Chapter 3062

Xing Guodong said, "Vice Governor Wang, the funds provided by the donor are sufficient, and the contractor also sent powerful technical forces, as well as many construction machines, just to build this school as soon as possible, so that the children can have a place to go to school. Now these two teaching buildings have been built and put into use. The other buildings will also be built in the near future, ensuring they are put into use before the heavy snow seals the mountains, so that the children have a safe place to study."

Wang Jialiang said, "Is this a school donated and built by others?"

Xing Guodong nodded and said, "Yes, Director Wang, this school was donated and built by a charity foundation in the capital. After it is completely built, it can accommodate more than a thousand primary and middle school students. All primary and middle school students in the township can come here to attend classes, and tuition is free. If the family is in difficulty, book fees and room and board fees can also be waived."

Wang Jialiang looked at that beautiful standard track and field field and nodded slowly: "Immeasurable merit! Such a school is rare even in large cities!"

Although the research group came to Baozhou to conduct research on national fitness and village-level reading rooms, the work that the Third Secretariat where Wang Jialiang is located is in charge of also includes content in the field of education. So when he saw this school, he was also very interested. He could also completely write these things into the research report.

Su Xinghui said, "Actually, this is not something that makes our faces shine. It is because our city and county's financial investment is not enough that we accepted the donation from social charity groups. I hope that in the future, our city and county's finance can increase investment in education and no longer need to accept such donations. By that time, the cause of education can be considered to have truly developed to a relatively good stage."

Wang Jialiang nodded and said, "In recent years, our country's investment in education is really not enough, but it will get better and better in the future."

Wang Guoxiong nodded. He looked at the two teaching buildings and asked again, "Then are the students studying in the new teaching building middle school students or primary school students?"

Xing Guodong said, "Now the students studying in the new teaching building are students from the Funiu Township Complete Primary School, and some are students from the township middle school. When the other teaching buildings and dormitory buildings are all built, we can rush to let the students of all village primary schools in the township move in before the heavy snow seals the mountains."

Wang Guoxiong nodded and said, "Hmm, that is a good thing for your students. If the heavy snow seals the mountains, it is still relatively dangerous to walk to school."

A group of people walked around the campus that had not been completely finished and then left here, got into the car, and continued to Niutouyu Village.

The new road to Niutouyu Village has not been completely repaired. According to Xing Guodong, it is expected to be completely completed in less than a month at the earliest, before the heavy snow seals the mountains. However, when the group of people arrived at Niutouyu Village, the huge changes here made everyone suddenly feel refreshed from the bumps of the mountain road.

The large ski resort in Niutouyu Village has already been built in part. According to Xing Guodong, it will be able to form part of the reception capacity this year, with three to four ski runs that can be opened to tourists, and the cable car up the mountain can also be built before the heavy snow seals the mountains this year.

In addition to the ski runs, the office building of the Niutouyu Ski Resort is also about to be completed. In addition, a hotel has been built, but the hotel will not be completed this year, so most of the tourists received this year will have to stay in the homes of local villagers.

For this reason, some villagers in Niutouyu Village have renovated their homes into multi-story buildings and decorated them, forming family hotels. This was also done under the encouragement of the county government and the township government. As for the source of funds, it is mainly bank loans, and the ski resort side also provided a part of the funds to the villagers, which they will return to the ski resort after they earn money.

The reason why the ski resort does this is also to hope to reduce the reception pressure of the ski resort itself. Although the ski resort will build its own hotels and restaurants, if the number of tourists is too large during the peak tourist season, these family hotels can play a great role.

This way of doing things can also allow local villagers to have more income, so this can be said to be a matter of killing several birds with one stone.

This kind of modern building built in a simple mountain village made everyone feel that the contrast was very large, and the faces of the local villagers were also full of hope, which made everyone feel very gratified after seeing it.

Wang Jialiang naturally had to ask about the situation of this ski resort. Xing Guodong introduced the origin of this ski resort to him. Wang Jialiang nodded repeatedly after hearing it. Strictly speaking, this ski resort can also be said to be a national fitness facility, and at the same time, it can also support the tourism industry here. It is also within the scope of work that their Third Secretariat is in charge of, so he can also pay attention to it.

Next, the village party secretary of Niutouyu Village took the leaders to visit the reading room in the village. The reading room of Niutouyu Village is a building built next to the village committee. This is a room with an area of more than 100 square meters, about the same size as a classroom. Inside, there are bookshelves, tables, chairs, and other things, and the bookshelves are full of books.

And next to those tables and chairs, local villagers were sitting, and they were all reading books very attentively. The atmosphere was very good.

When Wang Guoxiong and Wang Jialiang walked into the reading room with the people behind them, these villagers looked up and saw them. They were all a bit at a loss and wanted to get up and leave here, but Wang Guoxiong very kindly let them sit down and continue reading, without worrying about them.
