Some women's intuition is very accurate.

Mo Li Kidman didn't know why, but she sensed that Lin Ke was different—different from Jimni and Chris, different from herself, and different from every Newblood she had seen.

So she instinctively valued Lin Ke's opinion, and after hearing that Lin Ke had chosen Auspicious Fertile Seek-Thought, she no longer hesitated and made up her mind.

If she could bind herself more closely to Lin Ke, in this unfamiliar world where she knows nothing, and without having to pay any price, Mo Li would be very willing to do so.

With nothing to do, he rummaged in the small hidden compartment on the right side of his seat and actually found something valuable—a handheld terminal resembling a tablet.

He reached out to pick up the handheld terminal, but couldn't move it.

Lin Ke lowered his head and saw a palm-sized glass screen beneath the hidden compartment; after thinking, he tried placing the document he had just obtained onto it.

Sure enough, it worked.

The glass screen emitted a blue light to scan the document.

Immediately, the handheld terminal made a click and became movable.

The display also woke up at that moment, glowing faintly.

Lin Ke retrieved the document, picked up the handheld terminal, and before he could operate it, a preloaded video began playing automatically.

"1,763 years ago, sixth-rank wizard Auspicious Fertile Sage and sixth-rank wizard Seek-Thought Sage responded to the call of the Five Great Sages of the Wizard World, and jointly founded the Auspicious Fertile Seek-Thought Biological and Medical College to advance the great revival of the Wizard World."

Closing that notice, the display finally revealed its simple true appearance.

Besides the academy's "official website" marked with an emblem icon, the "tablet" had no other "programs" installed.
