Chapter 67: General Fried Has Quite a Few Sisters

【Brainwash】 activates; the 【Command Knight】 reluctantly turns her head to look at General Fried.

"General…"

The faces of the surrounding soldiers also showed faint signs of anger.

"This guy just turned our own teammate against us—he wants us to kill each other, how despicable!"

General Fried's expression darkened; a fire of rage rose within him as he looked at You Tian.

But facing his subordinates, he still maintained the confidence befitting a leader.

"Go! It's fine—everything is within my plan!"

Hearing this, the 【Command Knight】 felt as if granted pardon, and ran to You Tian's field without any psychological burden.

You Tian raised an eyebrow.

"At this moment, without the 【Command Knight】 on your field, all other monsters' Attack Power returns to normal."

【Captain Who Broke Through the Enemy Lines】【Attack Power: 1600→1200】

【Warrior Raaz】【Attack Power: 2000→1600】

"Then, it's time for the enjoyable battle phase again."

General Fried frowned slightly.

You Tian: "Although I'd like to attack 【Warrior Raaz】, as long as the Captain is on the field, I can only attack the Captain. So…"

You Tian switched to a deliberately irritating tone and looked at the 【Command Knight】.

"Command Girl, go! Take down the Captain for me!"

The 【Command Knight】 slightly turned her head, giving You Tian a look of utter disdain.

Oh no~~ don't look at me like that!

You Tian's excitement +10

There was no choice—this was a Duel, and under You Tian's command, the 【Command Knight】 had no choice but to obey.

Just like last turn's 【Dimensional Female Warrior】, she charged forward with her sword toward 【Captain Who Broke Through the Enemy Lines】.

【Command Knight】: "I'm sorry, Captain! I'm being forced!"

The Captain, who always ended up on enemies' kill lists during squad battles, thought internally: Sigh… sometimes, I really wish I could just be a blank card.

"Hmph!"

Hearing You Tian order the 【Command Knight】 to attack, General Fried let out another cold snort.

"Everything is within my plan!"

"At the moment you declared your attack, the effect of my 【Reinforcement Unit】 activates!"

"When my warriors battle, I can summon one more Warrior of Level 4 or lower from my hand!"

"So, let's continue the battle! 【Desert Female Warrior】!"

No sooner had the words left his lips than the 【Dimensional Female Warrior】 reappeared, now dressed in desert attire.

【Defense Power: 1200】

(PS: In the card's story, the 【Dimensional Female Warrior】 is formed when the 【Desert Female Warrior】 falls into another dimension—they are essentially the same person.)

"Oh oh oh! Big Sis! I knew you wouldn't quit so easily!"

Seeing her big sister return to the field, the 【Rising Female Warrior】 outside the arena jumped up excitedly.

The surrounding soldiers also erupted in cheers as the female warrior re-entered the battle.

"Yes! Great warriors never retreat from battle!"

Boom!

The 【Captain Who Broke Through the Enemy Lines】 fared badly—he was ultimately destroyed by the 【Command Knight】.

【General Fried LP: 4000→3600】

"Damn it! How dare you use my own troops against me!" General Fried gritted his teeth.

Hmph! Doesn't matter!

Now, I've summoned the 【Desert Female Warrior】—when she is destroyed in battle and sent to the Graveyard, I can summon another Warrior from my Deck.

And atop my Deck, I placed the 【Dimensional Warrior】 on top using 【Warrior Raaz】—he has an effect similar to the 【Dimensional Female Warrior】.

Thus, I can still eliminate the spirits he summoned while continuing to strengthen my Warrior legion.

Advantage is mine!

"Swoosh! You've finished attacking—end your turn! Don't waste time!"

Yet, You Tian seemed to have seen through General Fried's plan; a sly smile curled on his lips.

"General, my Battle Phase isn't over yet."

General Fried frowned.

"What are you talking about? You have no monsters of your own on the field—only the 【Command Knight】 you stole from me. You have no monsters left to attack with!"

The 【Command Knight】 turned her face back again—her look of utter disdain seemed to urge You Tian to finish quickly so she could return to her squad.

Oh oh oh~~ I told you not to look at me like that!!

You Tian's excitement +20

"Hmm~ I'm going to activate a face-down Trap Card."

The Trap flipped open—it was 【Conscription Order】.

"This card lets you reveal the top card of your Deck; if it's a Monster Card, you can Special Summon it to my field."

"And since you just used 【Warrior Raaz】 to place the 【Dimensional Warrior】 on top of your Deck… become my subordinate too, 【Dimensional Warrior】!"

【Conscription Order】 activated successfully—the 【Dimensional Warrior】 from General Fried's Deck flew directly to You Tian's field.

【Dimensional Warrior】: …

General Fried: …

Hey! No! Don't you have any of your own spirits in your deck?

So far, you haven't summoned a single spirit—all you've used are my subordinates!

The warriors around also began shouting curses.

But You Tian ignored the warriors' insults, merely picking at his ear.

Hmph! Joke's on you—back when I played Divine Stele, the opponents cursed far worse than you.

Huh~ You Tian blew out a breath, his gaze fixed on General Fried, whose face had turned liver-purple.

Hmm~ Your general's composure is impressive—you've summoned three monsters and still haven't lost your temper.

"Then, continue the battle. Go, 【Dimensional Warrior】, attack 【Wild Female Warrior】!"

"Huh? What's going on? 【Dimensional Warrior】's Attack Power is 1200, and Sister's Defense Power is also 1200—this battle is meaningless?"

The 【Fresh Female Warrior】 outside the field spoke in confusion.

But General Fried understood.

He clenched his teeth with a grinding sound, letting out a low growl from deep in his throat.

"The effect of 【Dimensional Warrior】: after damage calculation from this card's battle, both monsters are forcibly banished!"

"That means 【Wild Female Warrior】 can't even activate her effect to summon a new ally!!"

"Bingo!" You Tian snapped his fingers.

【Dimensional Warrior】 and 【Wild Female Warrior】 were forced into combat, then both tumbled into the dimensional void.

【Dimensional Warrior】: …

【Wild Female Warrior】: …

【Fresh Female Warrior】: "Sis~Sis!"

Now, General Fried's field, once full, held only 【Warrior Ra】 alone.

For a moment, everyone's spirits sank.

"N-no problem! The General still has Lord Ra on the field."

Seeing the troops' morale plummet, 【Fresh Female Warrior】 forgot her grief over her second-departed sister.

"Besides, 【Brainwash】's effect only lasts until the end of this turn—then, Command Sister can return to the General's field!"

As soon as she spoke, the previously low morale instantly surged back.

"That's right!" "Keep fighting!"

"Go, General!" "Sihai!"

【Sacrificial Demon】 looked at the warriors' soaring morale and silently sighed.

Sigh—how could a monster taken by such a beast of a master ever be returned?

As if confirming 【Sacrificial Demon】's stereotype of You Tian, he quietly flipped over another face-down card amid the warriors' cheers for General Fried.

"Continuous Trap 【Dark Production Factory】 activated."

"Once per turn, I can send one monster from my field or hand to the Graveyard to draw one card from my deck."

Then, You Tian once again leered at 【Command Knight】.

"Missy, still mad? Why not take a rest?"

General Fried: …

【Command Knight】:???
