Luo Mo, a former idol from Earth, dies and transmigrates into a parallel world, waking up in the body of a young man who shares his name. While his predecessor was merely a staff member for a massive idol survival show, 'Creating Idols,' Luo Mo finds himself unexpectedly thrust into the spotlight as a contestant. Having already lived one life in the grueling entertainment industry, Luo Mo has no desire for fame or the cutthroat competition of stardom; his only goal is to slack off, finish his obligations, and retire to a peaceful life.

However, his unique talents in classical dance and opera, combined with his cynical, pragmatic perspective, make him stand out in ways he never intended. As he navigates the high-pressure environment of the show and crosses paths with the industry's top 'Big Sister' actress, Xu Chujing, Luo Mo discovers that the harder he tries to remain an invisible background character, the more the spotlight seems determined to find him.
