In the chaotic and blood-soaked North Blue, the small but ancient kingdom of Noxas faces imminent destruction. With the old king dead and the tyrannical Germa Kingdom demanding three billion berries in fraudulent research funds, Prince Locke stands alone against overwhelming odds. The World Government ignores his plight, and his own palace is infested with spies seeking his hidden wealth.

Yet, Locke is no ordinary prince; he is a transmigrator hiding a terrifying secret. While others rely on Devil Fruits or Haki, Locke commands a unique cheat: forty-eight legendary Imperial Arms stored within his soul. As enemy fleets approach, Locke calmly consumes multiple Devil Fruits to prepare his body, unlocking the true potential of his arsenal.

From the shadows of a crumbling throne to the dawn of a new era, Locke refuses to flee. Instead, he prepares to reshape the destiny of the seas, turning the weak meat of his nation into the strong predators of the world. The age of the Rocks Pirates is about to begin, led by a monarch wielding the power of ancient weaponry.
