Chapter 231

"Melusines are creatures born from the body of Elinas, and can be considered Elinas's children."

"To give an inappropriate example, it's like a criminal's descendant being a kind child."

"But others don't know that!"

"In such a situation, asking people who have just been hurt by criminals to accept this child is somewhat difficult."

"You know, Eula of Mondstadt is still being rejected because of her criminal bloodline!"

…

Mondstadt, outskirts.

After hearing the words on the light screen, Amber looked at her good friend Eula with a strange expression.

How many times has this been now?

Being repeatedly whipped by the light screen!

Too miserable~

Seeing this, Eula rolled her eyes in annoyance.

She couldn't even be bothered to say she'd take vengeance.

Because she had said it too many times before!

……

"It is precisely because of this that they did not accept the Melusines."

"Of course, this is the view of ordinary Fontaine citizens toward the Melusines."

"And among them, even more important were those old nobles!"

"After Neuvillette came to Fontaine, he carried out a series of institutional reforms."

"These measures touched the interests of the old nobles."

"Therefore, they were very unwelcoming to Neuvillette!"

"And since the Melusines came to Fontaine with Neuvillette, they were naturally seen as being together."

"So, they were also unwelcoming to the Melusines."

Hearing this, everyone secretly said 'as expected'.

Although they felt a bit sorry for the Melusines at that time, the factors of the era were there.

It really couldn't be completely blamed on the Fontaine people at that time.

It can only be said that the current result is good.

…

At this time, Luo Chen continued.

"Although the environment was not friendly to the Melusines, there was no lack of kind people."

"For example, the captain of the Special Security and Surveillance Patrol—Vautrin!"

"Because of his sister, Vautrin took great care of the Melusine named Carole."

"He treated her like his own younger sister!"

"With their joint efforts, the people of Fontaine began to gradually accept the strange race of Melusines."

"However, beautiful things will not continue forever!"

"Finally, a long-planned conspiracy… arrived!"

and in order to update 10,000 words stably every day during the New Year.

The author decided to save some drafts.

So I can only update 10,000 words a day later.

Sorry, dear readers.
