Chapter 233

Judai's reaction also surprised many people outside the field.

Many students outside the field have been persecuted by the Lord of the Yellow Clothes, and seeing this scene, some sympathized with Judai, and others were gloating and watching the fun very happily.

But what they never expected was that this jellyfish-headed person, facing such a vicious and irritating act from the opponent, actually... got excited?

Is it possible that some masochistic attribute has awakened?

"Hmm... although it's a bit unexpected, this is still quite Judai." Asuka on the high viewing platform said to herself.

"Yes."

Ryo Marufuji, who appeared behind her at some point, hugged his arms and also said.

"It is also this point that makes him so special. That kind of enthusiasm for dueling that is almost obsessive, which no one else can compare to."

"."

"If Fusion is banned, then my Fusion Spell naturally becomes empty." Judai looked at Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan's Continuous Trap and scratched his head with a smile. "Oh my, it's really going to give people a headache, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan also smiled: "Alright, now your handy Fusion Summon cannot be used. What are you going to do now, Judai?"

"Hehe, who knows? Take it one step at a time." Judai smiled. "If you think my hero only knows Fusion, then you are very wrong.

I summon 'Elemental HERO Wildheart'!"

【Elemental HERO Wildheart, ATK 1500】

"Then equip Wildheart with the exclusive Equip Spell, 'Cyclone Boomerang'!" Judai said. "The ATK of the equipped monster increases by 500!"

【Elemental HERO Wildheart, ATK 1500 -> ATK 2000】

"Even without Fusion, the combination of hero and magic can reach the level of a high-level monster. And Wildheart is not affected by any trap effects, which is the hero most suitable for this duel." Judai punched. "Go, Wildheart, destroy 'Spear Demon'!"

The wild Elemental HERO roared, and the boomerang in his hand was thrown out suddenly. The boomerang dragged a whirlwind and hit, slashing across the Spear Demon, and the latter exploded on the spot.

【Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan, LP 4000 -> LP 3600】

"Very good, pulled back a city." Judai said. "Turn ends."

"Then my turn, draw card." Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said. "During the Standby Phase, I also activate the effect of 'TakeOver5' in the graveyard. Remove this card in the graveyard and the card with the same name in the deck from the game, draw a card."

After drawing the card, he immediately played it.

"Spell Card 'Pot of Greed', draw two more cards from the deck."

Immediately after, there was another burst of golden light in his graveyard, and two cards exited.

"Then remove the Dark-attribute monster 'Spear Demon' and the Light-attribute monster 'Magician of Faith' that were just beaten down by you from the game!

The souls of light and dark guide the chaos magic, the dark mage descends here—"

"—Chaos Sorcerer, summon!"

The souls of light and dark turned into two beams of light, entangled with each other and disappeared into the vortex in the sky. The violent chaos magic erupted from it, and the pitch-black light pillar of light and dark descended, from which the image of a sorcerer who controls the power of light and dark transformed.

【Chaos Sorcerer, ATK 2300】

"Oh oh, finally appeared, the chaos power mastered by Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan." Judai became more and more excited. "It seems that I will be able to fight the legendary monster today."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said: "Chaos Sorcerer, attack 'Elemental HERO Wildheart'!"

Chaos Sorcerer's palms crossed, brewing a magic storm of light and dark and blasted out. Wildheart's body was instantly swallowed, and it was shattered into pieces in the shock wave.

【Judai, LP 3600 -> LP 3300】

Judai raised an arm to block the impact, and at the same time said loudly: "You fell for it, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan, the 'Cyclone Boomerang' equipped on Wildheart has another effect!

When this card equipped on the field is sent to the graveyard, all Spell and Trap cards on the field are destroyed, and the opponent is dealt 500 damage for each destroyed card!" (Original effect)

This card was modified after physical card conversion to only trigger when the equipped monster is destroyed by an effect, and the effect damage was also weakened to 100 damage for each destroyed card, which is much weaker than the original version.

"So that's it!" Gold medal commentator Misawa's eyes lit up. "Wildheart itself is just bait, the real target is 'Fusion Prohibition Area'!"

Hayato also said: "In this way, Judai's fusion restriction is lifted, and he can accelerate his attack through his specialty fusion in the next turn."

But Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan immediately activated another back row: "Then activate set card, Counter Trap - Judgment of Anubis!

Discard one card from your hand, negate and destroy the opponent's activated Spell effect that contains 'destroy Spell/Trap cards on the field'!"

Black mist surged out, transforming into the image of the pitch-black Anubis god on the field. After Wildheart's boomerang went into it, it was immediately swallowed by the black mist until it was crushed into slag.

"Ah," Judai said, "even the boomerang is useless..."

"And, after Anubis's curse is applied, you can destroy one monster on the opponent's field and deal damage equal to that monster's ATK..."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan paused and chuckled.

"However, Wildheart on Judai's field has already been destroyed by battle, and there are no monsters now, so this effect cannot be triggered. What a pity."

The black mist dissipated, and the image of Anubis god also vanished. The battle settlement ended, and Fusion Prohibition Area remained.

"Heh, sure enough, Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan's formation is not so easy to break." Judai smiled. "Looks like I still have to think of more ways."

Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan said: "I'll set a monster face-down on the field, then set two cards in the back row, turn ends."

"Then it's my turn again, draw card!" Judai said. "Activate Spell Card 'Pot of Greed', draw two more cards from the deck."

Once again accelerating the draw, Judai quickly scanned the hand, and new countermeasures seemed to appear in his mind immediately.

"I Normal Summon 'Elemental HERO Clayman'!"

【Elemental HERO Clayman, ATK 800】

Seeing this scene, even Sho Marufuji was stunned: "Clayman in attack position?"

Who is this going to hit?

"Then activate Equip Spell 'Clay Wrap'!" Judai said. "Clayman's exclusive magic, can only be equipped to 'Elemental HERO Clayman'!" (Original card)

A layer of transparent protective film was put on Clayman's body, just like putting on a transparent protective shell, but the ATK/DEF values didn't change.

"Then activate Spell Card 'Card Trader' from my hand!" Judai said. "Send a monster on your field that is not an effect monster to the graveyard, draw two cards from the deck.

I send 'Elemental HERO Clayman' to the graveyard, then draw two cards!"

Clayman and his protective layer dissipated into light spots, and then Judai drew two cards.

"Eh?" Sho Marufuji was even more confused. "Doesn't this mean an extra card's worth of equipment is lost..."

"Although you are Judai's little brother, you don't understand his deck at all." Gold medal commentator Misawa looked at him strangely.

Sho Marufuji: "."

Sure enough, Judai then explained with a smile: "When 'Clay Wrap' is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can send any Spell or Trap card on the opponent's field to the graveyard."

"So that's it!" Sho Marufuji suddenly realized.

Misawa looked at him with half-lidded eyes.

As if saying, buddy, you are too weak...

"Therefore, according to the effect of 'Clay Wrap', 'Fusion Prohibition Area' is sent to the graveyard!"

Clayman's phantom appeared, and his thick arms made a "rise" gesture. A vortex appeared in Fujiki Fujiki You Xuan's back row, and the Trap Card was dragged into it and disappeared without a trace.

"Very good!"

Judai clenched his fist, and flames seemed to be burning in his eyes.

Fusion restriction, broken!
