In the aftermath of the Nine-Tails' attack on Konohagakure, the village is left in ruins and mourning. Yamanaka Chujiu, a pragmatic and observant ninja, navigates the corrupt political landscape of the village while secretly supporting the families of fallen comrades. Disillusioned by the systemic neglect of the Third Hokage and the bureaucratic rot within the administration, Chujiu finds himself drawn into the orbit of Orochimaru, the Sannin who seeks to unlock the secrets of immortality and scientific advancement.

As Chujiu attempts to use his knowledge of the future to prevent tragedies—such as the death of Nohara Rin—he realizes that history possesses a stubborn, corrective force. With the village's military deterrent gone and external threats looming, Chujiu decides to take matters into his own hands. He begins a grassroots movement to rebuild Konoha, utilizing his unique skills and resources to challenge the status quo and ensure the village's survival in an era of impending war.
