The United States representative's speech had not yet ended when it caused an uproar within the venue.

He shifted his focus, sneering as he pointed at his old rival, Russia, and began to accuse: "Even among the permanent members of the Security Council, there exist nations that have made contact with extraterrestrials and reached secret agreements. They are in cahoots, colluding together. Disregarding the safety and interests of Earth, this nation is Russia!"

The International Conference Hall was in an uproar, and many eyes turned toward the Russian representative and the delegations from several South American countries.

As for the other four permanent members with nuclear capabilities who had the power to determine the final outcome of this meeting, the British representative wore a smile; no one knew if he agreed with the American stance, or if this professional troublemaker was also preparing to enter the fray.

The French representative was whispering with the Greek representative sitting next to him, and judging by the smile on his face, he seemed to be in quite a good mood.

The representative from a certain Far Eastern country was watching the American representative's speech with a serious expression, but his fingers were rhythmically tapping on the table in a spot hidden by the front baffle; if one were to get closer and listen carefully, one could vaguely make out that this multi-talented representative was tapping out the tune of "Good Days."

As for the Russian representative, who had been specifically named, the expression on his face was truly spectacular.

Almost the instant the American representative finished speaking, this representative from the fighting nation launched a counterattack without the slightest hesitation.

He pressed the prompt button in front of him, and after temporarily suppressing the noisy discussions in the venue, he immediately pulled the microphone closer and began: "Just now, the American representative, as always, is pointing fingers and interfering arrogantly in the internal affairs of various countries on Earth, and is now attempting to point fingers at extraterrestrials as well!"

The Russian representative ignored the Americans' ugly expressions and continued to retort: "The Americans just accused us, Russia, and some South American countries of reaching secret agreements with extraterrestrials, colluding openly, and selling out the interests of Earth."

"Then I would also like to ask the American representative a few questions: can you Americans explain to the various countries the truth behind the incident that occurred in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States in 2007?"

"When did the extraterrestrials arrive on Earth? And which country was the first to make contact?"

"We have indeed noticed that in recent years, you Americans have been struck by extraterrestrials many times."

"But this still cannot hide the fact that you Americans knew about and made contact with extraterrestrials long before other countries."

"Regardless of what reason led to you seemingly falling out with the extraterrestrials and starting to break out into conflict later on."

"None of that can cover up the fact that you Americans had already made contact and cooperated with extraterrestrials a long time ago!"

"With so much evidence laid out before us, you now come to accuse us, Russia, and some South American countries of reaching secret agreements with extraterrestrials?"

"Do you really think we will just swallow our pride in the face of such blatant distortion and attacks?"

What a brave and resolute Polar Bear; the Russian representative vividly demonstrated the qualities of a qualified diplomat.

When to be soft, when to be hard.

How to pass off truth as lies, and how to use one's words to trap others and change the subject.

Although many of the country representatives in attendance knew that the Russian representative was using a false analogy.

After all, Severodvinsk, as one of Russia's most important naval bases in the Arctic Ocean, had suddenly seemed to be erased from the map starting a few years ago.
