Qi Ming, a cynical college student drowning in exams and side jobs, wakes up in a mysterious bookstore filled with Ultraman lore—only to be thrust into a real-world crisis where ancient kaiju are awakening. A strange watch on his wrist begins scanning the remnants of fallen Ultramen, granting him partial transformation into Ultraman Tiga with limited power and time. As he barely survives his first battle, he’s dragged into the Victory Team, a militarized unit defending Earth from monstrous threats.

With his uncanny knowledge of Ultraman episodes, he outmaneuvers enemies and exposes the team’s flaws, earning suspicion and begrudging respect. But the watch holds more than just data—it’s connected to a deeper mystery involving lost civilizations, hidden Ultraman archives, and a conspiracy that predates humanity’s first encounter with aliens. As Qi Ming struggles to survive, he realizes he didn’t just get transported into a monster fight—he was chosen for a role he never asked for, and the key to saving Earth may lie in the very stories he once dismissed as fiction.
