Chapter 49
The armor alone already weighs over thirty catties!
Add in the long halberd and other weapons, and it could end up weighing as much as forty catties!
Ordinary soldiers already find it somewhat strenuous to fight while wearing ten-plus catties of fish-scale armor!
To make someone fight in forty catties of heavy armor is no different from binding their own hands!
"Mm, what Zhongde says is exactly what I was thinking!"
Lin Yang nodded; he wasn't truly stupid!
Yuan Shao's Great Halberd Warriors were elites selected from hundreds of thousands of soldiers, which is why they could fight in heavy armor!
He certainly didn't think that every soldier under his command was a person of infinite strength!
The reason this heavy armor was forged was because Lin Yang wanted to prepare for heavy cavalry in the future!
He is currently out of refined iron!
But he will definitely have some in the future!
As a person from a later age, combined with the Reputation Marketplace!
What Lin Yang needs to do is strive to crush this era!
As for light cavalry, he, Lin Yang, is no match for the Tiger and Leopard Cavalry, the Wudang Flying Army, or the White Horse Followers!
Then Lin Yang simply decided to abandon light cavalry altogether!
He will play directly with heavy cavalry, the Iron Pagodas!
His advantage does not lie in the refinement of his troops, but in his abundant resources!
Heavy cavalry that others cannot afford to equip—he wants to build them, he must build them!
A smart person never competes with others on their own strengths!
Instead, they leverage their own strengths to deliver a fatal blow to the opponent!
Looking at the heavy armor before him, a sharp light flickered in Lin Yang's eyes!
Just wait!
The moment the heavy Iron Pagodas appear!
He will trample across the entire territory of the Great Han!
And tell them that the era has changed! ===== CHAPTER 50 =====
