Chapter 554: Pineapple: Quick! Let's all learn from him!

After receiving a WeChat from her best friend, Xiao Cai was completely confused.

No matter how she pressed for details, Xiao Fang just said: "You'll know once you watch it yourself!"

At the same time, she noticed that Xiao Fang had posted to her Moments.

"Strongly recommend the new Mist Theater drama 'Forensic Qin Ming', looks like the best show to watch while eating this year!"

This left Xiao Cai bewildered all over again.

"What kind of trick is this dead woman playing now?"

"How can she have so many faces? Is it that time of the month?"

Amidst the lingering, reluctant gaze of her blind date, Xiao Cai quickly went upstairs, took out her dedicated tablet, and began watching "Forensic Qin Ming".

As it turned out, she understood it not long after starting.

"Deep-fried severed hands right from the start..." she shuddered: "No wonder Xiao Fang couldn't handle it."

Even she found it too intense, let alone Xiao Fang, whose tastes were even milder than her own.

This dead woman posting on Moments was undoubtedly just trying to drag others down with her to suffer together!

This kind of behavior is just like when you read a depressing, angst-filled story and, when recommending it to others, you often claim it's a healing masterpiece.

But then again, there really were many viewers spamming the comments: "Isn't this great for watching while eating?"

"I want to eat chicken feet now."

Xiao Cai let out an "Eww" and frantically rubbed the goosebumps on her body.

The netizens are the most Ox!

Her viewing experience was surprisingly consistent with that of a certain section chief from the Review Department.

Just when she felt she couldn't take it anymore and didn't want to watch, the show started throwing in some banter and comedic points.

Just when you relaxed, the realistic plot would start up again!

Before she knew it, she had finished the first episode.

"Honestly, the character design, the Drama, the pacing... I can't find any faults."

"Even the intense parts, from another perspective, show that the Prop Department put in the effort and didn't just slack off on the audience."

You have to know, many so-called Prop Departments nowadays really don't do any work, just slapping a mosaic on in post-production and letting the audience imagine the rest.

But to say how strong the Suspense is in this show, or how brain-burning it is, that's really not the case.

Xiao Cai also saw people in the comments complaining, feeling that a lot of the evidence pointing to the killer appeared too easily.

Regarding this, Xiao Cai actually had a different opinion.

"The protagonist of this show is a forensic doctor."

"Since it's a forensic doctor, it's about using their own expertise to make the corpses speak."

"Having some decent little Reversals is already very good."

Of course, she personally felt that the "threshold" for this web drama would be higher than "Reset".

Some people are Afraid they will find it too intense and think it's a show with a 'scent'.

Someone like Xiao Fang might be discouraged, and she herself was at a limit.

But in reality, many people who love watching Suspense dramas are looking for thrills.

"It should still be able to be liked by a certain group," Xiao Cai thought to herself.

After following two episodes, she had already started to fall in love with this funny trio.

Opening Weibo, sure enough, the whole show had climbed onto the Hot Search.

The number one entry on the Hot Search list was: Forensic Qin Ming, God-tier show to watch while eating.

She opened it to see countless netizens commenting, suggesting to watch it while eating.

"What bad intentions could netizens have? They just want to help their sisters lose weight together!" Xiao Cai thought with a smile.

After finishing her Weibo browsing, she sent a WeChat to Xiao Fang: "I've watched two episodes, how about you?"

At the same time, she included a meme: Sister is just that cool!

Unexpectedly, Xiao Fang replied instantly: "Heh, I've already finished the third episode."

"Really?" Xiao Cai didn't believe it.

"Qin Ming is my type," Xiao Fang said.

With just those few words, Xiao Cai believed her.

You superficial dog, falling in love with someone new every time you see them!

And she still talks nonsense: "Luo Mo is my true love, my feelings for them are just fleeting."

Heh, women.

On the night "Forensic Qin Ming" premiered, a large number of Drama Critics were mobilized.

Xiao Cai also entered work mode, choosing the title "On How Poor the Forensic Qin Ming Crew Is".

In this review, she accused Luo Mo, that Pass-Review Genius, of all sorts of behaviors.

This crew is truly too poor, so poor they couldn't afford a post-production team.

If they can use a Prop, they use a Prop; they never do post-production.

Where they don't have to censor, they don't censor.

Where they absolutely have to censor, the mosaic is so thin it's like a Cracked Version.

Under her accusations, her fans not only didn't lose interest in the show, but many actually wanted to watch it even more.

At the same time, everyone's focus was quite strange: "Cai-Ox actually knows about Cracked Versions?"

This drama review by Xiao Cai even led some netizens who had been artificially discouraged to choose to go watch the drama themselves.

On the internet now, many people say that Qin Ming is aloof and very pretentious.

This type of character setting has long been overused by all sorts of dramas in recent years.

Many male viewers are particularly disgusted by male leads with this type of character setting.

Once they see similar terms online, they absolutely will not click in to watch.

But who is Luo Mo? Would he make such a low-level mistake?

It is not that an aloof character setting cannot be used.

It is just that the supporting characters in the drama should not all be fawning over him.

When that kind of male lead comes out with a cold face, looking very pretentious, and everyone still says "so cool, so cool," many male viewers naturally do not like to watch it.

Because when encountering such a person in reality, many people's first reaction inside is: "Why does this person look so annoying?"

Now it is fine, as this drama is equipped with two human-shaped roasting machines.

Lin Tao and Li Dabao are busy roasting Qin Ming all day long, busy retorting to him, and busy undermining him.

It even gets to the point where Qin Ming is sitting in the car, they are roasting Qin Ming outside the car, and Qin Ming rolls down the window and says very pretentiously: "The window is actually not that soundproof."

These two funny characters even chime in one after another:

"This is talking about you."

"Is it fun to listen to?"

Under the composition of these three characters, it results in many people not feeling that Qin Ming is aloof or pretentious.

—He is just a total tsundere!

Good heavens, the more you watch, the more pleasing he is, and the more you watch, the cuter he feels!

In her drama review, Xiao Cai emphatically pointed out this point.

And because she is a drama critic who loves wearing JK outfits, the proportion of males in her fan base is quite large...

Quite a few people went to binge-watch the drama that very night, then activated their memberships, became distinguished Penguin Video VIPs, and finished all five episodes in one go!

Now, if you open the Penguin Video charts, you can see that "Forensic Qin Ming" has air-dropped to the top of the list, and its popularity is evident.

This allowed Cheng Wen to completely heave a sigh of relief.

" 'Forensic Qin Ming' is a hit, so the Mist Theater is stable!" he said in his heart.

As for the competitor Pineapple TV's 【Suspense Theater】, in his heart now, it is just: "What kind of trash is that!"

As for the 【Detective Theater】 that Qiqu Video recently prepared by following the trend, that is: "Not even trash!"

Starting from "Creating Idols," Penguin has always firmly stood behind Luo Mo.

Now, it is time to reap the results!

………

………

Five days passed in a flash.

The popularity of "Forensic Qin Ming" is still climbing step by step.

And Luo Mo has also finished filming his scenes abroad and embarked on the journey home.

The repercussions "Forensic Qin Ming" triggered online were mostly within his expectations.

Things like "the strongest drama to watch while eating," he had already anticipated.

But there is one thing that Luo Mo does not know.

Pineapple TV's 【Suspense Theater】 follows a similar model to the 【Mist Theater】, and they are also going to release four dramas this year.

Luo Mo's side has high efficiency, and "Forensic Qin Ming" started airing not long after, while Pineapple's side has slightly lower efficiency.

The reason is very simple: the pressure is high!

If the second drama gets rubbed into the ground again, this 【Theater】 will be finished.

The hit of "Forensic Qin Ming" has made the pressure on Pineapple TV even greater.

However, it also gave them an inspiration.

"So, is it this easy for web dramas to pass the review?"

"Something with such a large scale can pass the review?"

"And yet there are many viewers who love to watch it!"

"Then, can we also operate like this?"

Honestly, the post-production for Pineapple TV's second web drama has already been completed.

The places that needed to be blurred were blurred, the places that needed special effects were done, and the money that needed to be spent was all spent.

But they are just itching to do it.

—Want to learn!

—Want to follow the trend!

Our drama is much more brain-burning than "Forensic Qin Ming." We can learn his strengths, but he won't have the chance to learn ours!

Hmm, let's do it!

Just like that, Pineapple TV wiped away half of the finished post-production.

Then, they took it to be submitted for review.

The drama submitted by Pineapple TV naturally would not be handled by Section Chief Zhong Lin personally.

She was arranged by He Ping'an, which is why she personally handles all of Luo Mo's works.

Logically speaking, this was not something someone at her level should be doing in the first place.

Xiao Li, a petite, top-student girl, has just been working in the Review Department for a year and a half.

At this moment, she sat in front of the computer and opened the new web drama sent by Pineapple TV—《Blood Detective》.
