Chapter 186

They didn't even have second-rate leather armor, and only a hundred or so of them wore it!

The rest didn't even wear leather armor!

With such equipment, when Lin Yang's army attacked the city, they would still be cannon fodder!

Rather than waiting for death, it was better to fight!

As long as they succeeded, those who survived could at least spend the rest of their lives in peace!

The merit of breaking the city, this was the primary merit!

"Good, I will report this to my lord, and I will give you an answer tomorrow!"

Looking firmly at Li Hu in front of him, the leading military officer patted the other party on the shoulder!

"Kid, join our army, you will definitely not regret it!"

After encouraging the other party, the military officer led his team and left in a hurry!

Such a big thing!

Was not something a small military officer like him could decide!

Watching the departing military officer and the others, Li Hu and the others breathed a deep sigh of relief!

Life or death, it all depends on tomorrow!

Half a day later!

"What? Zhao Yu's soldiers want to defect?"

At this moment, Lin Yang, who received the news from his subordinates, was shocked!

Zhao Yu's soldiers, who were transporting bodies, actually wanted to defect to him!

This made Lin Yang feel a bit unsure for a moment!

Guo Jia and Cheng Yu, who were beside him, both frowned!

They had just decided!

To send their elite armored soldiers to hide among the bodies and mix into the city gate area!

As a result!

The soldiers transporting the bodies on the other side wanted to defect to him!

Was this a coincidence?

Or was there a conspiracy?

At this moment, Lin Yang's gaze looked uncertainly at Guo Jia and Cheng Yu!

He naturally trusted Guo Jia!

If it were anyone else!

Lin Yang would probably suspect if they were sent by Zhao Yu!

This was actually a chain strategy!

But Guo Jia, there was absolutely no need to suspect!

"Fengxiao, Zhongde, what do you think about this?"

The defection of the other side's soldiers was naturally very welcome to Lin Yang!

But it had to be at this time!

And!

It happened to be the soldiers transporting the bodies!

"My lord, this shouldn't be a trap. I heard that the squad leader of the transport team has new injuries on his body, which is very likely that he suffered punishment!"

... Please give flowers...

Cheng Yu was silent for a moment before speaking!

Lin Yang believed in Guo Jia, and he also believed in Guo Jia!

With Guo Jia having no problems!

It could only be a coincidence!

The squad leader transporting the bodies was punished, and the soldiers under him all developed the intention to defect!

"Hmm!"

Nodding, Lin Yang didn't express his opinion, but turned his gaze to Guo Jia!

This strategy was brought up by Guo Jia!

He wanted to know Guo Jia's thoughts!

"Prefect Lin, whether this group of people surrenders or not is actually not important!"

Breathing a deep sigh of relief, although this sudden defection disrupted his plan!

It also made his plan proceed more smoothly!

"Since this group of people wants to surrender, then tomorrow, my lord can have fifteen hundred people hide among the bodies!" Guo Jia said indifferently, without any panic!

"As long as they are fully equipped with armor and shields, and arrive at the city wall, everything will be up to my lord!"

That's right!

Guo Jia's idea was very simple!

Since this group of people wants to surrender!

He would increase the intensity!

Fifteen hundred heavy-armored soldiers, with shields hidden under the carts, as long as they get close to the city gate, no strategy will be effective!

As for saying this is a trap!

Then Lin Yang's loss wouldn't be too great!

At worst, fifteen hundred people would retreat, losing some soldiers!

Zhao Yu couldn't possibly open the city gate and send a large army to encircle and suppress these fifteen hundred people!

"Hmm, Fengxiao's words are correct!"

Nodding, Lin Yang had the same idea as Guo Jia!

Regardless of whether the other side is real or fake!

As long as he gives his soldiers the opportunity to get close to the city gate!

Then everything will be convenient!

If people can't get in, can't black gunpowder blow it up?

"Zhongde, go and make arrangements. Tomorrow, have fifteen hundred soldiers wear armor inside their clothes and hide among the bodies!"

0.......

He said to Cheng Yu beside him!

Once Lin Yang had made a decision, he wouldn't suspect anything anymore!

Opportunity knocks but once!

And!

If that group of people was truly defecting, and he was suspicious for no reason!

That would be missing a great opportunity!

"Yes, my lord!"

Cheng Yu bowed and then left quickly to give orders!

Watching Lin Yang make a decision so quickly, Guo Jia felt a sense of trance!

Suddenly!

He seemed to have returned to when he was in Jizhou!

If Yuan Benchu had such decisiveness!

Why would he have come here!

Without speaking, Guo Jia also made a decision in his heart!

Under the cover of night, in Huaiyincheng!

"This, there was rice porridge two days ago, why is there not even rice porridge today!"

At this moment, Li Hu and the others, who had been busy all day, just sat down and looked at the coarse grain cakes in their hands, and they were all furious!

They had been busy all day, and they were given this to eat?

"Hmph, having offended the military officer, it's not bad that you're eating coarse grains!"

The soldier distributing the food curled his lips and said with disdain!
