Chapter 63: The Loyal Plasma Gun Will Never Disappoint You
One-on-one?
Wilson’s lips twitched as he sized up the armor.
It wasn’t fear—mainly because the opponent’s armor thickness was nearly equal to a main battle tank’s. This was pure cheating!
But Tony clearly had no patience for reasoning; swinging his fist—several times larger than Jindan’s skull—enhanced by mechanical augmentation, he unleashed a series of sonic booms.
Boom!
The air shattered with a piercing sonic boom, the airflow solid as a wall, slapping against Jindan’s face.
The sheer force tightened Jindan’s features, giving him the illusion of facing a heavy tank—but at the brink of life and death, he abandoned all thoughts of escape.
“You actually gave up your weapon to fight me hand-to-hand?”
Fueled by primal rage, Jindan didn’t hesitate—he clenched his five fingers into a fist.
Air rushed frantically from between his fingers, emitting a deep roar, then he stepped half a pace forward and unleashed his coiled right fist straight into the armor’s fist.
“He’s insane, right?”
Inside the armor, Tony nearly laughed out loud: “You actually dare to pit flesh against steel? I’ll kill you!”
The next second, the outcome stunned him.
Boom!
The collision between human and armor fist produced a detonation-level roar!
But what shocked Tony even more was that he was being overpowered—Jindan’s strength had crippled the internal mechanics of the armor’s right arm, slowing its movement to a crawl.
Before Tony could recover from his shock, Jindan surged forward again, slamming his massive fist into the armor’s helmet!
Boom!
Even with the armor’s incredible defense, Tony was shoved back several steps.
“What the hell? You’re this fat and still this strong?!” His mind was flooded with questions—he already regretted ditching his weapon to show off.
In truth, Jindan’s bulky frame was entirely muscle.
His strength reached levels beyond comprehension—a full-power punch could generate tens of tons of destructive force!
Otherwise, why would Bullseye choose to serve him?
In the comics, Jindan’s strength could even suppress Spider-Man—imagine how astonishing it truly was.
“Don’t... underestimate me!”
Veins bulged on Jindan’s forehead, his face flushed purple as he exhaled with a thunderous roar.
He slammed his foot down—the luxurious wool carpet beneath him, along with the floor tiles, shattered instantly, leaving a crater over half a meter wide beneath his sole.
“Give me—lift!”
Jindan widened his stance, locked both arms around the armor’s right limb, spun around, and hurled the multi-ton mech across the room with sheer brute force.
“Is this guy... even human?” Even Tony was stunned by Jindan’s strength.
To withstand a punch from armor—and then hurl a multi-ton mech—
“Are you kidding?!”
Tony stared in disbelief—his armor had just lost a hand-to-hand fight against a human?
“Do you have any idea who I am?”
Jindan stomped forward like a heavy tank, charging at astonishing speed and crashing straight into the armor.
Boom!
Tony, already off-balance, was shoved sideways again.
The massive armor crashed to the floor. Jindan coiled his legs, leapt high, and landed squarely atop the armor, raining down punches like a storm.
“I’m Wilson Fisk—the King of the Underworld, Jindan!!!”
Each punch weighed tens of tons. Even though the armor’s plating was designed to withstand artillery, Jindan targeted its weak points relentlessly!
After just a few blows, Jindan found the armor’s flaw: “Got it!”
Grinning savagely, he seized the armor’s seam with bare hands, roared, and unleashed all his brute force—ripping off the outer plating in one violent tear!
“Javis!”
Tony finally panicked, shouting: “Get this guy off me!”
The shoulder micro-cannons were about to lock on—when Jindan lunged ahead, grabbing them with his massive palm and yanking hard!
Riiip!
Both shoulder cannons were torn clean off.
“Your biggest mistake? Putting down your weapon!”
Jindan grinned cruelly, eyes blazing with brutality as he stared at the armor pinned beneath him: “I rule Hell’s Kitchen not just with brains—but with raw power!”
Would the Anti-Alvin armor be destroyed on its very first deployment?
Tony wanted to slap himself—why did he ever ditch his weapon to brawl with this human tank?!
Now he was pinned down, humiliated, face completely lost!
“Get off me!” To save face, Tony swung wild, flailing punches—finally managing to knock Jindan away.
Gasping for breath, he rose and ordered Javis to assess damage.
He didn’t expect what he found.
The outer armor was almost entirely stripped off, both shoulder cannons destroyed—but thankfully, the inner layer remained intact, giving him a brief sigh of relief.
But that relief lasted less than half a second—Tony broke into a cold sweat.
“That’s your gear, right?”
Jindan had, during the chaos, stolen the explosive rifle mounted on Tony’s waist.
He wasn’t stupid—he knew human strength alone couldn’t dismantle such a machine. He needed a proper weapon.
Having watched the armor for so long, he’d already targeted the waist-mounted weapon—and seized it in the confusion.
“You were so bold, huh?!”
Jindan laughed louder, raising the modified explosive rifle: “Let’s see how you like its power!”
Boom! Boom! Boom!
The moment he pulled the trigger, rocket-propelled rounds poured out like a rainstorm!
As the designer, Tony knew exactly how devastating this weapon was—he scrambled for cover in terror.
Even though he escaped in time, the armor was riddled with damage—its visor flashed red lights, signaling that the armor he’d pinned his hopes on was nearing its end.
In desperation, Tony abandoned all pride: “Hey! Alvin?! Get over here and save me!”
Suddenly, a single explosive round pierced the barrage and struck Jindan’s left shoulder!
Boom!
The devastating force blew off Jindan’s shoulder!
“Aaaah!”
Jindan screamed, clutching his severed arm, then turned to see a man slowly walking toward him.
“Honestly, were you planning this?” Tony glared bitterly at Alvin.
The armor was nearly dismantled—and only now did this guy show up? Hard not to suspect foul play!
“Nonsense! I just arrived!”
Alvin looked down at him with disdain: “Do you think everyone’s like you, secretly tinkering with Anti-Alvin armor?”
Hmph... Do you even believe your own excuse?
Tony didn’t buy it for a second—he was certain Alvin had waited deliberately, watching the armor get torn apart before stepping in.
Avoiding Tony’s bitter stare, Alvin turned to Jindan and smiled gently: “Pleasure to meet you. I’m Alvin Valshus.”
Hearing the name, Jindan suddenly understood everything—he glared at the armor: “You’re Tony Stark?”
“Cough, cough—yes, I’m the genius Tony Stark.”
Tony straightened up, activated his helmet, revealing his instantly recognizable face: “Blame yourself for kidnapping Pepper—if you hadn’t, I wouldn’t have bothered coming here!”
Now Jindan finally realized—it was Obadiah’s fault all along!
“I surrender.”
Jindan chose to yield instantly: “I’ll release your woman and compensate for damages—just let me go.”
Let you go?
Don’t joke—where would we get the Source Power if we let you go?
Alvin smiled warmly, then drew his gun and fired: “Sorry. No.”
But Jindan, as if anticipating this, ducked just in time—the overwhelming survival instinct ignited in him, unleashing astonishing speed!
He vanished into a hidden room beside the wall.
“Damn, he escaped!” Tony was stunned by his speed—he vanished in a flash, faster than a rabbit!
“Tsk...”
Alvin clicked his tongue, frowning slightly.
Beside him, Tony had Javis project a scan—his eyes widened: “Whoa... twenty-centimeter-thick alloy door? He turned this into a fortress!”
“Fortress? What good is that?!”
Alvin sneered, pulling out another gun from his person: “Watch closely—loyal plasma gun never lets you down!”
The gun’s blue heating coils ignited one after another, radiating a terrifying aura of destruction.
Boom!
A searing sphere of high-energy particles, moving faster than the eye could track, pierced the air like a tunnel and slammed into the twenty-centimeter-thick alloy door!
The twenty-centimeter-thick alloy door had been completely burned through, revealing a massive hole several meters in diameter.
The edges of the hole showed signs of having been melted by extreme heat.
As for Jin Bing... he had been melted along with the alloy door by the plasma sphere that pierced through it.
