Chapter 52

"Hehehe~~~"

Esdeath crosses her long, beautiful legs, reveals a playful smile, and says interestingly: "The World Government dispatched a special combat unit to launch an attack on the Rocks Pirates, but! The final result was that they were completely annihilated."

Locke says calmly: "Not surprising; according to the strength of the Rocks Pirates, the World Government was obviously just putting on a show; how could they be the Rocks Pirates' match?"

Locke is not a brute with a head full of muscles.

Just kidding!

His royal education was very successful; he started learning at the age of 3 and only used 12 years to learn knowledge that others need decades to learn.

Does anyone really think that royalty are just a bunch of trash who only know how to eat, drink, and play?

Those are Celestial Dragons, and ordinary ones at that.

True elite Celestial Dragons all hold high positions.

"The World Government's attitude toward these member countries is that it's a good thing if some are wiped out." Locke says casually: "After all! Wiping out member countries, although the Heavenly Tribute they receive is a bit less, is more conducive to their rule of the world, rather than only being able to rely on balance to rule the world now."

Locke feels it is very normal; he knows very well what the World Government relies on to rule the world!

It is purely the so-called balance!

Maintaining the Four Seas.

Maintaining the Grand Line.

Maintaining the New World.

Maintaining pirates and countries.

Maintaining countries and factions.

Maintaining the balance of everything.

This is the World Government's method of ruling the world! Through this method, the entire world is kept in a state of chaos yet balance, with everything held in their own palms; this is already enough.

"Yes!"

"However..."

Esdeath says with a smile: "Your Highness, these things have nothing to do with us; next, the Rocks Pirates are coming back."

"Mm!"

Locke nods.
