Chapter 502: Cursed Doll

That night, Alice came to Fujiki You Xuan's room nervously.

Yes, she really listened and came over. But she herself didn't seem to fully understand why, as if this person's words carried some kind of irresistible power, making her feel uneasy all day, and she really didn't dare not come.

Right, I came to make a powerful duelist fall into the kingdom of despair. This person seems to be the most powerful duelist in this academy, so he should be her best prey.

Be confident, this person is the prey. She is the hunter, and the best one at that.

That's right, that's it. Alice reaffirmed her belief.

After sorting this out, and rubbing outside the door for several minutes to cheer herself up, Alice finally gathered the courage to knock on the door.

As soon as she knocked, she found that the door was not closed. So she gathered her courage and walked in.

"You finally came."

Fujiki You Xuan had been waiting, stood up directly, and didn't talk nonsense; the Duel Disk was already ready.

"Come on, this is what you want, right? A duel?"

"Yes, yes!"

Alice stiffened her neck, trying to make herself look imposing. But her doll-like petite face belonged to the type that hadn't shed its childishness, looking a bit young, which instead made her look a bit funny.

"I want... I want to make you fall into the kingdom of despair from now on, and extinguish the light of hope for you duelists!" she shouted. "I want to make you never see hope in a duel again!"

"Ho, that's really scary." Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "Then let me see it."

"Duel!" x2

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000】

【Alice, LP 4000】

"I... I'll go first, draw!"

The doll lady drew a card and took two deep breaths to calm her emotions.

"I summon 'Lost Ceramic Doll - Alice' in Defense Position!" (Original card)

What she summoned to the field was an exquisite doll with golden hair, a very beautiful doll, but her eyes were empty and had no spirituality, and she was squatting in a defensive posture on her field.

【Lost Ceramic Doll - Alice, DEF 1000】

"Set two cards, then activate this card..."

The doll lady carefully pulled out another card from her hand and put it into the slot popped out on the side of the Duel Disk.

"Field Spell 'Cursed Doll House'!" (Original card)

With the activation of the field, a huge building rose from the ground. The dormitory room disappeared and turned into a huge living room, with white walls and tall windows, and an ancient fireplace at the end.

"End my turn."

"My turn, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan added the drawn card to his hand, and then unhurriedly pulled out another card from his hand and inserted it into the Duel Disk.

"Special Summon 'Cyber Dragon'."

Fujiki You Xuan slapped the monster card onto the Duel Disk. The silver mechanical giant dragon roared, and appeared on Fujiki You Xuan's field amidst splashing electric light.

【Cyber Dragon, ATK 2100】

"Cyber Dragon can be Special Summoned directly from the hand without a Tribute when the opponent has a monster on the field and I have no monsters on my field."

Alice looked nervously, her young face tightened: "An upper-level monster with 2100 ATK right away..."

"Cyber Dragon, attack 'Lost Ceramic Doll - Alice'."

Cyber Dragon opened its mouth, blue electric light surged to its mouth, turned into an evolutionary impact flame, and blasted directly onto the body of the Alice doll.

The doll's figure trembled slightly, and although her momentum was completely overwhelmed by Cyber Dragon, she stubbornly held on.

"Lost Ceramic Doll - Alice's effect: this card cannot be destroyed by battle!" Alice explained. "And, when this card becomes an attack target, inflict 500 points of rebound damage to the opponent!"

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 → LP 3500】

Seeing that the damage was indeed rebounded to Fujiki You Xuan, Alice seemed to be a little bolder, subconsciously puffed out her flat chest, and continued to explain. "Then at the end of this effect, transfer the control of this card to the opponent!"

So the exquisite golden-haired doll strode out and came to Fujiki You Xuan's field, continuing to maintain a defensive posture.

"Oh, give me control?" Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "This looks a bit interesting."

"At this moment, the effect of the Field Spell 'Cursed Doll House' is also activated!" Alice said. "When the control of 'Lost Ceramic Doll - Alice' is transferred to the opponent, the controller of this card can Special Summon a monster with 'Doll Part' in its name from the Deck!"

She searched the deck in her Duel Disk carefully, searched for the monster card, and then showed it.

"I Special Summon 'Doll Part - Blue'!"

This time, a somewhat weird doll head appeared, still with empty eyes, but the originally beautiful face was cracked in half, just like rolling out of a horror movie set.

【Doll Part - Blue, ATK 0】

"Cursed doll, quite a horror movie atmosphere. It's really a shady deck." Fujiki You Xuan nodded slightly to evaluate.

"However, at this moment, I also want to activate the Quick-Play Spell 'End of the World' from my hand!"

"Can only be activated when the opponent's monster is successfully Special Summoned, I choose a Field Spell card from my Deck to activate."

Fujiki You Xuan's deck also performed a search, and the advanced Duel Disk automatically screened and popped out the card he wanted, handing it to his hand. Then the deck in the card slot automatically shuffled.

"I activate this card from my Deck—"

"—Field Spell 'Chaos Space'!"

The chaos vortex rolled up, and the scene of the doll house disappeared instantly. A blue domain dominated the field where both sides stood like an endless ocean.

"Ah," Alice was sad, "my doll house..."

"Chaos Space is a Field Spell that places a Chaos Counter every time a monster is banished from the game," Fujiki You Xuan said.

Alice peeked at Fujiki You Xuan nervously.

"Is the space of banishment... is he a type of duelist who relies on card banishment to fight?"

"I haven't performed a Normal Summon this turn," Fujiki You Xuan said. "I set a monster face-down in Defense Position on the field, and end my turn."

"Then my turn, draw."

Alice looked at the card she drew, thought about it, and looked up.

"Activate Spell Card 'Pot of Greed', draw two cards from the Deck."

"Then Normal Summon 'Doll Part - Gold'!"

The gloomy black energy rolled up, and what appeared was a doll arm full of holes.

【Doll Part - Gold, ATK 0】

"Direct battle. Use 'Doll Part - Blue' to attack 'Cyber Dragon'!"

【Doll Part - Blue, ATK 0】

"Oh?" Fujiki You Xuan looked at her with interest.

This damaged shady doll head is a Normal Monster, without any monster effects, and the description is just one sentence, "a damaged doll's head".

So the trick is definitely not on this head.

"At this moment, activate Quick-Play Spell 'Shrink', halve the ATK of a monster on the field!" Alice said. "Change 'Cyber Dragon's ATK to half of its original!"

【Cyber Dragon, ATK 2100 → ATK 1050】

Of course, even so, Cyber Dragon's ATK is still higher.

But Fujiki You Xuan was quite interested and wanted to see what the doll girl was going to do, so he waved his hand in cooperation.

"Then Cyber Dragon, hit back.

Evolution Impact!"
