Chapter 97

Change of Heart, also a magic card used by Yugi, only costs 800 LP to steal an opponent's monster, and was once regarded as a forbidden card that would land you in jail. However, it was released after being castrated in 2017.

However, even without mentioning the anime, Change of Heart was not forbidden in the real environment of the GX era. This card went to jail in 2010, which was already in the late stage of "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's".

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 → LP 3200】

Without further ado, Fujiki You Xuan naturally selected the King of the Skull Servants on the opponent's field again. The King of the Skull Servants monster on the opponent's field, which had accepted the effect of Change of Heart, was dizzy again and confusedly came to Fujiki You Xuan's side of the field.

The King of the Skull Servants on the opposite side looked like its eye sockets were about to split. If there is anything more heartbreaking than having your own soul stolen by the opponent while playing cards, it might only be having yourself stolen by the opponent...

However, this is not over yet.

"Of course, I don't have 'Skull Servant' in my Graveyard, so even if King of the Skull Servants comes to my field, its attack power is just a piece of trash with 0 attack power."

Fujiki You Xuan said calmly.

"So I want to Tribute 'King of the Skull Servants' for an Advanced Summon!

Appear, level six—

—Chaos Sorcerer, summon!"

The dignified King of the Skull Servants came to his field and dissipated into golden light after only a moment, all the bone towers collapsed with a clatter, and the vortex of magic power shot into the sky. The staff split the magic cyclone, and the Chaos Sorcerer made a gorgeous appearance.

【Chaos Sorcerer, ATK 2400】

"Chaos Sorcerer's direct attack!"

The light ball of chaos magic burst from the staff and exploded on the King of the Skull Servants' face, blasting the skeleton frame to stagger backward, black smoke rising from its robe.

King of the Skull Servants staggered to steady its footsteps: "Ugh, bastard..."

【King of the Skull Servants, LP 4000 → LP 1600】

"Then set two cards, turn end."

"Don't get complacent too early, I am the King of the Skull Servants! I am immortal!"

King of the Skull Servants stood up straight.

"My turn, draw card!

Activate Magic card 'Card of Sanctity', both sides draw three cards from the deck."

King of the Skull Servants drew cards from the deck.

"Then it's Magic card 'Phoenix Wing Wind Blast', discard one card from hand to return one card in the Graveyard to the top of the deck. I discard one card from hand to return 'King of the Skull Servants' in the Graveyard to the deck!

Then activate the effect of 'Prince of the Skull Servants' in the Graveyard!

Banish 'Prince of the Skull Servants' and two other Skull Servants from the Graveyard to Special Summon the returned 'King of the Skull Servants' from the deck!

I banish the Prince, Skull Servant, and one Lady in Wight from the Graveyard!"

Prince, Skull Servant, and Lady in Wight all dissipated into black mist, as if opening a pitch-black teleportation vortex. A majestic energy erupted from it, bone towers shot into the sky, and the King of the Skull Servants descended again!

【King of the Skull Servants, ATK?】

"This way, there are three fewer Skull Servants in my Graveyard, but the card I just discarded from my hand is another 'Skull Servant Princess'. So the number of Skull Servants in my Graveyard is 10.

Therefore, the attack power of my clone becomes..."

【King of the Skull Servants, ATK 10000】

Skeleton soldiers under the altar: "Easily 10,000 attack power again!"

"As expected of Lord King of the Skull Servants!"

"These offerings have no chance at all!"

"."

"Not over yet." King of the Skull Servants stared fixedly at Fujiki You Xuan.

It now discovered that this offering was different from others. Only a few turns into the duel, its clone had been turned against it twice, which was extremely insulting.

It always gave it the illusion that this person "seems to be more interested in my body than winning the duel."

Such a creepy quirk made it have to be on guard.

"You seem a bit different from other offerings." King of the Skull Servants said sinisterly, "But the result will be no different. I have defeated countless enemies, stepped over mountains of corpses and endless skeletons to reach my current status.

What I have experienced is beyond your imagination!"

It was not born a king; it was originally just one of countless common bone monsters.

But it went through hardships, followed top martial artists to practice, and fought countless undead wars. It had also been defeated and fallen, but it could always rise again in the end.

It finally defeated everyone's enemies, killed its way out of a sea of blood and corpses, and counterattacked from the most ordinary roadside bone to become a king, even marrying the lady it admired.

It is the king among skeletons, the master of this land of the undead!

It absolutely does not allow anyone to insult it like this, and on its own turf!

"Activate the effect of 'Skull Servant Nightmare' in hand!"

King of the Skull Servants stuffed a card from its hand directly into the Graveyard zone and shouted.

"Discard this card from your hand to Special Summon one 'Lady in Wight' banished from the game!

Therefore, I want to call for the Queen of the Bone World here, my lover—

——Lady in Wight, summon!"

What appeared was still a skeleton head, but dressed with a bit of noblewoman atmosphere.

Just don't know if there will be any gentlemen whose realm is so high that they think a skeleton is beautiful...

【Lady in Wight, DEF 2200】

The appearing Lady in Wight looked up coldly to observe the situation on the field.

"Do I still have to appear." Lady in Wight said coldly.

"Haha, yes, I still have to rely on the Lady's power." King of the Skull Servants laughed, "Now that the Lady has appeared, I am invincible!

When 'Lady in Wight' exists on the field, all Undead monsters below level 3 on the field except 'Lady in Wight' cannot be destroyed by battle, and are not affected by any magic or trap effects!"

Lady in Wight's ability was released, and invisible undead magic seemed to have applied invisible resistance to the Skull Servant, with faint cyclones wandering between the two bones.

"This way, those low-level tricks of yours won't work!" King of the Skull Servants shouted, "And, because 'Skull Servant Nightmare' was discarded to the Graveyard, the number of Skull Servants in the Graveyard increased, and my own attack power has also increased again!"

【King of the Skull Servants, ATK 10000 → ATK 11000】

"This blow will end it!

Use my own clone 'King of the Skull Servants' to attack 'Chaos Sorcerer'!"

"Open set card, Continuous Trap 'Soul Barrier'." Fujiki You Xuan's back row set card flipped over, "As long as you have a monster on your field, the battle damage to this card's controller becomes 0."

Chaos Sorcerer endured the heavy blow of King of the Skull Servants and his figure exploded, but the energy released did not dissipate, but formed a soul barrier in front of Fujiki You Xuan. The impact of the undead magic only spread along the protective layer of the trap and failed to cause substantial impact.

"Tch, barely survived another turn by relying on trap defense, then my turn ends."

"Then in your End Phase, activate Trap 'Blast Held by a Tribute'. Pay 2000 Life Points to select one monster from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-down Defense Position.

I... the card I discarded from 'Graceful Charity'..."

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP 3200 → LP 1200】

Fujiki You Xuan revealed a card that came out of the Graveyard.

"'Dark Charmer' set in face-down Defense Position."

A covered monster card appeared on his front field.

"Another trap to consolidate the defense line?" King of the Skull Servants sneered, "Well, under the perfect union of our couple, I guess that's all you can do.

With the Lady here, I have no weaknesses..."

"My turn." Fujiki You Xuan pointed to the covered monster on the field, "Flip Summon the covered 'Dark Charmer', activate flip effect, gain control of one Dark-attribute monster on the opponent's field.

I want to gain control of 'Lady in Wight' on your field."

King of the Skull Servants started rolling up its sleeves: "I'll fight you to the death..."
