Chapter 889

"8400 ATK?"

Mizoguchi couldn't help but change his expression slightly.

Unretreating Rough Samurai wouldn't be destroyed by battle when attacked by a monster with higher ATK than itself, but battle damage still had to be calculated. With over 8000 ATK, one hit would end it directly, and there would be no follow-up.

"I said, if you don't pay attention, you might be instantly killed."

Fujiki You Xuan smiled and hooked his finger lightly.

"The Agent of Force - Mars, attack 'Unretreating Rough Samurai'!"

The red Agent Angel flapped its wings, stepped forward, and the giant axe in its hand slammed down with the momentum of splitting the sky and earth!

Mizoguchi: "Unretreating Rough Samurai's effect, when this card is attacked by a monster with higher ATK than itself, it will not be destroyed by battle!"

Fujiki You Xuan: "But battle damage still has to be calculated. Take it."

Mars's axe continued to slash down, and although Rough Samurai didn't retreat half a step, the air wave of that axe had already swept across Rough Samurai, and headed straight for Mizoguchi himself.

Mizoguchi said: "Activate face-down card, Continuous Trap 'Spirit Barrier'!

When there is a monster on my field, all battle damage I receive becomes 0!"

With the blessing of the trap, Rough Samurai's footsteps became even steadier, and the Agent's axe was caught steadily, and a transparent storm exploded when the sword and axe collided.

Fujiki You Xuan narrowed his eyes: "Oh? A good card that fits Rough Samurai's effect perfectly."

"It's not over yet," Mizoguchi said. "And! After Rough Samurai is attacked by a monster with higher ATK than itself, destroy that attacking monster!

Destroy 'The Agent of Force - Mars'!"

The tough and defensive Rough Samurai slashed with double blades, and the sword light crossed over Mars. The Agent's body was displaced, and it immediately exploded into scattered powder in the golden light.

Fujiki You Xuan: "Oh my, my Mars with 8400 ATK, what a pity."

Mizoguchi: "And, activate face-down card at this moment! Continuous Trap 'Master and Servant's Resolve'!

When a monster is destroyed by a monster effect during battle, inflict damage to the owner of that monster equal to the destroyed monster's ATK."

"Oh?" Fujiki You Xuan narrowed his eyes, "The Agent of Force - Mars's ATK was 8400 when it was destroyed..."

"Not bad!"

Mizoguchi shouted.

"You therefore receive damage equal to the destroyed monster's ATK, 8400 points in one breath!"

The number was 6.

"Using this move to instantly smooth out the LP gap between the two sides... Not bad."

Fujiki You Xuan smiled slightly.

"But it's a pity, the LP gap is still useful to me, I'm afraid it won't be so easy for you to catch up."

He said as he displayed the card in his hand, and then quickly inserted it into the Graveyard of the Duel Disk.

"Discard 'Scrap-Iron Kuriboh' from my hand, effect activate!

When the opponent activates a Magic, Trap, or monster effect that inflicts damage to me, send this card to the Graveyard to negate that activation and destroy it."

Fujiki You Xuan pointed to the opponent's back row.

"Master and Servant's Resolve activation negated and destroyed!"

Kuriboh's new vest, Scrap-Iron Kuriboh, flew out, making a string of "Kuri-Kuri" sounds that made people feel at ease, and then slammed into the opponent's back row trap, smashing it to pieces.

Mizoguchi's face sank: "Master and Servant's Resolve was destroyed?"

"Yes, it shows that your resolve seems to be just that level of thing."

Fujiki You Xuan chuckled.

"With such resolve, you still want to protect your master?"

Mizoguchi gritted his teeth.

"Turn ends."

"My turn, draw!"

Mizoguchi drew a card and said angrily.

"I have been by the young lady's side since she was young, and for the sake of this last bloodline of the LeBlanc family, I will not hesitate to pay with my life!

I don't care who you are, but contempt for the samurai's resolve cannot be tolerated!"

Mizoguchi pointed to Fujiki You Xuan.

"Unretreating Rough Samurai, direct attack!"

At this moment, Mars was blown up, and Fujiki You Xuan's front field was empty. Rough Samurai crossed the front field without any defensive line, and slashed straight towards Fujiki You Xuan's location with his sword.

Fujiki You Xuan closed his eyes lightly and let the sword energy slash across his body.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 12400 -> LP 10000】

"Set two cards, turn ends."

Mizoguchi said coldly.

"How about it? Have you felt a little bit of this samurai's power?"

Fujiki You Xuan patted the dust off his body and said calmly: "Just this?"

"Nani?"

Mizoguchi was even more furious.

This bastard, how much does he want to despise himself...

"My turn, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan said.

"Activate Magic Card 'Card of Adversity'. When the opponent has a Special Summoned monster and I have no monsters on my field, draw two cards from my deck."

"Then activate Quick-Play Magic 'Light of Redemption'. I can Special Summon one Angel-type monster from my hand with its ATK halved. But the monster summoned by this effect is destroyed during the End Phase.

I Special Summon this card from my hand—

——The Agent of Judgment - Saturn!"

【The Agent of Judgment - Saturn, ATK 2400 -> ATK 1200】

Although it's also called Saturn, this is not the big Saturn in the planet series, but the Agent Angel family, an Agent named Saturn.

Well, although it has nothing to do with the planet series, there are some similarities between the two monsters named Saturn.

If it weren't for this, it wouldn't be such a coincidence that they were both favored by Fujiki You Xuan at the same time.

Compared to the previous Agent of Force, Fujiki You Xuan personally likes this Agent of Judgment more, and it fits his personal style better.

"At this moment, activate Quick-Play Magic 'Inferno Reckless Summon'." Fujiki You Xuan said, "When a monster with 1500 or less ATK is successfully Special Summoned on my field, Special Summon as many monsters with the same name as possible from the deck."

Mizoguchi's expression changed slightly: "The Agent of Judgment has 2400 ATK, but because of 'Light of Redemption's' effect, its ATK is halved..."

"Exactly."

Fujiki You Xuan snapped his fingers.

"Special Summon the other two 'The Agent of Judgment - Saturn' from the deck!"

【The Agent of Judgment - Saturn, ATK 2400】 x2

"Of course, the opponent can also choose to Special Summon monsters with the same name on their field," Fujiki You Xuan said. "However, you only have the Synchro monster 'Unretreating Rough Samurai' on your field..."

Mizoguchi snorted lightly and didn't speak, just calmly observing the opponent's field.

"Three Saturns... So that's it, the ATK is exactly the same as Unretreating Rough Samurai," Mizoguchi said in a deep voice. "Unretreating Rough Samurai will not be destroyed by battle only when attacked by a monster with higher ATK than itself. If both sides have the same ATK, the effect won't be triggered.

First swap one Saturn with my Rough Samurai, and then use the remaining two to attack directly, are you calculating such a tactic?"

"Ahahaha, even so, the ATK of the two Saturns remaining on my field are 1200 and 2400 respectively, even if the attack goes through, it's only 3600 damage, and it can't be a one-turn kill..."

Fujiki You Xuan smiled.

"Using such a half-baked duel won't give you any persuasiveness, right?"

As soon as this was said, Mizoguchi trembled in his heart.

This guy... wants to kill me this turn?

And the next moment, he understood where Fujiki You Xuan's confidence came from.

"Activate 'The Agent of Judgment - Saturn's' effect." Fujiki You Xuan said, "When 'The Sanctuary in the Sky' exists on the field, Tribute Saturn to activate.

When my LP is higher than the opponent's, Tribute Saturn and inflict damage to the opponent equal to that difference!"

LP difference...

Mizoguchi: "!!!"

Even if the opponent suffered the previous turn's attack, their LP was still a full 10,000, which was 6000 higher than his.

That is to say...

6000 damage in one breath!?

Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand lightly: "Go, Tribute 'The Agent of Judgment - Saturn', 6000 damage!"

The Agent of Force was never the trump card of the "LP-gap Angel," the invincible Saturn was!

Mizoguchi looked ferocious: "Activate face-down card, Counter Trap 'Blackboard Eraser's Trap'!

When an effect other than battle damage is activated, negate that effect, and then the opponent chooses one card from their hand to discard!"

Saturn's desperate strike slammed into the transparent barrier, and its body collided into endless light particles and dissipated.

"Oh? Blocked one shot."

Fujiki You Xuan said with a smile.

"Then The Agent of Judgment - Saturn No. 2, Tribute itself, 6000 damage!"

It's fine, if No. 1 doesn't work, we still have No. 2.

Three consecutive shots of 6000 direct damage!

"Activate face-down card!" Mizoguchi's last back row flipped over, "Trap Card 'Damage Conversion'.

Halve all effect damage received this turn!"

Saturn's second bombardment, although it blew Mizoguchi over and made him look embarrassed, he finally managed to carry it.

【Mizoguchi, LP 1000 -> LP 0】

"Amazing, amazing, I'm starting to admire your resolve a little bit."

Fujiki You Xuan clapped his hands, and then said.

"But unfortunately, it's still a little bit short."

Saying that, he moved his fingers.

"The last shot, The Agent of Judgment - Saturn, Tribute, inflict damage equal to the LP difference."

The final bombardment, the blast wave almost blew Mizoguchi away, and the fire soared into the sky.

"Young lady, I'm sorry... Ahhhhh——"

Mizoguchi's scream was swallowed by the flames.
