Chapter 39

~7 min read 1,330 words

Huang Yuan instantly became a bolt of lightning, blocking before the White Bear General, gazing at Su Han and Hu Zi with utter laziness.

“Have you ever been kicked by light?”

“Huang Yuan, be careful! That young man who just struck out consumed the Dark-Dark Fruit! Contact with the Dark-Dark Fruit can temporarily nullify its power.”

“Oh oh, that’s truly terrifying!” Huang Yuan exclaimed with a chuckle, but his eyes grew increasingly grave.

“Huang Yuan, leave it to you to handle, how about it? Fourth Hokage!”

Su Han didn’t even glance at Huang Yuan, speaking casually.

“Leave it to me!”

A flash of yellow light suddenly appeared directly before Huang Yuan, the Giant Rasengan instantly forming in his hand, crashing down with overwhelming force toward Huang Yuan.

“Let me savor the speed of light… White Bear General!”

“Fourth Hokage?”

Huang Yuan did not recognize this person, but the White Bear General’s eyes widened, nearly bursting with shock.

A mouthful of old blood nearly spilled out.

What happened? Where am I?

Why is he seeing the Fourth Hokage from Konoha in Naruto here?

Did he arrive not in the One Piece world, but in the Naruto world? Or is this a hybrid world of One Piece and Naruto?

“I’ll handle the red dog!”

A wild laugh rang out as Viper’s voice descended from the sky, “Whitebeard boy, remember—you owe me a favor!”

“Gale Storm!”

Gale Storm, the power Viper seized from the Wind God, Rain God, and Thunder God. It summons storms, enabling weather control on a planetary scale—Viper once used it to destroy the Dalmatian port city of Zadar.

A terrifying storm, laced with lightning, descended from the heavens and surged toward Akainu.

“Damn it! Is this guy a monster? Did he eat the legendary Weather Fruit?”

“Controlling lightning, storm, and rain all at once? This is terrible.”

“Help! I’m being lifted into the air!”

On the battlefield, both Marines and pirates ceased fighting, screaming and crying, clinging desperately to the ground.

Yet even so, under the onslaught of this terrifying storm, many were flung into the sky.

“Mass destruction divine authority,” Whitebeard’s face darkened. “Does this guy not fear harming his own men?”

With a sigh, Whitebeard slammed a fist forward, cracking the void with countless fissures that blocked half the storm, shielding the soldiers below.

Akainu’s expression shifted slightly. In an instant, countless punch auras, laced with magma, shot upward, striking the storm—but not a ripple stirred.

“Too weak! Too weak! If a man who nearly crippled Whitebeard is this weak, then I’ll be deeply disappointed in Whitebeard’s power!”

Behind him, the bear-like White Bear, standing like a stone pillar, heard this. His face wasn’t expressionless—it was frozen, staring at Viper.

He had no energy left for any sarcasm.

Even Viper, the god-slayer, has appeared. Is he not facing a hybrid world of pirates and Naruto—but rather an invasion of the轮回 space?

What world has he been transported into?

Viper lunged at Akainu’s figure, roaring as his fist, wreathed in power, smashed toward the admiral.

Akainu’s face remained blank. In an instant, his hands were coated in Armament Haki, blasting forward with terrifying air pressure.

“Crack!”

Viper and Akainu clashed fist to fist. The shockwaves rolled, cracking the earth.

Viper retreated slightly, tendons bulging across his body. Though the god-slayer possessed a body of iron and bone, in pure strength he still fell short of Akainu, whose Armament Haki was nearly perfected.

“Get lost!” Akainu roared. “Big Eruption!”

A giant hand of molten rock transformed into terrifying magma, slamming fully onto Viper. The magma warped the air, instantly blasting Viper away.

“Damn!” Marco, watching from the side, grimaced.

Though Viper had insulted Whitebeard earlier, after days of being together, Marco knew their friendship ran deeper than imagined—he naturally panicked at this sight.

Before Marco could rush to aid him, Whitebeard waved a hand and laughed loudly: “Oh ha ha! If the old marquis dies so easily, he’d disgrace his title as a god-slayer!”

After the White Bear entered the battlefield, Sakazuki replaced him, standing atop the judgment platform.

He heard Whitebeard’s words. His expression instantly turned grave.

“God-slayer!”

Sakazuki muttered: “Those who call themselves gods in this world… are the Celestials? This title—did this man once kill a Celestial?”

Sakazuki’s face shifted, uncertain. Though unrecorded, he did not believe Whitebeard would lie.

“If this man truly did such a thing, he must die!”

Unaware that Whitebeard had drawn a wave of hatred toward him, Viper rose from the magma, laughing: “Good! You bastard, it’s been ages since I felt pain!”

Viper’s black garments were entirely burned away, revealing his emaciated upper body, covered in countless scars—the honors of countless battles.

“Let me see how strong your flames truly are, Red Dog!”

Viper revealed a grotesque smile, speaking slowly, word by word.

“Judgment of the Infernal Fire.”

Above, endless flames burned, dense and unrelenting, filling all present with dread.

Even the mighty Karp was stunned: “Aren’t you a Weather Fruit user? How can you use fire? Impossible! Are you a monster?”

Judgment of the Infernal Fire—the power Viper seized from the Fire God Zhurong. When activated, endless flames fall from the sky, turning the surrounding area into a sea of fire.

This time, Viper clearly heard Whitebeard’s words.

So he did not douse the battlefield in flame—he directed the fire toward Marine Headquarters.

Covering the sky and earth, burning everything.

This was fire capable of destroying a city.

If it struck Marine Headquarters, it could obliterate all of Marineford.

“You bastard! I won’t allow you to trample on the justice I uphold!”

Akainu’s face was icy. His muscles swelled, Armament Haki coating his body. He roared at Viper.

“Meteor Volcano!”

Countless streams of magma erupted from the earth, surging upward to meet the heavenly flames descending to burn all.

Magma rose from the earth, as if the volcano had erupted at this very moment.

Heavenly fire descended from the sky, like divine punishment sent to annihilate all things in the world.

“Boom!”

The lava was slowly pushed downward.

Sakazuki clenched his teeth, his muscles bulging,武装色霸气 covering his fists. The Magma Fruit ability operated beyond its limit.

Akainu stared at this scene, clearly sensing that Sakazuki was being overwhelmed by the Marquis and was barely holding on.

He confirmed that the man named Marquis Vamban was an entity equal to the Four Emperors—and among their top ranks.

He even saw in Marquis Vamban the same grandeur only Whitebeard at his peak could display—a power capable of destroying the world.

“Karp! It’s time for you to act.”

Akainu turned to Karp beside him, his face tinged with anger and helplessness.

“No more time to waste! Pain, sorrow—leave them all for later.”

“Right now, the most important thing is to uphold the Navy’s dignity.”

Karp opened his eyes, his expression grave and solemn. He nodded, his voice slightly hoarse.

“I understand.”

Karp suddenly moved,武装色霸气 covering his fists as he slammed them forward with a thunderous crash.

The fist aura solidified, rumbling forward like a crushing wave.

“General Karp.”

Su Han watched this scene, then sighed softly.

“That Marquis Vamban… at first, I’d planned for him to fight Karp.”

“Isn’t that only natural?”

Whitebeard countered.

“After all, that man has unyielding pride—such actions are only to be expected.”

After a brief pause, Whitebeard laughed loudly.

He gripped his naginata and strode forward with wide steps.

“It’s no big deal—I’ll face off against this old rival myself!”

“Lord President, I entrust my beloved son to you!”

Su Han raised an eyebrow and sighed helplessly: “Then, Jiraiya, the remaining Admiral, Kurohige, is yours.”

Uzumaki Nagato and Konan, All Might, and Aizen Sosuke—Su Han did not call them into action.

Undoubtedly, their strength was immense.

Combined, their power could completely crush the Seven Warlords.

Su Han did not summon Uzumaki Nagato and the others because they were not aboard the Moby Dick—they had gone to Mary Geoise, where the Celestial Dragons resided.

“No wonder it’s Aizen!”
