Chapter 2811

In mid-December, Dominique, the French general manager of the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant, accompanied by the factory's chief engineer Bastian, as well as other management personnel and technical personnel, formed an inspection team and came to Baozhou City together to inspect the Baozhou Rolling Mill.

The arrival of Dominique and others was highly valued by municipal government leaders such as Wei Ziming. This afternoon, Wei Ziming, Miao Leshan, Cai Jianguo, Su Xinghui, and others were all waiting at the municipal government for the arrival of the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant inspection team.

Although the name of the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant sounds unremarkable, their reputation is quite large. After all, it is one of the most capable special steel production enterprises in China, with an annual output value of three or four billion, and the products have been in short supply.

After Bao Wenting came to Baozhou City, Su Xinghui introduced him to Wei Ziming. Wei Ziming also invited him to dinner. From Bao Wenting's mouth, he also learned the news that the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant wanted to expand its production scale.

After that day, he also learned about the strength of the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant from many sources and knew that this factory was a joint venture between France's largest steel company, Notte United Steel Company, and Jianggang. The strength is very strong, especially the technical strength, which is unique in China, which made Wei Ziming have great expectations for the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant.

By four o'clock in the afternoon, the guests of the inspection team finally arrived at the Baozhou City Municipal Government, and Wei Ziming led the welcoming personnel to greet them.

Walking at the forefront of the inspection team was Dominique. He is now an old man in his fifties, but he still looks energetic and strong.

Dominique saw Su Xinghui at a glance. He walked a few steps quickly, stretched out his hands to Su Xinghui, smiled and said in English: "Dear Mr. Su, hello! My old friend, we meet again! Very happy to see you!"

Su Xinghui also walked a few steps quickly. He is a vice mayor. In front of Wei Ziming, he walked to the front, which seemed a bit presumptuous. However, since Dominique greeted him, it would be impolite if he didn't greet him.

Su Xinghui also stretched out his hands, hugged Dominique, and also said in English: "Dear Mr. Dominique, hello! I am also very happy to see you!"

After the two hugged, Su Xinghui introduced the identities of Wei Ziming and others to Dominique. Dominique greeted them one by one, and Su Xinghui greeted Bastian and others.

When the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant was being prepared, it was when Su Xinghui was the mayor of Pengjiawan Town. He gave great help to the preparation of the Pengjiawan Special Steel Plant, and his personal relationship with Dominique and Bastian was also quite good.

Seeing Dominique greet Su Xinghui as soon as he came, and Su Xinghui also hugged Dominique in front of him, Wei Ziming felt a bit uncomfortable in his heart.

However, Su Xinghui immediately introduced Wei Ziming's identity to Dominique, which resolved some of the resentment in Wei Ziming's heart. He smiled and shook hands with Dominique and others, but his heart was not calm.

Seeing Su Xinghui talking and laughing with big figures like Dominique who manage such a large enterprise, and so many capable investors he invited, this Su Xinghui is really not simple.

In the officialdom, it is about resources. All aspects of resources need to be possessed. The connections in the officialdom are certainly important, but the connections in the business world cannot be less! Otherwise, when political achievements are needed, no investors will come to support you, which will be embarrassing.

Now is the era of economic command. If you only have a background and no political achievements, you may not be promoted. Therefore, various human resources are very necessary.
