Chapter 10

【Dimension Slash】, one of the mainstream decks active in the Yu-Gi-Oh competitive environment in the early days. Although it failed to successfully win the world championship back then, it also once proved its combat effectiveness in the early environment, and it was not without the power to fight against the champion of that year.

The idea of Fujiki You Xuan's initial deck referred to the champion deck Hand Destruction, but because of the lack of some components and the fact that the current environment is not exactly the same, he just followed the idea and adjusted the build.

Dimension Slash is one of the builds he is currently testing.

As the name suggests, the core idea of this deck is to send the opponent's cards to another dimension. It mainly relies on violent one-for-one trades like "D. D. Warrior Lady" that can forcibly banish itself and the opponent's monster, but the monsters on his side are all low-level monsters that can be played immediately, which can often trade for the big monsters that the opponent spent a lot of resources to make, creating a resource advantage.

Just like what Fujiki You Xuan is doing now.

And because the monsters that the opponent solved are all kicked to another dimension instead of entering the Graveyard, it also causes a lot of trouble for the mainstream that relied on Graveyard resources in the competitive environment back then. At the same time, the environment back then was also full of a large number of "last will" monsters that had "search from the deck when entering the Graveyard" effects, and these monsters could not trigger effects when facing Dimension Slash, which was very uncomfortable.

Fujiki You Xuan couldn't personally experience that ancient environment, but he could imagine that the duelists who encountered the Dimension Slash build for the first time back then, when the big monsters they worked so hard to make were sent to another dimension by the opponent's single flat A, their mentality must have collapsed...

Just like Chazz now.

D. D. Warrior Lady fought to the death before she died, slashed with a single knife and broke the void, and cut a black hole in the field like a dimension slash. The majestic gravity immediately captured both warriors, and the Swordmaster and the Warrior Lady were sucked into it together, disappearing at the end of the black hole.

Losing the target of the equipment, the two Equip Spells in the back row exploded with two pops, turning into golden light fragments and dissipating.

Chazz came up with a fierce operation like a tiger, and the big monster he made with exhausted resources was kicked out of the field to OB without even cutting a single knife, and he almost didn't suffocate in an instant.

But Chazz took a deep breath and quickly stabilized his mentality.

Calm, must be calm.

It was just the loss of a mere Level 8 big monster, two Equip Spells, four cards in hand...

No big deal.

"When the Equip Spell 'Jewel Sword' is sent from the field to the Graveyard, draw a card from the deck."

Chazz drew a card from the deck, finally recovering a little blood. He took a look and inserted the drawn card directly into the spell/trap zone.

"Set a card on the field, turn end."

"My turn, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan added the drawn card to his hand, and then revealed another one from his hand.

Fujiki You Xuan said: "Summon 'Wild Warrior Lady' in Attack Position."

【Wild Warrior Lady, ATK 1100】

"Direct attack." Fujiki You Xuan waved his hand and ordered, "Wild Warrior Lady, attack the opponent directly."

The Warrior Lady pulled her sword out of its sheath and flew towards Chazz.

But Chazz also had a countermeasure, waving his arm and flipping open the set card: "Activate Trap Card, 'Absorbing Shield'! Negate the opponent's attack and recover LP equal to the ATK of that attacking monster!"

A transparent rainbow barrier appeared in front of Chazz, and the Warrior Lady slashed hard at the barrier, and the force was immediately transformed into energy and absorbed, turning into warm golden light and falling on Chazz.

【Chazz, LP4000 -> LP5100】

"Heh, what a pity. But this level of attack is completely within expectations," Chazz continued to be smelly.

Fujiki You Xuan didn't care. Everyone who plays cards knows that this game only has zero health and full health. As long as you still have LP, it's not as important as other resources in this game.

"Then set a card, turn end," Fujiki You Xuan said.

"My turn!" Chazz drew a card, and then immediately revealed, "Spell Card - Pot of Greed! Draw two more cards from the deck."

Pot of Greed, the standard configuration of the GX protagonist group, everyone must have a Pot of Greed in their hand.

"Summon 【Dark World Warrior - Dark Blade】 in Attack Position!"

The image of the card appeared, and the black steel-armored warrior holding double swords flew out from the card art, covered in silver-white blades like fangs.

【Dark World Warrior - Dark Blade, ATK 1800】

"Now let you know that my monsters are also the elite of the elite, and they are completely different from the low-level cannon fodder!" Chazz raised his hand and shouted, "Go, Dark Blade! Destroy 'Wild Warrior Lady'!"

The corners of his mouth hooked, and he sneered proudly.

Although that Underworld guy on the opposite side trapped his big monster, it doesn't matter. 【Dark World Warrior - Dark Blade】 is also a powerful low-level monster with high market value, and 1800 ATK at Level 4 is still very playable under normal circumstances.

Could it be that you can pull a D. D. Warrior Lady No. 2 out of your pants and kick it to another dimension for me again?

The black-armored swordsman flew forward, and the double blades slashed. The Warrior Lady was immediately cut in half at the waist and exploded on the spot with a bang.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP4000 -> LP3300】

Fujiki You Xuan, whose monster was destroyed, looked calm, pulled out the deck from the duel disk, and started flipping cards.

"Wild Warrior Lady's effect activates. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon an Earth-attribute Warrior-type monster with 1500 or less ATK from the deck in face-up Attack Position.

The one I want to summon is this guy..."

As he said that, he had already drawn the searched card from the deck.

"... Summon 【D. D. Warrior】 in Attack Position!"

【D. D. Warrior, ATK 1200】

Chazz: "!"

No, again?

He also knows this monster. D. D. Warrior, when battling a monster, banishes the opponent's monster and this card from the game.

Another one in the Dimension Slash build, the effect is exactly the same as D. D. Warrior Lady.

Watching D. D. Warrior stand on the opposite field, Chazz's eyelids jumped twice, and he couldn't help but feel a bit of a headache.

No...

How can these Underworld things of yours still fly out of the deck?

No, must be calm, can't lose my composure...

Chazz glanced at a card in his hand with the corner of his eye.

It's not that there is no way to deal with this Underworld thing.

"I set a card on the field, turn end," Chazz declared.

Fujiki You Xuan scanned the last set card in Chazz's back row.

Looking at this posture, does he seem to have a countermeasure for D. D. Warrior?

He smiled slightly.

Doesn't matter.

"My turn, draw."

Fujiki You Xuan confirmed the drawn card and revealed it directly.

"Summon 'Spirit-Eliminating Master - Sea Void' in Attack Position."

Appearing was a bald monk wearing a cassock, but with a fierce look on his face, and the posture of holding prayer beads also looked like he was ready to pinch this thing and go up to knock people at any time.

In short, he looks like a martial monk who loves to "convince people with reason."

【Spirit-Eliminating Master - Sea Void, ATK 1800】

Chazz narrowed his eyes and looked at this big monk.

ATK 1800, on par with his Dark Blade. Want to die together? Or...

"Battle," Fujiki You Xuan said, "First, 'D. D. Warrior', attack 'Dark World Warrior - Dark Blade'."

Sure enough, it came.

"Don't even think about it... Open the set card!"

A sharp light flashed in Chazz's eyes, and he waved his hand to flip open the back row.

"Trap Card - Sakuretsu Armor! When the opponent's monster declares an attack, destroy that monster directly!"

As he said that, the corners of his mouth twitched, revealing a confident smile.

"Heh, still want to use monster effects to banish my monsters? It's a pity, the same trick won't work on me a second time! It's your own monster that's going to be destroyed!"

Fujiki You Xuan raised his eyebrows.

Sakuretsu Armor is okay.

Yu-Gi-Oh viewers all know that throughout the history of Yu-Gi-Oh, Sakuretsu Armor has had many opportunities to appear in the anime, but so far the number of successful activations is still zero. It seems that everyone who has tried to use this card has died, as if they were cursed by the will of the world...

That curse naturally cannot be broken in Fujiki You Xuan's hands.

"Open the set card," Fujiki You Xuan's back row also flipped, "Counter Trap - Seven Tools of the Bandit. Pay 1,000 LP to negate and destroy the activation of the Trap Card."

Chazz's eyelids jumped again.

Nani!??

Damn, how come your Underworld things all have red traps to escort them??

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP3300 -> LP2300】

Chazz's trap was countered, and the miserable Sakuretsu Armor exploded into powder with a pop, continuing the myth of its invincibility that it could not pass. The battle continued to be established, and Dark Blade swung his sword to cut through D. D. Warrior, but the warrior also opened a rift in the dimension before he died, like a black hole sucking both sides into the vortex and disappearing.

【Fujiki You Xuan, LP2300 -> LP1700】

In this way, Chazz's front and back rows were all blank.

"Then it's the Spirit-Eliminating Master," Fujiki You Xuan continued, "Attack Chazz directly."

Sea Void stepped forward upon hearing this, and the prayer beads in his hand were thrown out like hidden weapons, smashing onto Chazz's forehead with a pop. The physical impact made his head buzz, as if he felt the weight of the Buddha.

【Chazz, LP5100 -> LP3300】

"At this moment, the effect of the Spirit-Eliminating Master also activates," You Xuan continued, "When Sea Void deals battle damage to the opponent, you can choose up to two monsters in the opponent's Graveyard and banish them from the game."

However, although he could choose two, all the monsters Chazz had played so far had long been kicked to another dimension, and there were only the "Warrior Lady of the Wasteland - Canaan" used as a tribute at the beginning and another monster card discarded by hand destruction in the Graveyard.

So Fujiki You Xuan clicked on the only two monster cards left.

Not only the field, but even the only monster resources in the Graveyard were sent to another dimension, and Chazz was already messy.

It's too much.

Don't even let go after entering the grave?
