Zhao Ming wakes up on Blue Star, a technologically advanced parallel world that has never experienced a global war. In this society, anti-war sentiment is paramount, yet the population remains naively detached from the true horrors of conflict. After his predecessor bets everything on a sci-fi game that is about to be crushed by a corporate giant, Zhao Ming faces total ruin just days before the prestigious Anti-War Competition.

Suddenly activating the 'Earth's Strongest Director System,' he gains access to Earth's dark history of warfare. Instead of creating a safe, abstract game, Zhao Ming decides to shock the pacifist populace by adapting brutal World War II scenarios into immersive virtual reality experiences. While his wealthy investor fears imprisonment for promoting violence, Zhao Ming aims to force players to experience the grim reality of being cannon fodder rather than glorious heroes.

As he races against time to render these harrowing battles using the world's massive computing power, Zhao Ming prepares to turn the competition upside down with a message no one on Blue Star is ready to hear.
