After some ministers realized this, they immediately began to calculate.

"Mengde, as the Minister of War, it is up to you to compile the strength of the six great legions and inform all the ministers."

"Let all the ministers witness the current strength of our Great Han Empire!"

At this moment, after hearing the reports from the commanders of the six great legions regarding their strength,

Liu Bian, also excited, spoke loudly to the Minister of War, Cao Cao.

"This humble minister obeys the decree!"

Upon hearing this, Cao Cao immediately bowed in response and then quickly began to compile the figures.

Before long, Cao Cao finished the compilation. Looking at the results,

even though he had already heard the reports from the commanders of the six great legions, he was still filled with shock.

After composing his excited mood, Cao Cao respectfully said to Liu Bian:

"Reporting to Your Majesty, according to my statistics, within our Great Han Empire, the six great legions alone have two individuals at the Postnatal Seventh Heaven."

"Five at the Postnatal Sixth Heaven, fifteen at the Postnatal Fifth Heaven, two at the Postnatal Fourth Heaven, twenty at the Postnatal Third Heaven, and twenty at the Postnatal Second Heaven."

"There are five hundred and fifteen at the Postnatal First Heaven. The number of people in the six great legions who have broken through to the Postnatal Realm has already reached five hundred and seventy-nine!"

"And those whose strength has reached the Divine General Realm have reached thirteen thousand eight hundred and fifteen!"

"All other soldiers have reached the strength of First-rate Martial Generals!"

After Cao Cao finished speaking, his entire body trembled with excitement.

One must know that each of the six great legions consists of two hundred thousand men; the six great legions total one million two hundred thousand men.

An army of one million two hundred thousand soldiers, all with the strength of First-rate Martial Generals—everyone could not imagine what could possibly stop them.

"This minister congratulates Your Majesty on obtaining such a powerful army!"

After Cao Cao finished his report, he kowtowed excitedly to Liu Bian.

Seeing this, the assembled ministers also came to their senses and immediately followed Cao Cao, kowtowing excitedly:

"We ministers congratulate Your Majesty on obtaining such a powerful army!"

"Hahaha, all ministers, please rise!"

At this moment, Liu Bian was also very happy. The six great legions had truly given him a huge surprise this time.

Subsequently, Liu Bian turned his gaze to the Navy Commander Gan Ning and asked him:

"Xingba, you should also report the strength of the navy to me and the ministers!"

With the achievements of the six great legions before him, Liu Bian also wanted to hear how strong the navy was.

Upon hearing this, Navy Commander Gan Ning immediately stepped out, cupped his hands, and said loudly to Liu Bian:

"Reporting to Your Majesty, my navy now has two individuals at the Postnatal Fourth Heaven, ten at the Postnatal First Heaven, and one hundred and fifty at the Divine General Realm."

"There are fifteen thousand at the First-rate Martial General Realm, and all other soldiers have broken through to the Second-rate Martial General Realm!"

Seeing this, Liu Bian nodded with satisfaction. Gan Ning's one hundred thousand Great Han Empire naval troops had gone from formation to their current strength in three months, which was already very impressive.

"Not bad. The one hundred thousand Great Han navy troops have only been in existence for less than three short months since recruitment began."

"To have achieved such strength in such a short time, you and Zi Yi deserve great credit!"

Hearing Liu Bian's praise, Gan Ning respectfully responded:

"This general thanks Your Majesty for the praise; I am willing to die for Your Majesty!"

Subsequently, before anyone else could react, Gan Ning immediately requested battle from Liu Bian:

"This general requests that Your Majesty make the navy the main force for this attack on Jingzhou and Yangzhou!"

"Damn it, I didn't expect Gan Xingba to be such a schemer!"

"I was careless!"

Lü Bu and the other commanders of the six great legions were shocked upon hearing Gan Ning's words.

They all cursed Gan Ning in their hearts.

Immediately, the six of them also came to their senses and one after another requested battle from Liu Bian:

"Reporting to Your Majesty, this general requests battle!"

"This general requests battle!"

Seeing all six of them come out to request battle, Liu Bian stood up.

He said majestically to the six of them:

"All ministers, do not worry. This time, I intend to mobilize five armies simultaneously."

"This battle will be the final battle to unify the thirteen provinces of the Great Han!"

Upon hearing this, all the officials showed excitement.

After clearly knowing the strength of the six great legions,

the civil and military officials could no longer wait.

With such powerful strength, they could flatten the entire world.

"Your Majesty is wise; we ministers second this!"

Seeing that the ministers had no objections, Liu Bian scanned the crowd and said majestically to the commanders of the six great legions and Gan Ning:

"Now that our Great Han Empire's six great legions and the imperial navy have such strength, I have decided to launch a simultaneous expedition against the remaining six provinces."

"Your Majesty is wise!"

Upon hearing this, the ministers continued to bow loudly.

"General of the Shenwu Legion, Lü Bu, take orders!"

"This general is here!"

Upon hearing his name, Lü Bu immediately cupped his hands and responded loudly.

"Lü Bu, lead the two hundred thousand Shenwu Legion troops, starting today, to march on Liu Dai of Yanzhou. Anyone who dares to obstruct, kill without mercy!"

As Liu Bian's majestic voice fell, Lü Bu responded loudly:
