Chapter 308: The Plan to Find Earth

The filming of "Sword Fairy: Jingtian Arc" is currently underway in full swing.

The theme of this drama is actually "Reincarnation," but Luo Mo did not name it "Reincarnation," mainly considering that doing so would directly point out many foreshadowings and key points, which would be a bit boring.

On the other side, Li Junyi has already achieved a three-peat victory on "Masked Singer."

The song "Those Flowers" went on a rampage on the stage of the third episode; although that new masked female Singer seemed very strong, she only posed a certain degree of threat to him.

Yes, the "Heavenly Queen in False Realm" Chun Xiao officially joined the program and appeared as a challenger in the third episode, winning second place in one fell swoop.

How popular Pu Shu's "Those Flowers" was back in the day naturally goes without saying.

This maverick Singer is different from most Singers in the entertainment industry and is also the "white moonlight" in the hearts of many fans.

This also caused the popularity of the mysterious Singer "Superstar" to skyrocket again, and the discussions on the internet have not ceased.

Of course, there is also that mysterious teacher "Earth"!

As "Superstar" and "Earth" became increasingly popular, a piece of news suddenly shocked the whole country.

After reading the news, many people had the same thought in their hearts: "This cutting-edge creator 'Earth' is actually this kind of person!"

………

………

"A Person Like Me," "Worry-Relieving," and "Those Flowers"—these three songs stirred up a wave of Folk music on the internet.

It is often said that "Folk is poor, poor is Folk," which was everyone's general impression of Folk music in the early years.

In reality, many Folk Singers in the past were indeed penniless, and when they were down on their luck, they were truly down on their luck.

Based on the two songs "A Person Like Me" and "Worry-Relieving," many people guessed that the Lyricist "Earth" must be a down-and-out, frustrated little person who nonetheless has a great deal of life insight.

Before these songs became hits, he must have been, just like us, an inconspicuous little character in this world.

"His life must have had many frustrations, right?"

"I feel like his songs are all quite lonely."

"Listening to them, he doesn't sound like someone who is successful in his career."

"He must be frustrated and unappreciated; otherwise, how could the songs he writes make people want to smoke so much while listening?"

"No offense, but I also think he must be a little person, and he probably looks very ordinary too."

"I think it's quite good. Seemingly insignificant, yet he is a bystander of life with so many insights and realizations. This sense of contradiction and contrast is very compelling!"

However, after a major piece of news was made public, everyone's jaws dropped.

If this "Earth" in the news and the "Earth" who writes songs for "Superstar" are the same person, then our imagination was all wrong.

He is not only not poor, he is... filthy rich!

Too rich, this person is too rich!

If these two people are truly the same person, his wealth absolutely far exceeds our imagination.

What the media released was a news video.

And the one that released this video is called "CCTV Network."

This video was also posted on platforms like Weibo and broadcast on CCTV news.

In the video, a reporter interviewed a person.

This person is the Vice President of the Huaxia Charity Federation, named Chen Ying.

In the video, Chen Ying stated that since October of last year, the Huaxia Charity Federation has received an anonymous donation on the 15th of every month.

The donor does not disclose their real name, only two characters—"Earth"!

In terms of charitable donations, this kind of thing is very common.

Taking Ning Shi on Earth as an example, since 1999, there has been a person named "Let It Be" who has been donating to the Ning Shi Charity Federation.

This person's identity is mysterious; they donate once every year and have donated 23 times to date. During the 23rd donation, they donated another 1.05 million yuan.

From 1999 to the present, this person has accumulated donations totaling 13.63 million!

The Vice President of the Ning Shi Charity Federation stated that as time passes, "Let It Be" is no longer just a name, but has become a synonym for this city.

Last year alone, Ning Shi received nearly 1.8 billion in charitable donations, among which many people followed suit and named themselves "Let It Be."

Under the guidance of this anonymous donor, many, many "Let It Be"s have appeared in Ning Shi.

On Blue Star, there are also many such people with great love in their hearts who similarly choose to make various donations in an anonymous form.

—Hiding their merits and fame!

When major charitable organizations promote themselves externally, they only disclose these code names and do not disclose real personal information.

There are actually quite a few people who persist in anonymous donations for a long time.

But this one called "Earth" is donating a bit too frequently; he is actually following the path of donating once a month.

Donating once a month is one thing, but the amount is also very large!

According to the information released by the Huaxia Charity Federation, in October of last year, this person called "Earth" anonymously donated exactly 5 million yuan.

And by November, only a month later, he directly doubled it and donated 10 million.

In December, he doubled it again and donated 20 million!

Since December of last year, he has started to steadily donate exactly 20 million every month!

It is now the end of March, which means he has already donated 60 million this year.

Adding the 35 million donated last year, this guy named "Earth" has accumulated donations of 95 million in such a short time, nearly 100 million.

Admittedly, there are not a few rich people in this world willing to donate large sums of money, but those who donate so much and still insist on anonymity are extremely rare.

Coupled with the fact that this name just happens to be the same as that creator "Earth" on "Masked Singer," it instantly took on a layer of legendary color.

This news exploded in just one afternoon; it can be said to have triggered nationwide speculation.

"Coincidence? Or are they the same person?"

"Boss Earth, I apologize for the offense; I shouldn't have said on the internet earlier that you were definitely a poor wretch. I was blind and failed to recognize a great fortune."

"Damn, could it really be the same person? Both rich and talented, I'm in love!"

"I like your songs. I admire your great love!"

"Regardless of whether it's the same person or not, this kind of news is very meaningful!"

After this news appeared, even the General Director of *Masked Singer*, Ke Ming, was stunned and hurriedly called Luo Mo, saying: "You donated that much?"

With such a strange name as 【Earth】, he didn't believe it was just a coincidence of names.

The reason Ke Ming felt shocked was that Luo Mo himself had accumulated over 50 million in donations since his debut.

The entertainment industry often holds charity events; for example, a relatively well-known one on Earth is: Charity Bazaar.

Every time Luo Mo is invited to participate in such events, his donation amount is always in the top tier.

He doesn't do it too high-profile, won't fight to be the number one in the room, but he won't donate too little either.

Moreover, his donations are the ones that no one ever attacks.

To this day, Luo Mo has hardly taken any endorsements, nor has he had any behavior of "grabbing easy money."

Every cent of his money is earned properly through his talent and ability.

If he wanted to grab easy money, his income could at least multiply several times over.

Furthermore, how long has he even been debuted? It's equivalent to having earned money for less than a year.

Under these circumstances, he is still consistently in the top tier of entertainment industry charity, which can be considered commendable.

As for donating in the name of 【Earth】, Luo Mo has always been doing it.

This world has very, very strict control over charity, strict to the point of being terrifying.

Every donation is strictly supervised, and scandals rarely occur.

As mentioned many times before, the profit-sharing for those signed to Luo Mo Studio is not very high.

There is a portion of money that Luo Mo will directly withdraw.

This is the case for Tong Shu, and it is the same for Sun Yi.

Luo Mo also withdraws a portion of the money he earns himself at the same ratio.

This money is used for other purposes.

As for the use, there's nothing novel about it; it's just donations.

In his view, this is equivalent to paying "copyright fees" to everyone on Earth in an alternative way.

This is all he can do; there is nothing else.

After receiving Ke Ming's call, Luo Mo only said: "It's alright, it's not that much."

"Adding the 50 million plus that you donated yourself, 150 million in donations in one year, and you say it's not much?" Ke Ming said loudly.

"How old are you? You are only 25 years old this year!"

"Not to mention the whole country, how many people in the whole world are willing to donate so much money at this age?" Ke Ming felt that he instantly began to admire this young man.

Regardless of what his starting point is, this money is donated in real terms.

This is benefiting society and giving back to society!

"Just for peace of mind," Luo Mo said in his heart.

He had been completely unaware that the Huaxia Charity Federation would expose this matter.

Clearly, the charity organization also wanted to use various trends to mobilize the kindness of all social classes.

And look, just after this news was released, various charity organizations announced that evening that they had received a large number of anonymous donations, and the donor's signature was 【Earth】.

Now it's great; everyone's curiosity about 【Earth】 has directly overshadowed the 【Superstar】 participating in *Masked Singer*.

Clearly, 【Superstar】 is the one standing in the spotlight, but this 【Earth】 is simply too awesome!

An action was even launched on the internet for this, named—【Earth Project】!

Of course, this action was criticized by many netizens.

"The person is anonymous because they don't want to reveal their identity for the time being; what the hell are you searching for!"

"That's right, they will naturally reveal it when they want to."

"I support revealing it because I think such a person should be remembered by name. But when to reveal it, or whether to reveal it, should be up to their personal wishes, right?"

"Listening to *Melancholy* again now, looking at the lyrics inside, I suddenly feel that this person's state of mind is very high."

"Plus one! I also suddenly feel that his state of mind is even higher!"

Of course, many netizens also started joking online.

"There is another line in *Melancholy* that says 【Forgive my ordinariness, dispel the confusion】, I also really want to be an ordinary person who donates nearly 100 million."

"And *Someone Like Me*, Great God! I really want to be like you!"

"I'm going to listen to *Those Flowers* again now, and I suddenly feel that the flowers in the song couldn't be the flowers of the motherland, right?"

A perfectly fine song inexplicably had a hint of "Versailles" (humblebragging) flavor.

But this "Versailles" of his, it just doesn't make people feel disgusted.

However, all of this must be based on the premise that the two 【Earth】s are the same person.

Nowadays, more and more people are starting to look forward to the reveal segment of 【Superstar】 in *Masked Singer*.

Perhaps, once they know who he is, they can follow the clues to find out who this god-like person 【Earth】 really is!
