Chapter 675
What's it like doing something naughty in a car under the dorm building?
Li Luo had never known before.
Back in college, he'd heard many similar rumors.
For example, sometimes people would park their cars on the road outside the dorm complex, and if you placed a drink bottle on the roof, it meant something specific.
He didn't know if these rumors were true or false, but right now, watching Yan Zhusheng completely crouched beneath the seat, her head occasionally bumping against the steering wheel, Li Luo knew this was real.
Yet it also felt unreal.
Especially when he looked up at the rearview mirror and saw classmates walking out of the dorm building, he could feel his heart pounding violently.
Especially since this was a girls' dorm, and everyone coming and going were first-year students from the Music College this year.
The thought that these people were Yan Zhusheng's classmates, maybe even in the same class, made Li Luo feel intensely thrilling.
Unlike Xu Youyu's seductive, theatrical allure, Yan Zhusheng was entirely another style.
Her delicate face naturally carried a hint of dazed innocence, and now she was especially serious and meticulous, as if performing a very solemn task.
She knew this would make Li Luo comfortable, so she willingly, earnestly learned and improved, striving to attend to every inch of skin and texture.
Yet this posture—neither seductive nor alluring—created a stark contrast to Xu Youyu's, making him shudder all over, stimulating involuntary tremors.
Until at one moment, Li Luo gripped Yan Zhusheng tightly, instinctively looking up at the car ceiling, suddenly holding his breath, feeling only white emptiness before his eyes.
He had released her head without realizing it, but Yan Zhusheng didn't reach for tissues; instead, she continued earnestly and meticulously cleaning up afterward.
So when Li Luo came back to his senses and looked down to see her still doing this so carefully, he immediately reacted again.
"Li Luo, do you want more?"
Yan Zhusheng looked up at him, blinking innocently.
It seemed that if he nodded, she could continue—unwearied, endless.
But Li Luo quickly shook his head, pulling her back onto his lap: "No, it's enough, I'm already comfortable."
"Good." Yan Zhusheng wrapped her arms around his neck and nuzzled against his chest.
Only then did Li Luo realize and couldn't help asking: "You didn't… again…"
"Yes." Yan Zhusheng nodded, then asked with confusion, "Isn't it supposed to be edible?"
"... Won't it taste weird?"
"I like everything that's yours."
"Don't say that…"
Li Luo held her tightly, took several deep breaths, and barely managed to suppress the rising desire.
They didn't know how long they hugged, but finally Li Luo gently patted her back: "Alright, let's go back—I need to leave too."
"Oh." Yan Zhusheng sat up reluctantly, then climbed back into the passenger seat and got out of the car, "I'm heading back to the dorm."
"Mm, go ahead." Li Luo rolled down the window and waved at her.
"If you have time, come visit me." Yan Zhusheng leaned against the window, earnest and expectant.
"Of course." Li Luo nodded, pinched her cheek, and smiled, "Remember to brush your teeth when you get back."
"Alright, I'm off—be careful on the road." Yan Zhusheng waved at him, stepped aside, but didn't go upstairs; she stood there until Li Luo drove past the dorm gate, then turned and went inside.
"Zhusheng, you're back?" Cheng Jinyan was still sprawled on her bed, sleeping in; hearing the door open, she knew it was Yan Zhusheng returning from her morning run, "You're too hardworking—your morning run took almost four hours."
Actually, a normal morning run doesn't take that long…
Yan Zhusheng left at 5:30 a. m., met Li Luo near Qingxi Dormitory around 6:00 a. m.
The three finished their run by just before 7:00 a. m., had breakfast for half an hour, and Li Luo dropped her off back at the dorm building—likely not even 8:00 a. m.
But the two lingered in the car for over an hour before finishing.
So now it was nearly 9:30 a. m.
"It's probably more than just a morning run," said another roommate, Su Wei, poking her head out of bed with a grin, "Did you go make out with your boyfriend?"
After returning last night, Cheng Jinyan had finally burst with the gossip she'd held in all day; after getting Yan Zhusheng's permission, she began spilling everything to the roommates.
So now everyone in the dorm knew: Yan Zhusheng's boyfriend was Chongran, the teacher who wrote two albums for Yuan Wanqing.
"Mm." Yan Zhusheng nodded without hesitation, walking toward the bathroom as she replied, "I spent a long time with him in the car."
At that moment, another roommate, Shen Zhaoyin, stepped out of the bathroom and, seeing Yan Zhusheng walk to the sink to brush her teeth, asked in confusion: "Didn't you brush your teeth this morning?"
Yan Zhusheng blinked: "Li Luo told me to."
"You two didn't do something naughty, did you?" Su Wei, who had a boyfriend, instantly sensed something off and asked in surprise, "What did you two do in the car?"
"Holy shit! Really?!" Cheng Jinyan, who'd read countless romance novels, instantly imagined ten thousand scenes, her cheeks turning crimson, "Ahhhh! No way! No way! Zhusheng?!"
"What's wrong?" Yan Zhusheng walked out, toothbrush in hand, puzzled. "Isn't this normal?"
"What exactly?" Shen Zhaoyin, with her innocent expression, looked confused—she hadn't understood their cryptic hints at all.
"Haha~ Don't ask if you don't get it," Su Wei grinned. "You'll know when you have a boyfriend."
Shen Zhaoyin wasn't interested in boyfriends; she shook her head and didn't press further, instead turning to Yan Zhusheng: "I'm going to practice in the piano room—want to come with me?"
"Sure." Yan Zhusheng nodded. "Wait until I finish brushing my teeth."
…
On the way back, Li Luo naturally hit traffic.
The area between Ningshan and Yinjiang wasn't small, with plenty of roads running left and right.
But near Qianjiang University, only two east-west roads remained: Ningshan Avenue and the Riverside Road.
Even though Ningshan Avenue itself was wide, the influx of people during the start of the semester overwhelmed it.
So before Li Luo even got off the Yinjiang Bridge, he was already stuck.
He got stuck all the way to the Qingxi Dormitory entrance; finally, he managed to drive into the dorm gate, only for a commotion to break out behind him.
"Wait, why can't we get in, but that car can? Are students' parents being ranked? Is Qianjiang University treating parents like this?"
"I have a vehicle access permit; this is a campus vehicle. Your car..."
"Then where did you get this application? Get me one too."
"This isn't something just anyone can get—it's usually only for school teachers or shop owners in our dorm building, and..."
"But look how jammed it is outside—what's the harm in letting a few cars in? Can't you be a little flexible?"
Li Luo paid no attention to the commotion at the gate and walked straight to the dorm building.
Cheng Xin and the other two who had just left Qingxi Cafeteria heard the shouting at the gate and walked toward their dorm, watching the scene like a show.
By the time the three reached the base of the dorm building, they saw Li Luo stepping out of his car.
"Whoa?" Wen Zexuan spotted Li Luo and immediately walked up, inspecting his car front and back, "Nice, Li Luo—Audi A6? You've got a car already in your first year?"
"Not bad." Li Luo smiled, locked the car, and said, "My family gave it to me."
Wasn't Ying Zhicheng, Ying Chanxi's father, considered family?
Li Luo thought this but had no intention of showing off.
But to Cheng Xin and the others, it seemed like showing off.
Among the three roommates, only Bai Haoran came from a slightly better-off family, but even he was only middle-class.
Cheng Xin and Wen Zexuan both came from county families; Cheng Xin's family was the poorest, Wen Zexuan's slightly better, but still barely so.
They'd already been envious when they learned Li Luo was from Yuhang City; now seeing the car his family bought him, they knew his family must be very wealthy.
A rich second-generation.
"But how come your car can drive in?" Bai Haoran asked, puzzled.
"Uh... I have relatives who work at Qianjiang University."
Damn... so he's a connection kid.
His family background must be pretty substantial.
The roommates all immediately imagined a vast, powerful local clan in their minds.
"Let's go, let's go—back to the dorm." Li Luo called to his three roommates to head upstairs.
Following behind, Wen Zexuan curiously asked, "Where did you go out so early this morning? We didn't see you when we woke up."
"Oh, I went for a morning run," Li Luo said. "I have a habit of running every morning."
"Nice! Do you work out regularly too?" Wen Zexuan became interested. "Let's hit the gym together next time."
"You look like someone who works out often," Li Luo glanced at Wen Zexuan's build. "But I just run in the morning for exercise—I've never really gotten into weight training."
"My relatives back home run a gym—I used to hang out there all the time," Wen Zexuan grinned. "There are so many hot girls there—I even dated a few of them."
"Really?" Cheng Xin felt a pang of envy. "You've had girlfriends before?"
"I'm single now," Wen Zexuan waved his hand. "I'm moving out of province—no way I'm doing a long-distance relationship. I'll find someone here."
"Huh?" Cheng Xin stared, dumbfounded. How could this roommate treat finding girlfriends like changing clothes? It sounded so easy.
Is finding a girlfriend really that simple?
"That doesn't seem right," Cheng Xin whispered. "Love should be serious and devoted."
"You're clearly a pure-hearted virgin," Wen Zexuan laughed, slinging an arm around Cheng Xin's neck. "Loosen up, broaden your horizons—cast a wide net, don't obsess over gains or losses. Dating's supposed to be fun."
Li Luo glanced at Wen Zexuan, then at Cheng Xin, thinking: both from county families, yet the gap was huge.
But on this topic, he chose not to voice his opinion.
The morning passed quickly.
Using the excuse of writing a speech draft, Li Luo secretly typed in the dorm; the others didn't pay attention to what he was writing.
Of the three roommates, Cheng Xin was the type who'd spent his whole life buried in books—he clearly had no time for Online Novels.
Bai Haoran was a bit of a literary type; he probably looked down on Online Novels, and his desk was filled with classic literature.
Wen Zexuan was a full-on socialite; though from a county family, he likely spent his time partying hard and probably didn't read Online Novels much.
So it made sense that none of them recognized Li Luo.
Unlike Yan Zhusheng's three roommates, who all knew Li Luo.
At noon, Li Luo treated them to lunch, taking them to nearby Tianjie and finding a decent restaurant.
During the meal, Wen Zexuan patted Cheng Xin on the shoulder and teased, "Who are you staring at?"
"N-no one," Cheng Xin lowered his head, feeling guilty.
"That girl at the table across from us?" Wen Zexuan chuckled.
Li Luo and Bai Haoran turned to look and immediately noticed a girl in white at the opposite table.
Classic long black straight hair, a white tank top and white casual jacket on top, jeans below, with a delicate, pretty face.
"I'd give her an eight out of ten," Wen Zexuan whispered.
"It's not nice to talk about people like that behind their backs," Cheng Xin whispered a warning.
"You're way too timid," Wen Zexuan rolled his eyes. "If you like her, just go over and ask for her WeChat."
"No way," Cheng Xin shook his head frantically—he'd never dare do something like that. "She'd definitely reject me."
"So what if she rejects you? You won't lose a single piece of flesh," Wen Zexuan sighed in exasperation. "Try a hundred times—you'll get a few yeses, and the success rate is actually pretty high."
"It's not as easy as you say," Cheng Xin still refused.
Wen Zexuan gave him a look, then picked up his phone and walked straight over to the table.
Cheng Xin watched wide-eyed as he said a few words—the girl in white covered her mouth and laughed, then soon picked up her phone and scanned something.
When Wen Zexuan returned, Cheng Xin saw him smiling and showing off his phone.
The friend request had been accepted.
"See? Problem solved," Wen Zexuan opened her Moments and scrolled. "She's a med student—second year. Your senior."
Cheng Xin looked with a touch of envy.
"Boring," Bai Haoran shook his head. "What's there to boast about?"
"You just don't understand," Wen Zexuan chuckled. "Men and women, love and desire—don't most of those classic novels on your desk revolve around this very thing? Right, Li Luo?"
"This approach works better if you're good-looking. If Cheng Xin wants to learn, he'd better proceed with caution," Li Luo said, eating his food.
"What's 'good-looking'?" Cheng Xin looked puzzled.
"That he's handsome."
Hearing this, Cheng Xin looked from Wen Zexuan to Li Luo, and suddenly agreed wholeheartedly.
