Chapter 937: Brotherly Love

Dimension Voyage, Synchro Monsters banished from the game return!

Fujiki You Xuan raised his eyebrows.

He also had some impression of this card; it seemed to be an original Trap card used by Yusei in the finals of the WRGP World Tournament against the Meklord trio. From this effect, it felt like it was basically a comprehensive weakening version of the more well-known general-purpose Trap forbidden card "Return from the Different Dimension."

It is also to Special Summon as many banished monsters as possible, but Dimension Voyage added the restriction that it must be a Synchro Monster, and added a lot of subsequent restrictions.

Crow: "Dimension Voyage's effect, Special Summon the banished 'Blackwing - Armor Master' and 'Red Dragon Archfiend' to our field again!

Return to our side again, our trump cards!"

Black feathers fluttered in the sky, condensing into steel armor, and the Blackwing warrior blocked in front of Crow with a sword.

【Blackwing - Armor Master, ATK 2500】

Flames surged, turning into the entity of a dark red giant dragon on the field. Jack's Red Dragon Archfiend returned to the field again.

【Red Dragon Archfiend, ATK 3000】

Jack: "Go, my tamashii, release the final power!"

Crow: "No matter how many setbacks we suffer, our bonds will never be severed, and we will always continue to move forward side by side!"

Fujiki You Xuan smiled again when he heard this.

But he paused, and then smiled again: "However, Dimension Voyage also has other side effects, right?"

"Ah, correct," Crow nodded, "The Synchro Monsters Special Summoned by Dimension Voyage's effect have their monster effects negated and cannot attack.

Not only that, but in the End Phase of this turn, those monsters are all banished from the game again."

Such a huge side effect is obviously not as good as the ten-thousand-year-old forbidden card Return from the Different Dimension at all.

Leo outside the field was also confused: "Eh? The Synchro Monsters that were finally summoned cannot attack and have no effects, and they will be banished again at the end of the turn, so they are completely just decorations..."

It seemed to be hearing the doubts of the audience outside the field, Crow immediately said: "But even if restricted, as long as the three of us are together, we can always support each other and move forward!"

"Exactly!"

Yusei shouted loudly.

"I activate the effect of 'Majestic Star Dragon'! Once per turn, I can negate the effect of one monster on the opponent's field and absorb that monster's effect!

I negate 'Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals' effect!

Sublimation Absorption!"

Majestic Star Dragon flew up, its dreamy transparent dragon wings spread out, releasing dots of starlight. Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals was shrouded in that sacred shining light, its body dimmed, and its power seemed to be drawn out of its body bit by bit, absorbed into Majestic Star Dragon's body.

"In this way, 'Majestic Star Dragon' has gained the effect of 'Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals'!" Yusei said, "One of the effects absorbed by Majestic Star Dragon: once per turn, by Tributing two other monsters on my field, this card's ATK increases by the sum of the Tributed monsters' ATK until the end of the turn!" (Original effect)

The effect of the Earthbound Immortal has changed between the physical card and the anime. The physical card is once per turn, you can Tribute one monster to gain its ATK, while the anime version must Tribute two monsters at once to activate it.

When the three Earthbound Immortals were designed, from the shape to the effect, they obviously paid tribute to the previous generation of Egyptian Gods, so this effect of the Earthbound Immortal is obviously also a copycat of Obelisk the Tormentor, so it must Tribute two monsters to activate it in the anime, just like Obelisk.

Although the physical card seems to be weakened at first glance, only being able to eat one monster makes the ATK increase weaker, but in actual operation, the flexibility is increased compared to the anime. In the anime version, there are not always two other monsters to use as Tributes.

But now, there are obviously some on the field of Yusei and the other two.

Jack shouted: "Integrate our power, Yusei!"

"Okay!"

Yusei also said clearly.

"I activate the effect absorbed by Majestic Star Dragon from 'Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals', Tributing 'Red Dragon Archfiend' and 'Blackwing - Armor Master' on the field, and add the ATK of both to Majestic Star Dragon!"

As the words fell, the dark red King of Dragons and the pitch-black Armor Master had all turned into light spots and dissipated. Then all the light spots that decomposed did not scatter but condensed, all merging into Majestic Star Dragon's body.

【Majestic Star Dragon, ATK 3800 → ATK 6800 → ATK 9300】

9300 ATK!

Fujiki You Xuan clicked his tongue: "Suddenly rushed to over 9000 ATK..."

Not to mention that his Heaven's Ravaging Fist is gone, even if it were still there, the Earthbound Immortal's ATK doubling wouldn't be able to withstand Majestic Star Dragon's strike.

Crow: "Not bad! This is the combined power of the three of us!"

Yusei also said: "This is our full power, and this is the answer we gave! Accept our fiery feelings, Fujiki You Xuan!

Go, Majestic Star Dragon, attack 'Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals'!"

Majestic Star Dragon's dragon wings suddenly closed, and white light burst out from between the scales. The white light, brighter than the sun, pure white dragon wings stirred up a storm of starlight, dragon scales like snow-capped mountains under the moonlight, every texture flowing with the brilliance of the galaxy. Pure star energy, sacred white light, but dragged out a long trajectory like the tail flame of a jet.

Yusei: "Shooting Star Sonic!!!"

Majestic Star Dragon turned into a light arrow, and the moment it left the string, it exploded a white light barrier like a sonic boom, leaving a diamond stardust-like tail mark wherever it passed. Even the Earthbound Immortal's body couldn't withstand such a strike, and the indestructible demon body was pierced by the light flow, erupting like the dawn of ten thousand dawns.

"Success!"

Before the smoke dissipated, Crow had already excitedly set up a flag.

But Yusei was not as optimistic as him, but frowned: "No, not yet..."

Yusei frowned tightly, his eyes staring straight into the smoke.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 5700】

Everyone: "!"

"Why!" Jack was the first to shout, "It should have defeated the Earthbound Immortal, why are the Life Points..."

"Although I'm sorry to spoil your fun, you'd better see clearly."

Fujiki You Xuan smiled lightly.

"Look at the Earthbound Immortal you defeated, which one is it."

Jack: "!"

At this time, the smoke dissipated, and everyone saw clearly that the huge and majestic Rasca, Lord of Earthbound Immortals was still standing tall. Instead, "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder," which was not originally in the center of the impact, had actually taken the initiative to block in front of the Earthbound Immortal at the last moment, using its body to block this strike for its teammate!

"How is this possible!?"

Crow was shocked.

"The Earthbound Immortal actually took the initiative to block for its teammate..."

"It's not just your bonds that are indestructible," Fujiki You Xuan said. "The friendship between Earthbound Immortals is equally deep-rooted, and it's impossible to watch a brother be defeated before their eyes.

Therefore, at the last moment, Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder took the initiative to step forward and block this strike for its big brother..."

Fujiki You Xuan was talking nonsense seriously.

Jack was also stunned: "How can there be such a ridiculous thing!?"

What kind of brotherly love between monsters! This is a mouth-talk, right? It must be a mouth-talk, right?

Only Yusei was the calmest: "It's the special effect of Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder, right?"
