Chapter 207: Hehe, I Must Survive

~7 min read 1,205 words

The Supreme God World, Angel Nebula.

Rojie sat crouched on the throne of Tiangong, a long sword still in his hand.

Pierced along the blade was a Tianzha.

It was Su Malì, Hua Ye’s top general.

But now the fellow was utterly still, long dead, clearly gone.

Blood trickled down the sword’s spine, pooling into thin streams on the throne’s steps.

Since returning from the Gray Mist Hall and gaining greater power, Rojie had no more reservations—he naturally began rebelling against Hua Ye’s Tiangong order.

He didn’t bother with fancy schemes; he simply grabbed two dark-suyin watermelon knives stolen from the neighboring lab and hacked his way to Tiangong.

All the Tianzha who got in his way were cut to pieces with a single swing of his blade.

Unfortunately, Hua Ye had left Tiangong aboard the Tiangong spacecraft—Rojie arrived to find it empty.

So he settled for slaughtering Su Malì, the lucky spectator left behind.

Rojie had long wanted to eliminate Su Malì.

After all, Rojie and He Xi had shared a bed.

If Su Malì, like in the original story, set his sights on He Xi, that would be disastrous.

Thus, when he synchronized his power, Rojie immediately rebelled—for this reason too.

At that moment, the sound of flapping wings reached his ears.

Rojie looked up to see a female angel with silver hair cascading like a waterfall flying in.

It was He Xi.

Upon seeing Rojie crouched on the throne, He Xi’s eyes flickered with shock.

“Rojie, what are Itachi doing?”

He Xi’s voice carried disbelief.

Rojie casually tossed the sword and Su Malì’s corpse aside.

He stood up and smiled: “I’m rebelling.”

He Xi’s gaze swept over the carnage, her brow furrowing: “Itachi’ve mastered dark dimension tech and upgraded to a divine body?”

“How much chance do Itachi have of succeeding now?”

Rojie shook his head: “None. But I have the strength to rebel.”

“Hua Ye’s Tiangong order has long deserved to be overthrown. The angel civilization needs a new order.”

The angel civilization’s gene technology had already reached the level of second-generation super soldiers.

As a transmigrator aware of the original setting, Rojie knew the third-generation super soldier—the so-called God-Making Project—centered on dark dimension technology.

By embedding one’s own dark dimension, one could house weapon systems, repair devices, and even celestial computers within it, connecting output ports directly to the super soldier’s body.

For example, placing the functional components of an interstellar warship inside the dark dimension would grant the super soldier the warship’s capabilities.

This would solve the problem of insufficient bodily space to store too many gene engines.

Moreover, installing body-repair equipment within the dark dimension to continuously heal the body could achieve near-immortality.

Installing celestial computers like the Sacred Knowledge Vault in the dark dimension could also grant a degree of omniscience.

But the angel civilization had never communicated with the Shenhe civilization.

Even though Rojie knew the research direction, developing it solely with angel civilization’s resources was still far too difficult.

This was why Rojie had delayed rebelling for so long.

Without a divine body, Rojie couldn’t defeat Hua Ye’s Tianzha army.

Besides, Hua Ye still had the Tiangong spacecraft left by his father.

But after synchronizing power with his counterparts from other worlds,

Rojie no longer needed to wait.

The time had matured—he finally possessed the capital to overthrow the Tiangong order.

Thinking of this, Rojie asked: “He Xi, do Itachi know where Hua Ye went?”

He Xi remained lost in thought over Rojie’s sudden power surge.

Hearing the question, she snapped back slightly and replied: “I heard Hua Ye launched a surprise attack on Melo Star this morning.”

“Hua Ye has been eyeing Melo Star’s angel Keshā for a long time.”

“In a few days is Keshā’s coronation—he won’t miss this chance.”

Hearing this, Rojie’s heart stirred.

He remembered that in the original story, Hua Ye had launched a surprise attack on Melo Star the night before Keshā’s coronation, abducted Keshā, and imprisoned the old lord.

Only after Keshā escaped with He Xi’s help did she begin raising an army against Hua Ye.

Thinking of this, Rojie said: “He Xi, hold the line here. I’m going to kill Hua Ye.”

After speaking, Rojie spread his pure white wings and flew toward Melo Star.

Although third-generation super soldier technology had yet to be developed, Rojie had long been laying secret groundwork.

Over the years, he had built a network and begun preparing for rebellion.

Rojie’s network primarily consisted of oppressed female angels.

He Xi had helped greatly in this.

That’s why Rojie trusted He Xi completely with maintaining order.

“Be careful.”

He Xi watched Rojie’s figure dissolve into a streak of light and vanish into the sky.

Then she went to activate Tiangong’s entire defense system.

In the starry void, Hua Ye’s fleet sailed with arrogant grandeur.

Massive engines emitted deep blue light, carving trails across the dark cosmos.

Hua Ye sat in the command chair of the Tiangong spacecraft, a smug smile on his lips, imagining the drama soon to unfold on Melo Star.

Suddenly, a Tianzha burst into the command room in panic: “R-Report!”

“An unknown object is approaching at high speed!”

Hua Ye’s smile froze instantly.

Had the news leaked?

He leapt to his feet and strode to the holographic projector.

There, a figure pierced the silent starfield, charging straight toward the fleet.

“That’s an angel?”

“Just one angel?”

“Who has the guts?”

Hua Ye stared at the target on the hologram, utterly baffled.

Meanwhile, Rojie’s body had already pierced through an outer warship.

The explosion’s firelight made Rojie’s silhouette look even more monstrous and terrifying.

“Attack! All units, alert!”

Panicked Tianzha voices transmitted alerts to every ship.

Rojie charged through the Tianzha fleet like a storm.

Those massive warships, before Rojie, were as fragile as paper—shattered at will.

“Stop him! Stop him!”

Hua Ye roared, veins bulging on his forehead.

The fleet’s main cannons swiveled and fired thick beams of energy at Rojie.

Yet Rojie didn’t dodge or flinch—he absorbed the barrage head-on.

Brilliant explosions erupted around him; when the light faded, Rojie still floated unharmed in space, a mocking smile on his lips.

“Impossible! How is this possible!”

Hua Ye’s eyes widened, his voice filled with terror.

He couldn’t believe an angel could so easily withstand the fleet’s full assault.

Had they developed new technology?

Rojie gave him no time to think—he accelerated abruptly, lunging straight for the Tiangong spacecraft at the fleet’s center.

His speed was so great the ships’ radars could barely track him.

At the moment he neared Tiangong, Rojie tore straight through the massive spacecraft.

Tiangong was instantly severed in half and exploded.

Other ships rushed to surround him, trying to trap him.

But Rojie only kept charging.

Each charge shattered another ship into pieces.

In the starry void, metal shards and Tianzha corpses flew everywhere.

Hua Ye, barely escaped the Tiangong explosion, stared at the horrific scene before him—his back soaked in cold sweat.

He finally realized the terrifying entity before him was utterly unstoppable.

“Run. I must escape.”

"Hehe, I'm definitely going to survive."

At that moment, a dark suyin watermelon knife flew out and pierced straight through Hua Ye's body.
