Chapter 586: Girl in Love

"Lord Fujiki You Xuan!"

When Fujiki You Xuan, standing on the dueling field, saw the girl wearing the Yellow Dorm uniform running toward him excitedly, with eyes as if stars were shining in them, he couldn't help but want to complain in his heart.

Lord Fujiki You Xuan, shouldn't you be Jaden's fan?

And before this, shouldn't you be in the Osiris Red dormitory?

In fact, Rei Saotome is a genius admitted in advance by skipping grades. According to her age, she should still be in middle school now. She was admitted to Duel Academy in advance because of her overly outstanding grades, and because her performance in the GX tournament was relatively eye-catching, she had the opportunity to be admitted to the Blue Dormitory exceptionally.

However, in the original work, she stubbornly gave up the opportunity to go to the elite dormitory and insisted on staying in the Red dormitory. The reason is also very simple, to get close to Jaden.

Rei is a pure love-brain, and when she was in elementary school, she secretly sneaked into Duel Academy just to get close to her idol, Zane Truesdale.

But after being defeated by Jaden's duel in the academy, she turned to be infatuated with Jaden, and worked hard with Jaden as her goal, and coming to Duel Academy was mainly for this purpose.

But now looking at the yellow little vest on the girl, and these star eyes that were almost shining, Fujiki You Xuan realized that Jaden's little fan might have been snatched away by himself...

But heaven and earth conscience, he really was innocent. He hadn't even seen this girl's face before. And in the first year, he didn't grab her duel, it should have been Jaden who went up himself, that's right.

Rei, who came to the dueling field, blushed: "That... Lord Fujiki You Xuan, I came to Duel Academy for you. I dream of having a chance to duel with you, even if it's just once..."

The new students on the stands—especially the little juniors—all understood very well.

Most of the new students came to Duel Academy with the expectation of worshiping the great god, hoping to get close to that supreme peak of the dueling world.

And he is humorous, his dueling style is witty, always accompanied by happiness. He is handsome, and he smiles so sunny...

Of course, the old students don't think so.

The old students only felt at this time that, sure enough, newborn calves are not afraid of tigers, and the newcomers are ignorant. Dreaming of anything else is fine, but dreaming of dueling with the Lord of the Yellow Dorm...

Fujiki You Xuan stood still on one side of the dueling field.

Vampire teased from the side: "Master is really popular with girls."

Silent didn't speak, curling her lips.

"Don't mess around, just a little girl," Fujiki You Xuan shrugged. "Being admired by an ignorant little middle school girl is nothing to show off."

Pausing, he smiled.

"And I'm so excellent, isn't it natural for me to have many pursuers?"

Yubel: "."

Even this spirit, who was usually noisy, was choked and couldn't speak for a while.

Just wondering if this person's face is so thick, will it have anything to do with his high dueling strength? After all, there is a saying that if a person is shameless, they are invincible...

However, Silent on the side didn't feel anything wrong at all, and even nodded seriously, seeming to indicate that Master was right. It was only natural for such a handsome and strong person to be admired.

"Then, from now on..." Professor Crowler announced, "The representative duel between old and new students begins!"

Saying that, he smiled at Fujiki You Xuan.

"Then I'll leave it to you, Student Fujiki You Xuan!"

"Duel!" x2

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000】

【Rei Saotome, LP 4000】

"I'll go first, draw!"

New student representative Rei's first move.

"I summon 'Girl in Love' in Attack Position!"

A beautiful girl like a little princess, wearing a beautiful long dress, brought her own pink girl background when she appeared, and bubbles were floating.

【Girl in Love, ATK 400】

Syrus on the stands' eyes lit up: "What a beautiful monster!"

"Set one card, turn end!" Rei set the back row. "My turn, draw." Fujiki You Xuan said.

Girl in Love is the deck most suitable for the love-brain image. This deck is also an original anime deck, and there is no physical card. However, it is included in the single-player game Card Power series and the mobile game Duel Links. After all, it is an exclusive deck that cannot be experienced with physical cards, and there were quite a few entertainment players playing related miscellaneous skills in Duel Links back then.

"Summon 'Black Magician Refiner'."

Fujiki You Xuan played the card in his hand. A magician in black armor stepped out of the magic circle and appeared on his field, the black armor plated with golden patterns, looking majestic.

【Black Magician Refiner, ATK 1200】

Jaden, who didn't know the effect of Girl in Love, ate a loss in the first battle. It is said that heroes have a hard time passing the beauty pass, and Jaden's heroes couldn't move when they saw a beautiful girl, and they all defected to the opposite side, which stunned Jaden...

Although it is an original anime card, Fujiki You Xuan knows its effect a little bit. It's probably that if you attack rashly, it's easy to cause your own monster to be snatched away.

However...

Fujiki You Xuan's lips curled up slightly.

Well, after all, it's a newcomer, and a little loli, at least give people a chance to perform.

He waved his hand casually.

"Black Magician Refiner, attack 'Girl in Love'."

A magical impact penetrated through the beautiful girl, blasting Rei back two steps.

"Ugh!"

【Rei, LP 4000 → LP 3200】

Girl in Love knelt on the ground, pitifully opening her innocent big eyes: "It hurts, so mean..."

The magician in black armor was at a loss, as if he had done something heinous, and dared not look at her. Clearly wearing a mask, a blush effect actually appeared on the face he covered.

"Girls will become stronger because of love, Lord Fujiki You Xuan," Rei said with a smile. "Effect of Girl in Love. This card in Attack Position cannot be destroyed by battle, and after being attacked, the monster that attacked this card will have a Girl Counter placed on it!"

【Black Magician Refiner, Girl Counter 0 → 1】

"It's really an interesting effect," Fujiki You Xuan smiled. "Then I activate the Continuous Spell 'Spellcaster's Barrier'."

The magic card image appeared in Fujiki You Xuan's back row.

"Spellcaster's Barrier, each time a Spellcaster-type monster on the field is destroyed, place one Spell Counter."

Fujiki You Xuan said.

"Then I activate the effect of 'Black Magician Refiner'. This card can switch from Attack Position to Defense Position once per turn, and place one 'Spell Counter' on a card on my field that can have counters placed on it. I place one Spell Counter on 'Spellcaster's Barrier'."

【Black Magician Refiner, DEF 1800】

【Spellcaster's Barrier, Spell Counter 1】

"Activate the Spell Card 'Magical Citadel of Endymion', place another Spell Counter on a card on the field that can have Spell Counters placed on it, and add another 'Magical Citadel of Endymion' from the deck to my hand."

Fujiki You Xuan said.

"Place another counter on the Barrier."

【Spellcaster's Barrier, Spell Counter 2】

"Turn end."
