Chapter 723: Wicked God Rematch

Jaden took a deep breath and stood up.

All the phantoms disappeared, and the entire field returned to its original appearance. Pitch black, quiet, empty, and with no way to distinguish direction.

Jaden looked up and saw Yubel hanging beside him, her eyes quite complicated.

"Jaden..."

She stopped talking for a moment, then closed her eyes and said softly.

"It seems that you have experienced more than I thought over the years."

"Experience makes us stronger."

Jaden stood up and reached out to stroke the Deck on his Duel Disk. It was as if through the power remaining in the Deck, he could still sense the will left to him by the deceased.

Jaden looked up and said firmly: "Even for those irreplaceable partners who are no longer here, I must continue to move forward."

Yubel smiled with relief: "With such persistence, you are already a good enough duelist, Jaden."

At this moment, ripples suddenly began to appear in the quiet darkness around. The darkness gathered and formed an incomparably huge shadow in mid-air. In the blurred outline, one could vaguely see sharp claws, a long tail, and evil red light in a pair of eyes.

"Wicked God."

Jaden looked up at the giant shadow and said.

"Let's end the ghost-pretending part quickly, I'm not afraid of you, and I won't be shaken by a few words you put in my head."

"I have only one purpose for coming here, we all know how this should end."

Jaden shook the Duel Disk in his hand.

"In the way of a duelist."

The giant shadow let out a series of vague sounds, as if it had let out a very heavy turbid breath due to anger.

Then the darkness gathered under the giant shadow and turned into a black human figure. There were no clear facial features, but there were eyes, and one could vaguely see an annoyed look through those eyes.

"I see, it's indeed a bit of a troublesome kid... There are indeed still some tricky characters in the world today."

He pondered for two seconds, then a Duel Disk also appeared on his hand.

"Fine, as you wish. But let me say it first, this time since you dare to come to my home field... you and that spirit of yours who luckily escaped, don't even think about getting out again."

Before Jaden could answer, Yubel had already sneered.

"It's you who don't know what you're facing." Yubel said indifferently, "Let this ignorant Wicked God see a little bit, Jaden."

"Okay!"

Jaden also activated the Duel Disk.

"Duel!" x2

【Jaden, LP 4000】

【Eraser, LP 4000】

"I'll go first, draw."

Rematch, except this time Yubel returned to Jaden's camp from Eraser's side. This time it was Eraser's first turn.

Eraser said: "Activate Spell Card 'Takeover5', send the top five cards of the Deck to the Graveyard."

Eraser drew five cards from the top of the Deck, placed them on the Duel Disk, and they rolled into the Graveyard one by one.

"Set one monster card face-down on the field." The Wicked God said, "Then set one card in the back row, turn end."

Jaden: "My turn, draw!"

Yubel said: "Let him see the new Hero power, Jaden."

"Okay."

Jaden waved his hand and played an Elemental HERO. "Normal Summon 'Elemental HERO Solid Soldier'!"

The solid hero in white armor reflected a cold light on his silver-white armor, landed heavily on the field, his arm parts crossed in front of his chest like a shield for defense, like a solid wall.

【Elemental HERO Solid Soldier, DEF 1100】

"Solid Soldier's effect: when successfully summoned, Special Summon one level 4 or lower 'HERO' monster from the hand."

Jaden showed another monster card in his hand.

"Special Summon 'Elemental HERO Stratos'!"

The Elemental HERO that was already in Aster Phoenix's Deck, but when it was in Aster Phoenix's hands at that time, the effect was only "ATK halved and can attack directly", which really lost the face of Stratos compared to the version familiar to real card players.

But now that Jaden has reached the full level and the power of the Elemental HERO has been completely liberated, his Stratos has also evolved into its strongest form.

A transparent whirlwind rolled up, the storm condensed, and transformed into a solid armor. The two turbines spun at full speed, forming an air wave to lift him into mid-air, looking down with arms crossed, revealing a domineering confidence.

【Elemental HERO Stratos, ATK 1800】

Jaden said: "Elemental HERO Stratos's effect! When this card is summoned or Special Summoned, I can add any 'HERO' monster from the Deck to my hand!"

!

"I search from the Deck..."

His Duel Disk had long been automatically searching, and a card seemed to pop out automatically as if the spirit had spirituality, and was received by Jaden.

"Add 'Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier' to my hand!"

The Wicked God snorted: "Just a bunch of small-fry Heroes, endless and annoying."

Jaden ignored his sarcasm and continued: "Then activate Spell Card 'Polymerization'!

Fuse 'Elemental HERO Solid Soldier' on the field and 'Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier' just searched from the hand!"

A clear blue water flow appeared on the field, condensing and transforming into the entity of a Hero. The water body seemed to turn into solid armor covering the Hero's body, clear and transparent, like a blue gem.

Liquid Soldier and Solid Soldier were both rolled into the fusion vortex and disappeared, followed by a burst of majestic energy. The freezing whirlwind, like ten miles of ice, even froze the surrounding thick darkness as if by cold air.

Snow fell all over the sky, the pure white Hero's cloak flew behind him, arms crossed, slowly descending, as if stepping on a transparent air vortex.

Elemental HERO Absolute Zero, summon!

【Elemental HERO Absolute Zero, ATK 2500】

The Wicked God said: "This can be considered a decent monster."

But then he smiled again, snorted coldly and said.

"Well, it's still not enough to fill the gaps for a god."

Jaden ignored his sarcasm and said: "Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier's effect. When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a fusion material for a 'HERO' monster, draw two cards from the Deck, then discard one card from the hand."

Jaden drew two cards, then sent one card from his hand to the Graveyard.

"Then 'Elemental HERO Solid Soldier's' other effect. When Solid Soldier is sent to the Graveyard by a Spell Card effect, I can Special Summon one 'HERO' monster from the Graveyard in Defense Position."

Jaden drew another card from his hand.

"I Special Summon 'Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier' back to the field in Defense Position!"

【Elemental HERO Liquid Soldier, DEF 1300】

"Liquid Soldier is WATER attribute," Jaden said, "Elemental HERO Absolute Zero's other effect. This card's ATK increases by 500 for each WATER attribute monster on the field other than itself!"

【Elemental HERO Absolute Zero, ATK 2500 → ATK 3000】

"Battle!"

Jaden said.

"Elemental HERO Stratos, attack the face-down monster!"
