Chapter 1011: Ultimate Magician

Enemy Attack Alert!

Fake Luna: "Forced change of attack target again!?"

The thought that popped into her mind at this moment was, can I not decide who I want to attack in this duel?

Can we still play cards properly?

"Special Summon 'Chocolate Magician Girl' from my hand!"

【Chocolate Magician Girl, ATK 1600】

"This way, Power Tool's attack target becomes Chocolate." Fujiki You Xuan laughed.

Fake Leo snorted: "Chocolate is Chocolate, then Power Tool, smash that Magician Girl for me!"

"That won't do." Fujiki You Xuan smiled, "Chocolate Magician Girl's effect: when she becomes the opponent's attack target, Special Summon one Magician Girl from my Graveyard.

After that, the opponent's attack target is forced to change to that new Magician Girl, and its ATK is halved!"

Fake Leo: "!!!"

Again!?

Is there no end to transferring the attack after it's already been transferred?

Fujiki You Xuan: "Special Summon 'Kiwi Magician Girl' from the Graveyard!"

【Kiwi Magician Girl, ATK 1800】

"And, Power Tool's ATK is halved!"

"Ah ah ah, so annoying! Transferring one after another..."

Fake Leo said angrily.

"I won't let you continue to be so arrogant! Power Tool, hit back for me!"

【Power Tool Dragon, ATK 2300】

"Oh?" Fujiki You Xuan raised an eyebrow.

Can it still be like this? Can the ATK ignore the halving effect just by shouting loud enough?

But Fujiki You Xuan reacted the next moment: "The effect of the final chapter Fairy Tale field?"

"That's right!" Fake Leo said, "Forgotten Fairy Moon, the field effect is, when a monster in Defense Position changes to Attack Position, its ATK is doubled!"

Power Tool changed to Attack Position this turn, so its ATK was originally boosted to 4600, and then halved by Chocolate girl, so it is still 2300 now.

A series of attacks and defenses, being continuously transferred, doubled, and then halved, Power Tool finally managed to gain the upper hand again, counter-killing the magic wave blasted by Kiwi and defeating the latter.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 → LP 3500】

"Hmm? Actually 800 points of damage?"

"I don't care what happens to me! Even if I'm broken, even if I'm smashed to pieces, it's fine." Fake Leo said firmly, "But I absolutely won't allow anyone to touch Luna!"

A trace of wavering appeared on the gloomy face of Fake Luna behind him.

"Leo..."

"It's not over yet, next is Ancient Fairy Dragon, attack 'Chocolate Magician Girl'!" Leo said, "The Magician Girl's attack target transfer effect should only be once per turn, right?"

What he said was indeed correct. Chocolate Magician Girl had already used her attack target transfer effect once, so it could no longer be used, and thus could only be defeated head-on by Ancient Fairy.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 3500 → LP 3000】

Finally, at the end of the turn, the overloaded Power Tool Dragon self-destructed and shattered into pieces.

Clap clap clap clap—

Fujiki You Xuan applauded. This sudden reaction made Fake Leo a bit stunned: "You... you, what are you doing?"

"Nothing, just moved by your firm brother-sister bond. Even knowing you are copies, it's still moving."

Fake Leo heard this and was angry again: "Still dare to say such things..."

"Well, don't be angry. I'm just telling the truth, just like the principle I'm about to tell you." Fujiki You Xuan shook his head, "The world often does not shift according to human will.

No matter how firm the will is, no matter how strong the wish to protect is, if there is no corresponding strength, it will always be just empty talk."

Fake Leo was angry: "Who are you saying has no strength..."

But without giving him another chance to speak, Fujiki You Xuan interrupted directly: "My turn, draw."

He slowly drew a card from his hand.

"It's about time, let's end it here—"

"—Activate Spell Card 'Magical Fusion'!"

"Banish monsters from the field and Graveyard as fusion materials to perform a Fusion Summon for a Spellcaster-Type monster."

"I banish all five Magician Girls—Berry, Lemon, Apple, Chocolate, and Kiwi—from the field and Graveyard to perform the ultimate Magician Fusion!"

The twins were both shocked: "Fusion of five Magician Girls?"

Five shining void rifts suddenly cracked open in the sky, and a magic circle with a diameter of three meters rotated in each rift. These magic circles were arranged in an interlaced manner like star rings, each burning with five-colored magic flames. The moment the fifth magic circle was positioned, all the runes rotated in reverse simultaneously, and the erupting energy torrent tore open a dimensional rift at the center point.

"When the five-fold star rings intersect, the staff of truth pierces the dimension, and the supreme logic that integrates all phenomena manifests here! Descend—"

"—Quintet Magician!"

The hem of the black robe was the first to pierce the void, the robe clanging in the violent wind. The golden hair of Quintet Magician poured down like sunlight. The moment he appeared, the five magic circles suddenly shrank into a crown of light floating behind him, spinning like star rings.

【Quintet Magician, ATK 4500】

"The moment Quintet Magician is successfully Fusion Summoned using five types of Spellcaster-Type monsters, all cards on the opponent's field are destroyed!"

Leo x Luna: "Nani!?"

Quintet Magician's staff slammed heavily onto the ground, and the five star-ring magic circles suddenly collapsed into a black hole-like singularity. He held the void with his left hand, and five types of elemental magic gathered in his palm, sweeping across like the law of destruction.

The space of the twins' field began to twist like paper crumpled by an invisible giant hand. Ancient Fairy Dragon, Power Tool, and the entire fairy tale field began to show spiderweb-like cracks. The first to disintegrate was the field; the entire fairy tale painting curled and carbonized like a parchment scroll licked by fire. Immediately after, the mechanical dragon made a crisp sound of crystal shattering, beginning to decompose into colored light particles from the ends of its limbs. Ancient Fairy Dragon began to turn into sand, turning into smoke and clouds under the magic storm.

When the last card also dissipated into light dust, the remaining crown of light behind Quintet Magician suddenly shrank, and all the escaping energy was re-absorbed into the crystal at the top of the staff. The battlefield returned to silence, leaving only the magic embers remaining on the hem of his robe, flickering like sparks.

Fake Leo looked blankly at the field that had turned into complete ruins in just an instant, opened his mouth, but his expression was bitter, unable to say a word.

"Quintet Magician." Fujiki You Xuan said lightly, "Direct attack."

Quintet Magician's golden pupils suddenly contracted, and the five magic circles floating in the air suddenly began to rotate at high speed with the staff as the axis. The five-colored halos drew comet-like light trails during the rotation, finally overlapping into a brilliant rainbow star vortex in front of the staff tip.

The moment the staff slashed down, all the halos contracted and collapsed simultaneously, condensing into a golden torrent entwined with spiral patterns. The air where the light passed showed a glass-like shattered state.

After being stunned for a long time, at the last moment, Fake Leo turned around and took Luna into his arms, turning his back to the world-destroying five-array radiance, as if he wanted to use his own body as a shield.

Boom—

【Leo x Luna, LP 3200 → LP 0】
