Chapter 380: Purple Star Council

"Metal mineral veins will become the primary channels for energy transmission," Xu Feng added, "I will ensure they are capable of carrying sufficient energy."

Lin Xuan finally said: "And I will be responsible for the Life Energy network, balancing the energy flow of the entire network through the plant system."

The four stood around the Heaven Origin Instrument, extending their arms in different directions. Four-colored light surged from within their bodies, spreading along the energy channels of the Heaven Origin Instrument to the entire globe. This was an unprecedented global collaboration, and also the first true resonance between humanity and the Earth Consciousness.

At the foot of Kunlun Shan, countless Practitioners looked up at the strange sight in the sky—five-colored light covered the entire sky like the aurora borealis.

The experience of crossing the dimension channel exceeded Li Yan's imagination. He felt his consciousness being stretched to the limit, while his body felt as if it were being broken down into elementary particles and then reassembled. When this sense of vertigo finally subsided, Li Yan opened his eyes, and a world never seen before appeared before him.

"Welcome to Purple Star, Earthling." Mo Rui's voice came from beside him; his energy body was more solid here, almost appearing in a physical form.

Li Yan saw the sky was not the blue of Earth, but a purple, swirling layer of clouds.

What shocked him even more was that the entire city was built on floating islands. Dozens of land fragments of different sizes floated in the air, connected to each other by bridges made of pure energy. The buildings themselves were also astonishing—they were not of a fixed form, but were composed of flowing energy, constantly changing shape according to the needs of the residents.

"Your world is built entirely on energy."

Mo Rui nodded: "The material foundation of Purple Star is different from Earth's. In our long evolution, our civilization learned to directly utilize dimension energy to construct our living environment."

He pointed to an exceptionally large floating island in the distance: "That is the seat of the Purple Star Council, the place where the fate of our civilization is decided. Twelve Supreme Elders are waiting for us."

Li Yan followed Mo Rui across several energy bridges; the Purple Star residents along the way stopped to watch, full of curiosity about this visitor from a foreign realm. Li Yan noticed that the residents here varied in form; some were almost pure energy bodies, while others maintained a human-like appearance, but purple energy patterns flowed across their skin.

After arriving at the Council island, Li Yan was led into a magnificent circular hall. The ceiling was a miniature projection of the starry sky, flickering with countless purple star points. In the center of the hall was a circular platform, surrounded by twelve floating seats, each occupied by a Purple Star Elder.

"Mo Rui, you have finally returned," an apparently elderly energy body spoke, "Is this the Earth representative you brought back?"

Mo Rui stepped forward: "Respected Council, this is Li Yan, one of the Five Element Guardians of Earth, the Fire Element Controller. He came voluntarily as an envoy of peace between Earth and Purple Star."

Li Yan bowed forward: "Respected Purple Star Council, I represent Earth in extending our most sincere greetings to your civilization."

A young Elder among those seated stood up abruptly, purple energy fluctuating violently around him: "This is ridiculous! Mo Rui, have you been deceived by the Earthlings? Just a short while ago, we were still at war with them, and now you bring an Earthling into the Core of our Council?"

"Elder Yage, please calm down," Mo Rui replied calmly, "The situation has undergone a major change. Earth is not as fragile as we imagined; it has awakened its own consciousness."

Yage sneered: "Self-consciousness? A planet? Mo Rui, are you sure you haven't been misled by their illusions?"

"I have brought evidence," Mo Rui took out the Wuxing Jingti and placed it on the platform in the center of the Council, "These are core samples of Earth's Five Elements Energy; they have an astonishing compatibility with our energy."

The Wuxing Jingti flickered with a strange light under the purple starlight, producing a subtle resonance with the energy of the Council hall. Several Elders stood up and approached to observe these crystals closely.

"This is indeed unusual," a female Elder commented, "The energy structure is extremely stable, and... it seems capable of automatically harmonizing with our energy system."

Li Yan stepped forward: "Respected Council members, the Earth Consciousness has awakened and proposed the concept of the Dimension Balance Array of the Five Elements. This system can allow our two dimensions to coexist peacefully and support each other, rather than mutually destroying one another."

"Nice rhetoric," Yage mocked, "but this is nothing more than a delaying tactic. Our dimension is collapsing; there is no time for uncertain experiments."

Li Yan took a deep breath, deciding to prove it with action. He slowly raised his right hand, and blue flames danced on his palm. Under the gaze of the Council members, he controlled the flames to form a small vortex: "Please allow me to demonstrate how two types of energy can coexist."

He nodded to Mo Rui. Mo Rui understood his intention and released a small stream of purple energy. All the Council members held their breath, expecting to see a scene of energy conflict.

However, to everyone's surprise, when the blue flame and purple energy touched, there was no explosion or repulsion; instead, they formed a beautiful spiral structure, the two energies intertwining while each maintaining its essential characteristics.

"This is the possibility of coexistence—not conquest, not plunder, but balance and harmony."

The expressions of most Elders shifted from suspicion to surprise, and then to contemplation.

"This Balance Array," an elder asked, "can it truly stabilize our dimension?"

"It can not only stabilize the dimension," Li Yan answered firmly, "in the long run, it can also repair the parts that have already been damaged. Earth's Five Elements system is essentially a balance system; it can help regulate the energy fluctuations of Purple Star."

Although Yage was clearly shocked by this demonstration, he was still unwilling to abandon his position: "This is only a small-scale experiment; who can guarantee it will also succeed at the dimensional level? Who can guarantee the Earthlings won't go back on their word in the future?"

Just as the debate was becoming heated, the entire Council hall suddenly shook violently. The starry sky projection on the ceiling twisted and deformed, and the energy bodies of several Elders also began to fluctuate unstably.

"Another Dimension Barrier has collapsed!" an Elder exclaimed, "In the Northwest Quadrant, Seventh District, energy is leaking out in large quantities!"

The Council immediately fell into chaos. Mo Rui quickly pulled up a holographic projection, showing that a region of Purple Star was experiencing violent energy turbulence.

"The situation is critical," Mo Rui said with a tense voice, "If it cannot be stabilized in time, the entire quadrant will collapse."

Li Yan looked at the energy vortex in the projection and said without hesitation: "Take me there. I might be able to help."

Yage sneered: "You? An Earthling?"

"No time to argue," Mo Rui interrupted him and looked at Li Yan, "Are you sure? The energy turbulence there could cause you harm."
