of the Three Great Legions finish his report, the ministers all boiled with excitement.

As for the remaining Legion Commanders of the Three Great Legions who have not yet reported, they can already guess their strength.

Surely, the difference with the strength of these Three Great Legions will not be great.

Indeed, just as the crowd grew excited, the Legion Commander of the Zhuque Legion, Huang Zhong, stepped forward to report:

"Your Majesty, your subordinate of the Zhuque Legion, one person has reached the Postnatal Sixth Layer and three persons have reached the Postnatal Fifth Layer."

"Twenty‑five persons have reached the Postnatal First Layer, 2,115 persons have reached the Divine General Realm, and the other soldiers also all broke through to the Yiliu Wujiang Realm!"

After Huang Zhong finished his report, the Legion Commander of the Xuanwu Legion, Zhang Liao, also reported:

"Your Majesty, your subordinate of the Xuanwu Legion, one person has reached the Postnatal Seventh Layer and three persons have reached the Postnatal Fifth Layer."

"Twenty persons have reached the Postnatal Second Layer, two hundred persons have reached the Postnatal First Layer, 3,000 persons have reached the Divine General Realm, and the other people all broke through to the Yiliu Wujiang Realm!"

"Your Majesty, your subordinate of the Qi Lin Legion, one person has reached the Postnatal Sixth Layer, two persons have reached the Postnatal Fifth Layer, and one person has reached the Postnatal Fourth Layer!"

"Fifty persons have reached the Postnatal First Layer, 2,200 persons have reached the Divine General Realm, and the remaining soldiers also all broke through to the Yiliu Wujiang Realm!"

As the words of Zhang Liao, Legion Commander of the Xuanwu Legion, and Ma Chao, Legion Commander of the Qi Lin Legion, fell, the entire Court Hall fell into complete silence.

Sss…

Then, in the whole Court Hall, all Civil and Military Officials drew a gasp of cold air.
