Chapter 1258

"Set three cards, the turn ends," Mr. Heartland said.

"Ho, three set cards at once, the pressure is full all of a sudden."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan rubbed his hands.

"Okay, then let's see what I should do?"

He said as he entered his Draw Phase. Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan drew a card, his peripheral vision had already swept over the moment the card was drawn, and then his tone rose easily.

"Good, then I'll have to ask you next. Come on! Traptrix Genlisea!"

The new Traptrix girl jumped onto the field lively and stuck out her tongue playfully.

【Traptrix Genlisea, ATK 1700】

"When Traptrix Genlisea is successfully summoned, I can Special Summon a Traptrix monster from my Graveyard in Defense Position," Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan raised his Duel Disk. "Special Summon 'Traptrix Mantis' from the Graveyard."

As an overlay unit removed when the Rafflesia effect was activated in the previous turn, a green light gathered on the field, and Traptrix Mantis flew back to the field under the call of her companion, and at the same time stretched out her tender little hand and gave the Traptrix Genlisea loli a crisp high-five.

【Traptrix Mantis, DEF 1500】

"Set one more card in the backrow."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan inserted the set card into the backrow slot of the Duel Disk, but as soon as he inserted it, he pulled it out again. The speed of insertion and extraction was so fast that the set card image didn't even have time to be projected onto the field.

"By sending a trap card in the set state in the backrow to the Graveyard, this card in my hand can be Special Summoned," Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said. "I Special Summon 'Traptrix Vesiculo'."

Green vegetation bloomed on the field, as if opening its mouth to swallow the card Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan set in the backrow.

As if digesting the trap card as nourishment, the green-clothed Traptrix girl, with a skirt hem like green leaves, was already lying on the field, her bare legs dangling in the air, her hands supporting her chin with a cunning smile.

【Traptrix Vesiculo, ATK 1400】

Mr. Heartland: "No matter how many such weak monsters come..."

He paused and his expression changed abruptly: "Wait, there are three Level 4 monsters, don't tell me...!"

Mr. Heartland suddenly thought that the summoning condition for three 4-star monsters...

Although the most threatening "Number 69: Heraldry Crest" in the opponent's Extra Deck had been dealt with, there should be other monsters in the opponent's Extra Deck that could meet this summoning condition.

"I stack Level 4 'Traptrix Vesiculo', 'Traptrix Genlisea', and 'Traptrix Mantis', three monsters!"

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said loudly.

"Three monsters build an overlay network, Xyz Summon!"

The three Traptrix girls, who were sitting or lying down, stood up together and turned into light beams and rushed into the sky. The three light beams intertwined and opened the overlay network, erupting with chaotic and tyrannical energy completely different from the previous Traptrix Xyz.

The number 102 rushed out of the light curtain and was branded on the armor built like gold. The golden holy warrior raised his palm, and thousands of swirling light particles gathered into a bow in his hand, the bowstring shining with golden light, as if echoing with the shining armor on his chest.

"Number 102: Star Seraph Sentry!"

That's right, it is the soul of Dumon... the former soul, the symbol of the Barian Seven Emperors identity, the over-hundred number 102, Star Seraph Sentry.

【Number 102: Star Seraph Sentry, ATK 2500】

At this time, Dumon recalled his past life and was already at odds with Don Thousand, and this Sentry was the curse Don Thousand imposed on him, so it was naturally abandoned from then on.

He didn't want it, so this Sentry naturally became an ownerless thing. Since it was an ownerless thing, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan picked it up with peace of mind...

Picked it up by ability.

"You guy, you actually dare to use the over-hundred Number!?" Mr. Heartland shouted.

He was quite shocked in his heart.

Yes, he already knew that there was an over-hundred Number in the opponent's Extra Deck when he looked at the Extra Deck before. Although he was a little suspicious at the time, he felt that this person might not necessarily have the guts to use it.

Ordinary Number cards will bring a certain burden to the holder, and ordinary people without special features are easily taken away by the mind and lost in themselves, so they need to be cautious when using them.

And the over-hundred Numbers, as the exclusive property of the Barian Seven Emperors, are each much stronger than ordinary Numbers. Not only that, these Numbers represent the embodiment of Don Thousand's curse on the Barian Seven Emperors, and using them at will requires worrying about directly provoking Don Thousand.

Is this person completely unafraid?

Mr. Heartland was shocked, but Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan was very calm here.

Of course he is not afraid. It is said that Number cards are quite a burden to the user, but he already has a whole army of spirits to help him share, and many of them are god-level big monsters. Coupled with the fact that he has become a dark duelist and has been through many battles, he has already cultivated to a considerable realm, and he can bear it even without the spirit sharing.

As for Don Thousand's curse?

Anyway, Don Thousand is still in residual blood, and it saves Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan from looking for him if he takes the initiative to show up. It just so happens that ZONE is also here. If the other party is really so ignorant and dares to show up, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan will press his residual soul with ZONE on the spot, completely cutting off his hope of resurrection.

But it's a pity that a certain old antique Don Thousand didn't seem to show up to give experience, which is a bit regrettable.

"Effect of Number 102: Star Seraph Sentry," Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said. "Remove one overlay unit, negate the effect of one monster on the opponent's field, and its ATK becomes half!"

"I make the ATK of 'Number 1: Infection Fly King Beelzebub' half, and its effect is negated!"

The swirling overlay units were absorbed into the chest of Sentry. The entire armor of Sentry began to shine, and the bow in his hand and the bowstring also lit up with golden light.

Pure energy condensed into arrows, and the arrowheads were spiral light vortices. Sentry's right hand loosened suddenly, and the fully drawn bowstring shot out, and the arrow shot out with the speed of light.

Mr. Heartland knew that if the effect and ATK were taken away, then Infection Fly King would become a toothless tiger and have no power to resist.

That won't do!

"Activate the set card, Continuous Trap 'Fiendish Chain'!"

Mr. Heartland shouted, the powerful binding trap was activated, and the dark green demon chains bound Sentry from head to toe, and the golden light flowing all over his body instantly dimmed.

"Heh, actually being able to control the over-hundred Number of the Barian Seven Emperors really surprised me," Mr. Heartland said. "But it seems I am still a better player!"

"Monsters bound by Fiendish Chain cannot attack, cannot change their battle position, and monster effects are negated! In this way, your over-hundred Number is just a good-looking ornament!"

"Seems like it."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan nodded, but still neither surprised nor anxious, as if this small setback was also expected.

"Then I will borrow the power of this card again."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan calmly took out another card from his hand.

At the same time, this card almost made Mr. Heartland drop his chin again.

"Rank-Up-Magic—"

"—Barian's Force!"
