Chapter 977

A film critic named "Audacity Let Me Come" conducted a deeper analysis:

"Youmingyue screenwriting is the best! I don't know if everyone has noticed, but the plot progresses logically layer by layer. The first chapter tests Cheng Shifei as an Imperial Secret Agent, the second tells the story of Duan Tianya, the third is Shangguan Haitang's personal show, and then it introduces Guihai Yidao's past and present... Moreover, the plot is coherent, letting us follow along with the story."

"Among them, the character that left the deepest impression on me is Suxin."

"Suxin, Suxin—a name that makes one feel warm just by saying it. From this name, you seem to see a gentle-browed young girl, holding an umbrella, walking out of a misty, drizzling town in Jiangnan."

"She might not be a beauty who outshines all others, nor a transcendent beauty with ethereal temperament, but every gesture, every movement, always makes one feel very comfortable, like a cup of warm green tea."

"But don't be fooled by this name and her gentle appearance."

"The truth is, she herself is also someone who likes to tease others. When Gu Gu Santong told her he tricked the Prince into believing the Vajra Indestructible Body can only be practiced by a virgin and can only be used five times, and that the Prince is truly a fool, Suxin laughed very happily."

"Yet what the Prince liked was a dignified, elegant, gentle, and virtuous Suxin, so later on, most of Suxin's laughter was when she was with Cheng Shifei; she actually didn't laugh much when she was with the Prince."

A large number of viewers saw this review and reflected on the plot.

"It really seems to be like that."

"I didn't expect you to be such a Suxin."

"Looking at it from here, Suxin and Gu Gu Santong are the perfect match! It's just that as a girl, she couldn't play tricks on others like Gu Gu Santong did."

"Suxin is gentle on the surface, rebellious in secret."

"..."

As one review after another appeared, more and more foreshadowing was unearthed, and many viewers exclaimed that they had watched a fake TV series, planning to watch it a second time.

They wouldn't admit that this was just an excuse to find a reason for a second viewing.

And on Weibo.

A large number of viewers were also in heated discussions, and the Weibo trending list was directly dominated by *The World's Number One*.

Under the trending topics, the comment section was incredibly lively.

"Duan Liusheng, the nemesis of anti-Japanese heroes, swore never to marry, but the sister-in-law is an exception, Tianya."

"It cracked me up, Princess Lixiu said: 'Go away, you dead handsome guy'... a giant bird, hahahaha. Youmingyue really dares to film anything."

"The young ladies have such rich theoretical knowledge."

"The Longmen Inn at the end of the episode, does it refer to the movie *Flying Swords of Longmen* recently approved by Guwang?"

"Both have the word 'Longmen', it must be related. I guess it has to do with Yu Huatian."

"??"

"Adding a point, Shangguan Haitang's master, Master Wuhen, should already be dead, and it's highly likely he was absorbed by the Prince."

"The thing that makes this drama most unforgettable for me is the relationship between Guihai Yidao and Shangguan Haitang. You can tell from Guihai Yidao's eyes and expressions that he loved Shangguan Haitang to death. Shangguan Haitang's gaze toward Guihai Yidao in the later stages was also exceptionally affectionate, but they weren't completely love-struck, and Shangguan Haitang died later on, which makes it even more frustrating and unfulfilled."

"Don't say it, I'm so angry. This part is the most regrettable; it really made me cry to death, wuwuwuwu."

"At first I thought Cao Zhengchun was the villain, but seeing the end, I realized the Prince was the true villain."

"I love Princess Yunluo so much; finding such a wife is truly accumulating virtue."

"I have a bold idea: when Cheng Shifei and his wife are living their life, can they also use the Vajra Indestructible Divine Art?"

"I'm afraid Princess Yunluo wouldn't be able to handle it."

"Actually, they could also use the Star-Absorbing Great Method."

"You guys aren't right."

"Can you even drive on this broken road?"

"Personally, I think this show, whether in terms of action or plot, counts as one of the top three Two Wuxia dramas in the country. Youmingyue is awesome!"

"Although it's an old saying, I still have to say it: Youmingyue is the best!"

"Looking forward to the young ladies' next Two Wuxia drama, *Wind and Cloud*!"

In any case, *The World's Number One* has officially concluded.

The influence it brought, however, is still continuing.

The next day.

The final viewership statistics for the show were tallied.

Since it started airing, the ratings on Zhejiang Satellite TV climbed steadily, and by last night's finale, the peak reached 10.2!

Breaking ten!

No Two Wuxia drama has ever achieved such data, and even within the scope of all TV series, it is proud and peerless!

This rating beat all TV station programs in the same period, including CCTV!

Youmingyue once again demonstrated their terrifying dominance.

The TV industry was shaken!

What's even more terrifying is that they achieved this feat at only 20 years old this year.

This is the Two Wuxia era of Youmingyue!

Invincible!
