Chapter 1006: Cunning Rabbit Three Burrows

Police catching people also requires preparation. To use a description easier for ordinary people to understand, it means it requires an appointment.

That scene of giving an order and everyone gathering is suitable for the army, suitable for special police, but not suitable for criminal police.

Daily criminal police officers, either on business trips, on missions, or buried in front of computer screens in the office, filling out reports, filling out processes, supplementing materials, or in meetings, listening to leaders' commands—the remaining time... obviously, as humans, they also need to rest.

If you call people without an appointment... of course, with Jiang Yuan's status today, it's no problem to gather a few hundred people with one order. But one should consider one's position and plan one's government. Since one has the qualification to give an order, one should consider that after giving the order, it increases the workload for everyone.

For this case, although the situation is urgent, catching people is not something that needs to be done immediately. One must first determine the identity and location of these people. Jiang Yuan estimated one day.

In this way, by tomorrow, determine how many people there are, and catch how many people. Considering that these people may be distributed in different cities, today is a day to coordinate with local police.

Jiang Yuan grabbed time to dig through the van.

The fingerprints on the surface were all scanned once, and six more fingerprints were found, including one belonging to a victim, three belonging to former criminals, and two belonging to people with no criminal records.

However, by this time, those with no criminal records also have to go to the police station for a trip to make people feel at ease.

After a complete set of LV3+LV4 fingerprint identification, it was LV5 crime scene investigation, collecting the hair, skin debris, and other DNA samples in the van clearly, then organizing the garbage in the car, using LV4 garbage classification, Jiang Yuan very easily divided the garbage into several piles according to type and time, and found some fingerprints and DNA from them.

Finally, Jiang Yuan let the dismantling factory put the car up, checked it once with LV3 vehicle trace identification, and finally completed the whole vehicle inspection process.

If it is said that Jiang Yuan couldn't use any skills before, now with this gray van, Jiang Yuan really used various skills to play it thoroughly and brightly, leaving no secrets at all.

"That's about it." Jiang Yuan signed the last report and looked at the time; it was already three o'clock in the morning.

The criminal police officers accompanying him were all swaying, already exhausted.

Jiang Yuan felt okay. Although he was quite tired, he didn't have that kind of exhausted-to-death feeling as before. Moving his remaining brain, he thought that this should be the effect of All Night Long (LV2).

"Sleep, sleep. Sweep the house tomorrow." Jiang Yuan had no intention of pulling an all-nighter. Everyone was very tired, and searching for evidence ultimately requires a brain with IQ. Forcing it down easily leads to mistakes.

Everyone applauded, expressing welcome, found a quick hotel nearby, and fell asleep in a mess.

The next day.

Jiang Yuan slept until 9 o'clock and woke up by himself. Considering that the sleep was less than 6 hours, Jiang Yuan couldn't help but suspect that this was still a side effect of All Night Long (LV2).

Most criminal police officers didn't sleep until this time point before being called back by their respective detachment captains. Jiang Yuan made an appointment for today's arrest operation, and he couldn't use so many people today, so the rest naturally had to go back and wait for orders.

The topic of insufficient police force is useless to talk about more, but it is real.

Jiang Yuan took two Yuwan City criminal science technicians, plus Mu Zhiyang and Shen Yaowei, and went to the homestay discovered earlier to do an investigation.

Wang Chuanxing had to go to the Qingshi Municipal Command Center, responsible for liaison work, and Jiang Yuan consciously transferred the command power to the leaders from the provincial department.

This case involves two provinces, and the scope of arrest also includes the provincial capitals of the two provinces. In the nearly month-long time, a total of seven suspects are currently distributed in 4 different cities. Considering that they all have underworld backgrounds, the "collateral damage ability" reserved by the police is extremely strong.

By comparison, although Jiang Yuan has extremely high prestige and is enough to lead a national special investigation team to handle cases, that is mainly concentrated in the field of investigating cases. When it comes to the link of using force, although Jiang Yuan also has the qualification to command, Jiang Yuan still deliberately gave it up.

He is not keen on power in this regard. Before the skill points are added up, Jiang Yuan is still more willing to do technical work.

Several people took two cars and soon arrived at the residential area where the homestay was located.

This is an old residential area closer to the city center, all of which are old large buildings under 15 floors. The geographical location of the residential area is good, the property management fee is low, and the management is relatively loose. The ground parking lot is open to social vehicles for a long time, which is also the main source of profit for the property management. At the same time, the business format of the residential area is also relatively complex, not only with homestays opened by individuals, but also some nail salons, beauty salons, and even apartment spa halls.

This mode for the residents of the residential area belongs to the relatively low cost of living. The property management fee of one yuan and two cents was just raised, but the quality of living will decrease slightly. But if the requirements are not too high, living in this kind of residential area is quite convenient.

The criminal science police officer from Yuwan City who came with him said: "The homestay we are investigating today is in a short-term rental form, with a minimum rental of one week, and the rent is relatively cheap, averaging 189 a day. The criminal suspect rented it for two months in one go, so the landlord didn't rent this house out again. The traces inside should still be left by the criminal suspect."

"Renting a homestay for two months, even if it's 189 a day, two months is not a small amount of money, right?" Shen Yaowei asked.

Criminal science police officer: "The landlord gave 150 a day, which is 4500 a month, and 9000 for two months. If the same house were rented normally, the current market price would be one thousand seven or eight hundred a month, but it requires annual rent and a two-month deposit. Our Yuwan City basically has such rules."

Shen Yaowei curled his lips: "For these former prisoners driving broken vans, 9000 is not small. Getting such a house must have a use, right? Cunning rabbit three burrows?"

"Maybe it's to prepare for the next crime." Mu Zhiyang said: "Maybe it's to observe our reaction, and then decide whether to continue committing crimes."

"Old Mu's train of thought is okay." Shen Yaowei looked at him with admiration. However, just as he said, Mu Zhiyang's speculation is indeed more in line with the current gang crime mode.

Normal criminal gangs rarely encounter concentrated arrests by the police. At the same time, concentrated arrests with full preparation are even rarer. Because this means that the police must investigate the case thoroughly, arrange police forces from all sides, and invest in the arrest work in real time. To enjoy this treatment, the crime level or the bad luck level must have at least one LV3.

In most cases, criminal gangs are first captured by one or two members by the police, and then the police investigate and understand the case through these one or two members, and then carry out the next step of arrest. Many times, it takes one or two years to capture a gang case. The bail time for the criminal suspects captured earlier has expired, and the police haven't necessarily finished handling the whole case.

As a result, some criminals who feel the case is serious will choose to run away. The cost of running away for ordinary people is relatively high, especially now that the cost of chasing and escaping has become lower, running away has instead become a factor for increasing the sentence.

But for some multi-entry members, or members similar to former vitality organizations, their psychological burden of running away is very small, and they will often treat their companions as stepping stones.

Correspondingly, in order to avoid chasing and escaping, preparing some safe houses in advance, and preparing some money, documents, and vehicles is very important.

The current chasing and escaping is just those few technologies. If you can prepare a foothold, the probability of successful escape will increase several times. Vehicles, money, documents, mobile phone cards, etc. —every extra thing prepared is another layer of probability.

Several people talked to this point, and Jiang Yuan's eyes lit up: "Can do, let's look carefully, see if we can find things left by the suspects for themselves."

With such a premise, several people's interest was aroused. After entering the homestay, the preparation actions were all three times faster. If they could really find the cunning rabbit foundation prepared by the suspects, it would be the annual news of the current investigation world if it were released.

Jiang Yuan also put on a hood and mask, while collecting evidence, while carefully flipping and searching in order.

Beep beep beep...

The password lock of the room rang three times, and then came the stable sound of beep... beep... beep... which was the sound of pressing the password.

In the first half second, the several people at the scene all maintained their original appearance, but one second later, everyone frowned and looked around.

"Who else knows the password? Has the password been changed?" Jiang Yuan asked quickly and in a low voice.

"No. People from our bureau have all gone out. Even if they come here, they will be too lazy to press the password themselves." The Yuwan City criminal science officer said very quickly.

The password of this homestay is 12 digits, one more than a mobile phone number. Pressing it takes a little time, but it's only enough to say two sentences.

Mu Zhiyang made a decisive decision, took two steps out of the bedroom, bent down and took police equipment from the single police equipment bag on the ground.

Jiang Yuan also quickly woke up, followed closely and ran out of the bedroom, and shouted in a low voice: "Combat preparation. It's possible the cunning rabbit is back."

Beep.

The person outside the door pressed the last # key, click, and opened the door. ===== CHAPTER 1007 =====
