Chapter 1130: Like Xyz?

"Bounce back to hand... bounce back to hand again!"

Vetrix, whose emotions had calmed down with the appearance of Crest, fried again.

"Can't you do anything else!?"

From the beginning of this duel, it was bounce, bounce, and bounce again, endless bouncing back to the hand.

And this time it was different from before. If it was bounced back to the hand by Raphael, Crest's ATK was 3000 at this time, and Vetrix would take 3000 points of damage from Crest's ATK, so he would be finished off directly!

"Heraldic God, Crest is indeed a terrifying ace, and this Timelord deck can indeed be said to be completely countered." Fujiki You Xuan smiled playfully. "But you wouldn't think that I came up to the stage so rashly without preparing any counter-strategy for Crest, right?"

Vetrix frowned.

What does that mean?

This guy's words made it sound like he had known about Crest's ability for a long time. But Crest was clearly his hidden ace, his bottom-of-the-box hole card, which had only awakened two minutes ago. Even his own sons didn't know Crest's ability.

How could this person from another dimension possibly know?

However, Fujiki You Xuan might forget the effects of other unpopular Numbers, but he certainly couldn't ignore the animation Crest, which was so tough and played a vital role in the plot. Naturally, he prepared a way to deal with it, and there was far more than one such way.

However, Vetrix wasn't so easily taken down: "Activate face-down card, Trap Card 'Heraldry Change'!"

"This card can be activated when the opponent declares an attack, Special Summon a 'Heraldic Beast' from my hand to the field, then forcibly end the Battle Phase!"

Vetrix activated the trap, and a transparent giant crest imprint appeared in front of him. Timelord's punch slammed into the crest imprint, and the impact was immediately dispersed.

The energy released from the crest then gathered into a physical shape. Four hooves on the ground, a golden spiral horn, blue-purple mane, a Heraldic Beast Unicorn was summoned to the field.

【Heraldic Beast Unicorn, ATK 1100】

At the same time, the Battle Phase was forcibly ended by the trap effect, entering Fujiki You Xuan's Main Phase 2.

"Timelord's effect needs to be triggered after each 'battle'. If the battle itself doesn't hold, then of course there is none."

Vetrix smiled.

"Therefore, the effect of Timelord Raphael does not activate, and Heraldic God, Crest will not be bounced back to my hand!"

"And the effect of 'Forbidden Chalice' only lasts until the end of this turn, and Crest's effect will return to normal in the End Phase!"

He said this and spread his hands, his expression becoming exaggerated again: "Come! Declare the end of the turn, and then send your Timelord's effect to me again!"

Judai said: "This guy named Vetrix really has two brushes. He realized the weakness of Timelord so quickly..."

Fujiki You Xuan didn't speak, just set another back-row card: "Set one card, turn end."

"At a loss? Then I'll take your Timelord's effect again!"

Vetrix laughed. At the same time, the magic claw of energy had already shot out from Crest's body again, pulling out the energy fluctuation that seemed to contain a soul from Timelord's body, and all of it was stored into its own body.

Crest's momentum soared again!

"My turn, draw!" Vetrix shouted. "With this, it's over!"

"Heraldic God, Crest, attack 'Timelord Raphael'! The final blow..."

Fujiki You Xuan snapped his fingers: "Activate face-down card, Trap Card 'Forced Back', return one monster on the field to the owner's hand."

"I return 'Heraldic God, Crest' to the owner's hand!"

Vetrix: "..."

Crest, which was preparing to attack aggressively, suddenly paused, as if it had stepped on some trap under its feet. Following that, something like a spring pad under it suddenly popped out, connected to a long metal spring below.

Crest's huge body was immediately bounced out hundreds of meters away like a funny character in a comic, as if it had flown into the sky and become a star on the horizon. A beam of golden light flew back into Vetrix's hand, turning back into the form of a card.

Of course, because it was an Xyz monster, it couldn't return to the hand and could only go back to the Extra Deck.

"Aaaaaah—"

Vetrix began to grab his head, looking like he wished he could vent his anger on his hair.

Bounce back to hand, bounce back to hand again...

Crest's invincible destruction resistance didn't even have a chance to play, and it was kicked back directly like a dog on the side of the road.

Did this guy really understand Crest's effect? That's why he deliberately avoided the more common destruction-type field-clearing effects and specifically used this endless bouncing back to the hand to disgust himself?

"It's still your turn, the Battle Phase hasn't ended yet." Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "Do you still want to attack?"

This was clearly a mockery.

Although Vetrix still had a Unicorn left on the field, Crest was gone, and the effect lockdown had disappeared. Fujiki You Xuan's Timelord on the field had restored its monster effect. If the Unicorn attacked, it would only lead to the Unicorn being bounced back, and Vetrix would also have to take the damage of the Unicorn's ATK, which was purely looking for death.

"You think you've won? You think you've solved Crest like this?"

Vetrix shouted.

"It's not over yet, Crest is immortal!"

"Activate Magic Card 'Card of Burial Spell'. Banish 'Blast Crest', 'Advanced Heraldry Art', and 'Card of Adversity' from my Graveyard, draw two cards from my Deck!"

"I then Normal Summon 'Heraldic Beast Basilisk' from my hand!" 【Heraldic Beast Basilisk, ATK 1000】

"Then if there are two or more Heraldic Beasts on my field, this card can be Special Summoned from my hand!" Vetrix said. "Come, Heraldic Beast Leo!"

【Heraldic Beast Leo, ATK 1000】

Yubel: "Three Level 4 monsters again."

"Going to come again, Crest?" Judai understood.

Bounced back to the Extra Deck, as long as he Xyz Summoned again, it would be fine. This posture was very obvious, Vetrix intended to summon Crest again.

However...

Fujiki You Xuan showed a "plan succeeded" smile again.

It's just that this time he smiled even more brilliantly, as if this was completely within his expectations.

"Then when the opponent successfully performs a summon or Special Summon, the effect of this card in my hand also activates. This card can be Special Summoned on the opponent's field in face-up Defense Position."

Fujiki You Xuan shook a card in his hand.

"I'll give this monster to you."

"Special Summon 'Flying "C"' on your field in Defense Position!"

【Flying "C", DEF 700】

Vetrix: "???"

He looked at the thing pulled onto his field by the opponent, feeling bewildered for a moment.

What kind of plane is he trying to play again?

At this time, the monster card sent by Fujiki You Xuan had condensed into shape in golden particles and appeared on Vetrix's Duel Disk.

So Vetrix lowered his head and seriously read the effect of the monster sent by the opponent.

Flying "C"? Never heard of it. Let me see the effect...

"The controller of this card cannot Xyz Summon."

Vetrix: "..."

Vetrix: "..."

Vetrix: "..."

"Aaaaaah—"

At this moment, a revenger lost his dream.

It seemed that he was probably crazy.

"Not operating? That's it? Then I'll continue."

Fujiki You Xuan said slowly.

"Then my turn, draw."

"Timelord must return to the Deck and be shuffled during the Standby Phase of my turn. Come back, Timelord Raphael."

Raphael turned into a whirlwind and flew back into Fujiki You Xuan's Deck.

"When there are no monsters on my field, activate the effect of Continuous Trap 'Empty Machine' again."

"This time I summon 'Timelord Kamion'."

The earth shook, and the Tree of Life constructed of incandescent energy rose from the ground, and the Timelord of the earth turned into a physical form under the phantom of the tree.

【Timelord Kamion, ATK 0】

"Battle, Timelord Kamion attacks 'Heraldic Beast Leo'."

"The effect of Kamion is, when this card battles, all monsters on the opponent's field are returned to the owner's Deck and shuffled, and damage is inflicted to the opponent equal to that number x 500."

"Now there are four monsters on your field, all four monsters return to the Deck, and 2000 points of damage is inflicted!"

Vetrix took a deep breath.

Fine, now it doesn't even bounce back to the hand, it directly blasts them back to the Deck.

Kamion threw a punch, like a crack in the earth extending all the way to the opponent's field, and the four monsters all fell into the earth crack one by one, disappearing one by one into golden light.
