Reincarnated into a peculiar, dying world, young Alaric found himself in a modest village, far removed from any grand dreams or ambitions. He had no grand schemes of heroism or destiny; instead, his goal was simple yet pragmatic: accumulate enough wealth to secure a comfortable, stress-free life before facing the inevitable specter of death that claims all living beings.

However, the harsh realities of this world shattered even that modest aspiration. In a devastating turn of events, his village was burned to the ground, leaving him bereft of everything he held dear. The chaos that ensued after this tragedy forced Alaric into a desperate struggle for survival.

Yet, fate had other plans. As he was captured during the chaotic raid, the Heavenly Dao, judging him unfit for such a bleak end, bestowed upon him the Grand title of a BLESSED—a title that promised power, potential, and perhaps, a chance at revenge.

But something is wrong, in this era, each Blessing comes with a fatal flaw...? Why are there 13 of them, instead of 12? Something must have gone terribly wrong with the heavens this time.

With such terrible flaws, would they be the savior of this dying world, or will they be the source of its destruction??

Follow Alaric's journey as he tries to keep his sanity in a world that wants nothing more than to drive him insane while he battles with the flaw that came with his BLESSED status.
