Chapter 251

Fujiki You Xuan narrowed his eyes.

Sure enough, he knew it. Such an abnormal phenomenon is mostly caused by extraordinary abilities, and the opponent's level shouldn't be weak.

Sure enough, Silent Magician floated out at this time, protecting him with some worry.

"Want to say that the other party is unusual, right?" Fujiki You Xuan nodded, "I understand, don't worry, I understand."

Following the President on this trip was originally to find cards to play. On the other hand, it was also not necessarily without the idea of stocking up. And the opponent's duel disk shape was unique, he hadn't seen it before, and the deck also didn't know if there were any good things...

"Then come on."

Fujiki You Xuan unfolded the duel disk.

"Start early and finish early."

"Huo, completely not nervous and so confident," the masked man smiled, "It's not a bad thing for young people to have confidence, but whether they have matching strength..."

He didn't continue, but the meaning was obviously to wait and see.

"Duel!" x2

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP4000】

【Masked Man, LP4000】

"I'll go first, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan drew two cards from his hand.

"Set a monster in the front row, set a card in the back row, turn ends."

"My turn, draw," the masked man said hoarsely, "Then, I first activate 'Pot of Greed', draw two cards from the deck."

After he drew the card, he immediately played another one from his hand.

"Magic Card 'Graceful Charity', draw three cards from the deck, then discard two cards from your hand."

Fujiki You Xuan raised his eyebrows.

Graceful Charity is basically used by everyone in the GX era, but it's really rare to see two consecutive forbidden cards played directly like this.

"Activate Quick-Play Magic 'Toy Box'!" the masked man continued, "Discard one card from your hand, Special Summon three 'Robot Tokens'!" (Original card)

A card was discarded to the graveyard, and three small robots with a toy-like texture jumped out onto his field.

【Robot Token, DEF 0】

"These tokens cannot attack, but can be used as tributes," the masked man said coldly, "Therefore, I tribute two 'Robot Tokens' on the field, Tribute Summon!"

"The source of chaos, the demon of disaster—"

"——Disaster Fiend, summon!"

Two robots turned into light spots and disintegrated. Thick dark clouds covered the sky, like a huge black curtain. The storm began to howl, sweeping up fallen leaves and dust. The storm intertwined in the air, making a deafening roar.

The earth cracked open huge gaps, rolling magma and black smoke gushed out, rendering the field like the end of the world. The tall and dark Fiend had a body covered with hard scales, rising from the ground, and its eyes seemed to be burning with hell's black flames.

【Disaster Fiend, ATK 2000】

"The effect of Disaster Fiend, once per turn, destroy one card on your field and one on the opponent's field," the masked man shouted, "Destroy the third 'Robot Token' on my field and the set card in your back row!"

Disaster Fiend roared, and two prison flames swirled up. The third robot on the masked man's field melted in the black flames, and the set card in Fujiki You Xuan's back row was also rolled into a pile of black ashes.

Trap Card - Magic Cylinder.

Fujiki You Xuan raised his arm to block the aftermath of the black flames.

"Magic Cylinder, huh. If I attacked rashly, I would be the one to eat the big damage first," the masked man said indifferently, and then showed another card in his hand, "Magic Card 'Shield Crush', destroy a defense position monster on the field."

"Destroy the monster you set in the front row too."

The green light of magic pierced through, and the set monster in the front row also shattered. The set monster was Magical Merchant.

"A monster with a flip effect, if it attacked, it would trigger the flip effect, right?" the masked man's voice was still calm, "It's quite troublesome to pile up graveyard resources and imprecise search for magic and traps."

"Well, you have two moves," Fujiki You Xuan nodded.

"I am different from the third-rate characters you usually deal with. Treating me as that kind of duelist will make you suffer."

The masked man said indifferently, and then waved his hand casually.

"Disaster Fiend, direct attack."

Disaster Fiend leaped over the front and back rows that Fujiki You Xuan had cleared, and its claws fell without any obstruction. Fujiki You Xuan raised his duel disk to block, the impact of the 3D image passed through the duel disk, causing his body to sway and retreat.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP4000 -> LP2000】

"Hmm?" Fujiki You Xuan noticed something.

This pain...

It seems to be just like that?

There was no violent impact brought by the dark duel he expected, it seemed to be just the normal impact sensation of a regular duel.

But the other party is a person with powerful dark power, it should be correct, and even Silent warned himself like that just now...

Fujiki You Xuan looked at the masked man strangely again.

The other party didn't actually start a dark game?

Why?

"I said," the masked man said coldly, "As my opponent, if you don't take out your real skills, you will be killed instantly."

Fujiki You Xuan smiled slightly.

"Perhaps. But why do you think that just by clearing the monsters and magic/traps, it is equal to breaking my formation?"

"Oh?"

The masked man frowned, and then he saw that on the empty field in front of Fujiki You Xuan, shadows actually appeared out of thin air.

A group of strange, disturbing shadows squirmed slowly on the ground, and then the dark shadow actually climbed up, its body twisted unnaturally, and transformed into a human shape.

Finally, it transformed into the image of a swordsman.

"The effect of 'Gorz the Emissary of Darkness' in my hand," Fujiki You Xuan flipped out a card from his hand, "When there are no cards on my field and I take battle damage, this card is Special Summoned."

"And, Special Summon an 'Emissary of Darkness - Kaien Token'. The ATK and DEF of the token become the same as the damage I received."

【Gorz the Emissary of Darkness, ATK 2700】

【Emissary of Darkness - Kaien Token, ATK 2000】

It is also a card used by Yugi Muto, appearing in the side-story manga. And this card brought a huge impact to the Yu-Gi-Oh competitive environment at that time as soon as it was made into a physical card, almost becoming a powerful hand trap that every deck must have.

As long as you take damage, you can jump out a Level 5+ monster with 2700 ATK, which once became a phenomenal hand trap and rewrote the Yu-Gi-Oh environment. At that time, duelists almost had to assume that the opponent held Gorz in their hand as long as they saw the opponent empty the field, and many times, even if the opponent emptied the field, they didn't dare to attack rashly if they felt they couldn't handle Gorz.

Therefore, there would sometimes be situations where there was no Gorz in hand, but they deliberately emptied the field to deceive the opponent.

Therefore, Gorz the Emissary of Darkness was restricted to one card for a long time from the late GX era to the late Xyz era, which is enough to see its strength.

"So that's it, the real trump card is held in the hand, it seems I underestimated you."

The masked man chuckled, but it sounded a bit strange under the voice processing.

"Then set a card, turn ends."
