Chapter 926: Heaven-Rending Fist

Blackwing Armor Master, attack power 4600!

With the strongest Evil God as the opponent, Yusei revealed his signature hand trap, a desperate counterattack!

Yusei held his breath.

Can he... defeat the Phantasm?

"Hahaha, as expected of Fudo Yusei, your hand trap technique is very proficient."

But he then changed the subject.

"However, it's not just your 'Warrior' that possesses the power of hand traps."

Yusei felt a chill in his heart, feeling something was wrong: "What?"

"Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, as the power of the strongest Phantasm, let me show you something special!"

Fujiki You Xuan played another card from his hand. The moment that card was held high, boundless sacred blue light bloomed from the card art, erupting with earth-shattering energy.

That card was resonating with the Phantasm Lord!

"Release the true power of the Phantasm Lord!" Fujiki You Xuan shouted. "Discard 'Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Heaven-Rending Fist' from my hand, effect activate!"

Yusei was shocked: "A monster effect activated from the hand too?"

It was actually the same type of ability as his own, and it was even a card exclusive to the Phantasm Lord that shared the same name as the Phantasm Lord's skill!

"The effect of Heaven-Rending Fist: discard this card from my hand, and I can make the Raviel, Lord of Phantasms on my field double its ATK for this turn only!" Fujiki You Xuan said. "And this effect can also be activated during the opponent's turn."

The 5D's trio: "Nani!?"

It was actually doubling ATK as well!

It really was the same type of hand trap as Yusei's...

【Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, ATK 4000 -> ATK 8000】

It really was a punch that seemed to shatter the heavens. The Phantasm's knuckles suddenly condensed endless deep blue flashes, and countless rotating deep blue vortexes seemed to appear on the fist. The overbearing energy turned into a tsunami, as if it had burst out from the cracks of another world. But that was not real water, but a roar of immeasurable, massive energy; the entire domain presented a distorted water pressure sensation like a deep-sea vision the moment the punch was thrown.

Boom—

Even Junk Warrior, who had been boosted, was completely unable to resist. The moment his giant steel fist met the Phantasm Lord's double fists, it was shattered, turning into fragments that splashed everywhere.

Yusei: "Ughhh!"

【Crow/Jack/Yusei, LP 11000 -> LP 7600】

The three shared their Life Points, and the impact damage was naturally shared as well. The massive damage of over three thousand, accompanied by a real impact, caused all three to be almost flipped onto the ground. If it were a Riding Duel, 99% of D-Wheelers would likely be unable to withstand such damage and would likely crash.

Crow clutched his ribs and gritted his teeth: "What kind of guy is this? Yusei had such a beautiful setup, yet he could still immediately catch up with attack power and counterattack..."

Jack also said with unwillingness: "Does this mean the power this guy possesses is even greater than all of ours combined!?"

"It's not over yet, the strongest Phantasm isn't just at this level."

Fujiki You Xuan added with a smile.

"Raviel, Lord of Phantasms - Heaven-Rending Fist has an even further effect!

The Phantasm Lord that has released its power can attack all of the opponent's monsters once each this turn!"

The expressions of the three changed again.

Nani!?

8000 ATK, and it can attack multiple times...

"That's too ridiculous, right!?" Crow was stunned.

Yusei also said: "This is the Phantasm's... Goodwin's power..."

Fujiki You Xuan indicated: "Sit down, sit down, basic operation. I still know of an Overload Dragon that struggles when it can't win and constantly has 10,000 or 20,000 ATK; attacking a dozen times in one turn is considered normal."

Compared to that, this was just a small scene.

Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand: "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, continue to attack Jack's 'Red Dragon Archfiend'!"

Second punch!

A punch that shattered space, like a cannon blast piercing the heavens and earth. Jack's pride and joy, his Tamashii Red Dragon Archfiend, was now like an insignificant fly under this punch, with no power to resist.

"Ahhhhh—"

【Crow/Jack/Yusei, LP 7600 -> LP 2600】

The shockwave swept across the field, and Red Dragon Archfiend was easily annihilated in the flames, and the three were blown away again.

Leo, outside the field, was already dumbfounded.

"This is... too strong..."

This was the first time he felt that even if Yusei and the other two joined forces, there was still such a huge gap from the existence high above on that altar.

Luna also said dejectedly: "It's no use, we can't win at all. An enemy like this..."

Seeing his sister's disappointment, Leo hurriedly cheered up and encouraged her: "What are you saying! Yusei and the others... how could the Signers lose!"

But even though he comforted her like that, he was also uneasy in his heart.

A guy like this... can they really win?

"Well, although the Phantasm Lord can still continue to attack..."

Fujiki You Xuan's gaze swept across their field and landed on the "Blackwing Armor Master" on Crow's field.

"Well, but Armor Master cannot be destroyed by battle, and the battle damage from battling it is also 0, so there's no point in attacking it. I'll give up the attack."

Fujiki You Xuan shrugged.

The three of them finally let out a sigh of relief.

It was truly fortunate that Crow's Armor Master was still there; otherwise, if it had been any other monster, the Phantasm Lord's third punch would have taken them out directly.

Fujiki You Xuan: "During the End Phase, Raviel, Lord of Phantasms' ATK returns to normal."

【Raviel, Lord of Phantasms, ATK 8000 -> ATK 4000】

Crow: "Then it's my turn again!"

But at this moment, Crow's momentum was far less than before. Goodwin's powerful performance and the appearance of the Phantasm made it seem like the "momentum" of the entire duel was on the opponent's side. And he was the only ordinary person on the field who didn't possess any supernatural power; although he was also a top-tier duelist, he was ultimately a mortal, and standing here facing the Phantasm, he felt immense pressure.

Crow shook his head.

No matter what, he must not drag Yusei and Jack down.

"I Special Summon 'Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North'!"

The black bird-beast warrior appeared in the whirlwind of flying black wings, and the spiral spear in his hand thrust out a transparent cyclone.

【Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North, ATK 1700】

Fujiki You Xuan said: "Then at this moment, Raviel, Lord of Phantasms' effect also activates.

When the opponent summons, Special Summons, or Flip Summons a monster, I Special Summon the same number of 'Phantasm Tokens' to my field." (Original effect)

The physical card was changed to only activate when the opponent Normal Summons a monster, but the original anime version would take effect regardless of how the opponent summoned.

【Phantasm Token, DEF 1000】

"By the way," Fujiki You Xuan smiled, "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms' effect is that by tributing two monsters on my field, I can absorb the ATK of those two monsters until the end of the turn."

Yusei: "Does that mean if we summon monsters, the Phantasm Lord will summon a corresponding number of tokens? In the end, these tokens can be converted into the Phantasm Lord's power..."

"Even if I'm not a Signer, my heart for battle as Crow will never be inferior to Yusei and the others!" Crow shouted.

Yusei was somewhat moved: "Crow..."

Crow shouted: "Battle! Blackwing Armor Master, attack 'Raviel, Lord of Phantasms'!"
