Chapter 893

"My turn, draw."

It was Fujiki You Xuan's turn.

Not only was Sherry on the opposite side waiting in full battle array, but Akiza and Mizoguchi who were watching from the sidelines were also curious about "Godwin's" duel.

Mizoguchi was deeply aware of the horror of this person's duel, and worried that even someone as strong as the young lady might not be able to cope. Akiza, besides knowing Godwin's strength, was even more curious about what deck he would take out this time.

At least in the few duels of Godwin that Akiza had seen, the tactics of this person's deck almost never repeated. Akiza was also curious in her heart what kind of duel he would show this time.

Fujiki You Xuan: "Normal Summon 'Scrap Beast'."

A dog-like crawling creature, but its body was built by machinery, half-yellow and half-silver armor covered the dog's body, and wires and pipes could be seen everywhere on its body.

【Scrap Beast, ATK 1600】

That's right, it's the Scrap deck. One of the powerful top-tier decks in the early Synchro era, it was one of the first decks Fujiki You Xuan completed in this dimension with the help of Godwin's authority.

"Scrap?"

Akiza whispered.

It really seemed like he had changed to a new tactic again.

This guy... how many decks can he control?

"Battle," Fujiki You Xuan started directly, "Scrap Beast, attack 'Apprentice Knight'."

Although the cross-dressing girl knight would have the heaven-reaching Baronne de Fleur in the future, she was just a tender girl at this time. Facing the pounce of such a steel beast, she couldn't help but retreat repeatedly, her face showing nervousness.

Sherry: "Activate face-down card, Trap Card 'Flower Shield'!

Activate when the opponent's monster declares an attack, negate that monster's attack, and I draw one card from my deck!" (Original card)

Countless flowers flew out from the void, forming a vortex under the blowing of the storm. The vortex turned into a blood-colored shield, blocking in front of the Apprentice Knight.

Scrap Beast's claws and steel teeth fell on the flower shield, and the recoil force immediately knocked the beast back. The flowers all over the sky were scattered by the recoil force.

"Draw a card according to Flower Shield's effect!" Sherry drew a card.

"Negating an attack and drawing a card, not a bad trap."

Fujiki You Xuan seemed to praise it casually, smiled and waved his hand.

"Set two cards, turn ends."

Two sets in the back row.

Mizoguchi, who had just suffered a loss at this person's hands, couldn't help but clench his fists and started to sweat for the young lady.

I hope the young lady won't be too miserable like him later...

Sherry narrowed her eyes.

"Two face-down cards... Do you think this will make me hesitate and not dare to attack?"

Sherry shouted loudly.

"My hatred is my power! All these years of hatred, all these years of pain, this kind of power will never be blocked so simply!"

"My turn, draw!"

Sherry revealed a Magic Card in her hand again.

"Activate Magic Card 'Fusion Birth'!

Send the top five cards of my deck to the Graveyard, and if there are Fusion Materials that meet the conditions, perform a Fusion Summon for the Fusion monster that uses those Fusion Materials!" (Original card)

Sherry drew five cards in one breath, looked at them, and immediately displayed two of the monsters.

"The two monsters confirmed, Beast-type 'Paladin's Steed', Warrior-type LIGHT-attribute 'Paladin's Lancer', Fusion!"

A holy warrior bathed in light, a steed stepping on the avenue paved with flowers, both turned into light beams and merged into the shining giant vortex, and the holy sword slashed open the vortex of flowers.

"The Fusion condition is LIGHT-attribute Warrior-type plus Beast-type monster! Fusion Summon——

——Centaur Mina!"

The upper body is a beautiful female knight, but the lower body is a centaur. The knight's bumpy body is covered in silver-white armor, one hand is a shining long sword, and one hand is a red shield with golden patterns. The horse's hooves land on the ground and explode with transparent ripples.

【Centaur Mina, ATK 2200】

Sherry: "Change 'Apprentice Knight' to attack position again!"

【Apprentice Knight, DEF 1000 -> ATK 1000】

The silver-armored knight turned from defense to attack, and the long sword danced out a torrent of flowers.

"Battle!" Sherry said, "Centaur Mina, attack 'Scrap Beast'!"

The horse's hooves landed, the half-human steed flew, the beautiful female knight's red hair flew in the wind, like a bunch of blooming roses. A long sword like snow slashed a silver light, heading straight for the Scrap Beast.

Akiza couldn't help but look at Sherry more.

Using Fusion Summon to launch an attack immediately, this blonde woman also gave her a very special feeling, and she could intuitively feel that she should be a quite powerful duelist.

"Centaur Mina, destroy 'Scrap Beast'!"

A sword with a flower vortex finally slashed down without half a bit of stagnation, the sword energy surged, and the Scrap Beast's steel body was split in one blow. The wires in the Scrap Beast's body broke, and the current exploded everywhere at the cracks in the body, and soon exploded into pieces.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 -> LP 3400】

"It's not over yet!" Sherry said, "Apprentice Knight's direct attack!"

Akiza looked at "Godwin," or rather, the face-down card in his back row.

Godwin's face-down card, presumably there should be a countermeasure.

Sure enough, the next moment Fujiki You Xuan said: "Activate face-down card, Trap Card 'Dimension Wall'!

Can be activated when the opponent's monster declares an attack, reflect the battle damage that would have been dealt to me back to the opponent."

The space around Scrap Beast began to explode, just like a mirror shattered by a hammer. The cracked space turned into a barrier, blocking in front of the beast.

Akiza was not surprised at all. Sure enough, there was a trap!

But Sherry just snorted coldly: "A trap? Expected!

Centaur Mina's monster effect activate! Once per turn, negate the activation of the opponent's trap card effect, and set that card face-down again."

Akiza: "Actually left a backup to deal with traps?"

Sherry shouted: "Rough trap tactics don't work on me! Centaur Mina, negate the activation of Dimension Wall!"

The cracks that had just broken open immediately closed like a rewind, the dimensional rift disappeared, and it closed back into the trap Fujiki You Xuan had activated. The trap was set face-down on Fujiki You Xuan's field again.

"Seen through?" Akiza muttered, "This woman, actually cracked Godwin's means?"

Sherry said loudly: "Let my revenge and anger turn into this sword of revolution!

'Apprentice Knight' continues direct attack!"

The tender apprentice knight also stepped out, and the transparent sword energy slashed across the empty front field towards Fujiki You Xuan.

Sherry's morale was high.

Very good, two consecutive hits to gain the upper hand right from the start, at least suppressing the opponent in terms of scene and momentum...

Fujiki You Xuan: "Activate face-down card, Trap Card 'Miracle's Afterimage'.

Select one monster that was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard this turn, and Special Summon it to my field."

Fujiki You Xuan snapped his fingers.

"Special Summon 'Scrap Beast'!"

【Scrap Beast, ATK 1600】

Sherry frowned slightly and said: "Scrap Beast's ATK is higher than Apprentice Knight, so I give up the attack."

Looking at the beast on the opponent's field, Sherry pondered.

This guy... is it to keep the monster on the field that he deliberately took the damage?
